Guest Reviews
- Josep M (6/5): Lo que se puede esperar por ese precio. - El precio. Esta bien si solo vas a ir a dormir una noche y ya. Entraba aire por la puerta ya calefacción no calentaba mucho.
- anna (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - Nothing! It was not a clean Inn, no towels to bath, tv didn’t work, water was turned off so we left a day early. Everything!! Plus they have a restaurant that has an “Open” sign out front. When asked what they serve, was told “oh, it’s not open”.
- William (2/5): Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. - The heater and a/c worked. The owner/ manager was intoxicated every time we interacted. Didn't speak English.
- Bonnie (6/5): - Price
- Jessica (2/5): - The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The Sheets had dirt and stains and were falling off the bed. The toilet had poop stains that liked years old like it had never seen bleach. There was 1 couch pillow per bed. I have photos, it was atrocious. The guy who checked us in had the audacity to charge me a pet fee. The floors were filthy. I needed a wheelchair accessible room for my mom and this was the only thing available. I'll drive thru the night next time, that was horrifying.
- Alexander (1/5): - I didn’t even stay because it was so creepy Everything
- Adkerson (7/5): -
- derek (2/5): - No one at the desk. Called them multiple times and i waited for half an hour. No one was in the parking lot. He couldn't have been busy
- Elyse (2/5): - Attendant staff coupdnt access a reservation and had to call someone. The room had an odor, shower was rusty. Windows sealed with ductape. But for a place to sleep with little money its a bed
- Elizabeth (2/5): - I can't believe Expedia lists this property. When we arrived a truck was fumigating the parking lot, which sent the bugs inside. The room was dirty and had one couch pillow on each bed for the pillows. The TV did not work, When bugs ran over our feet, we left. Would like our money back.
- Lori (1/5): Did not stay it’s a crap hole - Nothing, checked into the room , looked at the room, went back to lobby and requested Money back, Everything
- Rance (2/5): Choose elsewhere to stay. - Filthy and nasty room. Pet hair covering the floor, mildew and gross towels, toilet had been used and leaked enough to soak carpet.
- Chastin (1/5): Bad -
- Rachel (6/5): - Room was a little dirty, there is a huge language barrier due to the owners not speaking much english, sheets were a little stained up, the hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station that has a disel pump in back. Over all if you need a cheap quick hotel, stop here.
- Haoran (1/5): The property charged me a higher price than the original booking confirmed price. I am double charge - The property charged me a higher price than the original booking confirmed price. I am double charged and the prepaid amount in booking confirmation was not refunded.
- Dale (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gene (1/5): Bad -
- Tracey (1/5): worst stay ever - nothing was to like about this place. the room was not clean, I had to pay for my service animals, the counter person could not speak English so he had to call someone who did, the heater barely worked, the TV shut off on its own constantly, there was a mechanic shop being ran out of the motel so it looked like a junk yard. it was terrible. the plumbing backed up also. plus when they charged me for my dogs, the counter guy signed on the pad, not me. He signed my name??
- Renee (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed, good water pressure. Only one towel and wash cloth to share for 3 people. Fitted sheet on the bed looked dirty. The light above the sink didn't work. There was no point booking and getting a price through a third party, they charged their price even though I told them I had a reservation. I didn't like that the man that checked me in took a picture of my ID and debit card on his phone even though he ran my card. For safety I need to cancel my card. The worker smelled strong of alcohol.
- James (9/5): Superb - Quiet and staff friendly A bit outdated, but accommodating.
- Teresa (2/5): - Smoking too close to room doors, smell was thick and could smell in my room. No place to park that was not a mud puddle. Curtains in disrepair. Shower did not work, only the faucet and did not want a bath in that tub, No light over vanity. Had to open curtains to put make up on. Have to sign on to personal
streaming service for any television. No outlet near nightstands. Had to rearrange the room to set up CPAP and thank goodness I travel with power strips. There is not a restaurant for breakfast but the Quinter Pit Stop had good coffee and some breakfast offered with friendly people. At check in he charged my card $75 instead of the booking amount of $45 ish, due to language barrier I showed him the booking, he indicated he would fix it but the charge remained $75. For this room half that is too much. Sorry I have stayed in many economy rooms that are usually fine for a night or two. This was top three worst ever in 55 years.
- Thomas (2/5): - Smelled horrible, AC didn’t work, dirty, mold
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (4/5): Disappointing -
- Gillian (8/5): Good - The motel has new owners. It is fairly basic but was clean, had a comfortable bed, good shower and good WiFi. Friendly welcome. The location on the booking.com map is wrong - it is on the other side of the interstate by the Sinclair gas station
- Joan (1/5): HOTEL OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN WE ARRIVED!! - NOTHING! THIS PROPERTY WAS CLOSED!!! OUT OF BUSINESS AND WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!! RIDICULOUS! OWNER MUST BE SCAMING A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! IN TOTAL DISREPAIR! HORRIBLE!! THIS PROPERTY WAS CLOSED!!! OUT OF BUSINESS AND WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!! RIDICULOUS! OWNER MUST BE SCAMING A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! IN TOTAL DISREPAIR! HORRIBLE!!
- Kimberly (3/5): It was very disappointing, and I checked out early due to concerns for my safety. - The price advertised online was the primary determining factor of me booking at First Inn. The description online of the accommodations and their services was not accurate. As a female traveling by myself for work I was concerned with my safety and the safety of my belongings while I was at work. The hotel is right at the exit from the interstate and I had concerns from day one.
- Thompson (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): My stay at this location was affordable and friendly. - Extremely nice family owned business. A real gentleman Didn't want to leave
- Alexandra (6/5): Pleasant - Good and clean bathroom. I booked a smoke free room, but it’s wasn’t smoke free, my clothes still smells like I’m old smoker…
- Cathy (5/5): Passable - 1st room beds were not clean, 2nd room was not very clean
- Brittany (8/5): Very good -
- Bradley (8/5): Very good -
- Chase (9/5): Clean and comfortable motel to stay at when traveling or hunting. Extremely good value! - Great place to stay when traveling or hunting. The rooms are good sized, and very clean. The bed was great very soft. The allow pets without any additional fees!
- Isidro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheena (10/5): Hidden Gem - The staff went above and beyond and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best rest there and felt very safe. It was a kid and pet friendly location. We were even invited to Thanksgiving dinner which was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. I liked everything, this hotel is a great value especially for monthly stays.
- Melody (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (9/5): Will definitely stop again! - We walked across the parking lot to get breakfast.
The food was good with several options. The person behind the counter could have been a little nicer. May have been having a tough morning.
- Kristina (1/5): Bad - the most disgusting hotel in my life! cockroaches everywhere, dirty pillowcases, torn sheets. We slept in clothes. The room smelled of cigarettes, only one night light worked. The room is very dirty and disgusting to be in. They went into the bath once, killed cockroaches, but at night there were 10 times more of them. If you do not want to wake up at night and examine the bed in search of cockroaches, then I do not recommend this hotel
- Karl (8/5): The stay was OK; my difficulty is to locate the hotel and the phone is not working. - I got the email after I booked this hotel which did show inaccurate address and the listed phone number is not working! I brought to the receptionist and she said " it is the booking company, and it is not the number of the hotel".
- Cheyenne (8/5): Nice place to stay. - Had a comfy bed & nice decent room.
The room didn't smell of cigarettes at all, which is really nice. Friendly staff. Easy accessibility to the high way. No bugs found in room. The shower looked a little questionable.
- Juli (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mitchell (5/5): Passable -
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Guoping (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ralph (5/5): Passable -
- Doris (5/5): Passable -
- Lawyer (10/5): Well Equipped, Friendly, & Comfortable :) - The rooms are great and have excellent amenities. Also, the inn is located in a small town which has viable businesses to find all one may require. Friendly townsfolk, as well. :)
- Jon (4/5): I survived it. At least the price was cheap. - Friendly greeting from the front desk. That's about the extent of what I liked about the place. The place is in a state of disrepair, the carpet was dingy and wasn't vacuumed. The tub cold water spigot dripped water the entire time, and air conditioning unit blew air up and behind the curtain rather than into the room. Flies were also in the room buzzing about when I first entered. The place allows pets but has no pet fee or pet deposit, and that likely contributed to the sorry state of the room. Parking lot was gravel and had trash strewn about and potholes. There seemed to be a number of folks who live there in the units in the back and it's definitely not a place to take your family.
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lindsey (5/5): I have a 4 month old and didn’t want to drive straight through from Kansas City to Denver—this place was in the middle a - Cheap, halfway between Kansas City & Denver. Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were really nice! It looked like it had been hit by a tornado, smelled like stale cigarettes & the carpet was pretty nasty.
