La atención y disponibilidad de la señora Maria y el Señor Leon, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Se esfuerzan para que la estadía sea muy agradable. Los felicito por todo el apoyo durante estos 7 días maravillosos. Nos vamos felices de habernos alojado en un gran lugar. Todo muy bien. Muy bien atendido.

- Luca (6/5): - La piscina molto bella e piacevole. Molto pulita e fornita di tutto, per una permanenza lunga a Santorini lo consiglio solo se si ha un mezzo per spostarsi autonomamente. Lontano dal mare, se non si è auto muniti risulta scomodo spostarsi.

- Marius (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft. Gute Ausgangslage für Perissa-Beach. - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, "late checkin" war kein Problem. Strand zu Fuss erreichbar (max 15 min). Bäckerei 100 m entfernt, Supermarket und Bus-Haltestelle 500m. Sauber, bequem, schöner Ausblick vom Balkon.
- Xristos (2/5): - Verblijf afgebroken, s'nachts werden we wakker gemaakt door autoriteiten (4 man politie), terrein en gebouwen werden doorzocht. Men wilde eigenaar spreken. Hebben niet meer geslapen en de volgende dag besloten appartement direct te verlaten. Receptie was gesloten volgende ochtend, geen response. Eigenaar gevraagd om refund, maar geen compassie. (want is company policy) Accomodatie is renovatie behoeftig.
- Cislaghi (5/5): - Ci è piaciuta la piscina, è i letti erano puliti La stanza era sporca, il gabinetto aveva residui di escrementi, le posate e le stoviglie erano sporche. Il personale è simpatico, ma non riescono a comunicare in inglese.
- Alexandra (6/5): Bien dans l'ensemble mais plusieurs points à améliorer - - Personnel sympathique et disponible si besoin - Joli petit établissement agréable extérieurement, notamment avec la piscine placée au centre offrant un cadre propice à la détente - Ménage fait régulièrement durant le séjour avec dépôt de serviettes de toilettes propres, ce qui est appréciable - Climatisation dans les chambres - Horaires des check-in et check- out souples - Draps changés plusieurs fois durant le séjour mais régulièrement tâchés - Bien que suffisant dans l'ensemble l'équipement des appartements est assez sommaire (peu de vaisselle disponible par exemple) - Eau de la piscine ayant jaunis tous les maillots de bain, ce qui a été signalé aux propriétaires durant le séjour (probablement un dosage inadapté du chlore ou l'absence de produits anti algues puisque les rebords de la piscine étaient verts en partie) - Évacuation de l'eau de la climatisation de la chambre via un tuyau à même le sol de la terrasse rendant celle-ci quasi inutilisable car en partie inondée de flaques - Localisation un peu isolée (25 minutes à pieds de la plage), un véhicule est donc fortement conseillé pour profiter des environs difficilement praticables à pieds (route sans trottoirs véritables un peu dangereuses pour les piétonsbet notammentbdes enfants) - Wi-fi disponible gratuitement mais peu utilisable car ne fonctionnant pas partout
- Chatzinikolaou (10/5): Spacious property featuring a private pool and dedicated parking - Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα με εξαιρετικές παροχές όπως πισίνα και πάρκινγκ. Μείναμε σε μια μεζονέτα με εσωτερική σκάλα. Στο ισόγειο υπήρχε κουζινάκι, νεροχύτης, ψυγειάκι με κατάψυξη, καθιστικό με καναπέ κρεβάτι, τραπέζι, καρέκλες, ντουλάπα και τουαλέτα με ντουζιέρα, ενώ στον επάνω όροφο υπήρχε το υπνοδωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι και θέα. Ο επάνω όροφος ήταν προσβάσιμος μέσω μίας εσωτερικής σκάλας και είχε διπλό κρεβάτι, καινούργιο και σύγχρονο κλιματιστικό, τηλεόραση και πιστολάκι μαλλιών ενώ το παράθυρο είχε παντζούρια που βοηθούσαν στη συσκότιση του δωματίου. Πιθανόν το μπάνιο να θέλει ανακαίνιση.

- Sylvie (4/5): - L’accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires - aucun équipement (peu voir pas de vaisselles, en tout cas pas adaptés au nombre de personnes, pas de four, pas de micro onde) - piscine sale qui a abîmé tous les maillots de bain qui sont bons à jeter - un canapé considéré comme un lit alors qu’on ne tient pas allongé avec les jambes tendues. Après avoir montré le problème, nous avons eu le droit à un lit pliable avec un matelas de 3 cm et des ressorts distendues. - appartement pas très propre même si le ménage était fait régulièrement mais pas correctement. - appartement très mal situé, loin de tout, et même pour se déplacer à pied, aucun équipement pour piéton donc très dangereux.

Sin problema para guardar las maletas después del check-out. Señora muy agradable. Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de playas con arena negra. No había aire acondicionado en el comedor donde estaba el sofá cama. Pero dejando el de la habitación o abriendo las ventanas, bien.

Comodo anche il parcheggio interno alla struttura, possibilità di cucinare. Qualità-prezzo giusto Tassa imposta dalla struttura (non di soggiorno) di 6€ giornalieri, non tanto per il costo in sé ma per il fatto di non essere specificata prima della prenotazione (anzi, Booking dà tasse e costi inclusi), che per la nostra prenotazione hanno aggiunto circa 40€ al costo totale. Abbastanza antipatica come cosa.

- Eleonora Micaela (10/5): Molto accoglienti, piscina ottima, stanza spaziosa e bella vista dal balcone. - Personale molto accogliente anche se parla poco inglese (ma ce la si cava con Google translate), piscina ben attrezzata anche se l'abbiamo usata pochissimo. Molto vicina al mare in macchina (circa 5 minuti). Parcheggio gratuito in struttura. Stanza spaziosa e con cucina semplice ma attrezzata, multipli balconi con vista anche sul mare. Il phon non funzionava. A parte asciugamani e lenzuola, non c'è un kit di cortesia, quindi portarsi dietro tutto.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Qualité prix convenable - Appartement sympathique, mais très très mal isolé, on entends énormément la route de derrière pour certains appartement.. drap avec une tache jaune...pas très glamour La cunette des toilettes s'est cassé, nous sommes resté 5 jours sans qu'elle soit changer... Ménage fait deux fois dans la semaine. Apres emplacement pas trop mal, accueil sympathique, personne agréable malgré qu'elle ne parle pas du tout anglais, donc merci au traducteur ;)
