Lo único a destacar es que no puedes aparcar en la zona y debes si o si pagar un parking Un pelin de ruido en la calle, estuve fin de semana y es una zona de muchos bares pero la ventana insonorizaba bastante bien

It may be a bit noisy if your room has a street view as there are some pubs or restaurants on the street. But anyway soundproofing was good enough for me, but can be a problem for very sensitive people.

• Sonja (10/5): Fantastiskt boende ett stenkast från Catalinaparken - Gillade det helt digitala konceptet. Likaså att jag kunde legitimera mig med passet hemma innan resan. Saknade inte daglig städning, tvärtom - då var det ju ingen för mig okänd inne i lägenheten. En liten förbättring skulle var en spegel i helfigur. Kanske på insidan av dörren? Två gånger hände det att någon annan gäst inte sett till att entrédörren gick i lås.

• Annika (10/5): Wir hatten eine perfekte Flucht aus dem deutschen schlechten Wetter. - Es war Karneval und das war super cool. Die Unterkunft mit der Dachterrasse und dem Sportbereich haben uns auch richtig gut gefallen. Richtig toll war auch die zentrale Lage. Wir hätten uns vor der Anreise um einen Parkplatz kümmern sollen. Dann haben wir aber noch einen guten Schnapper in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe gemacht.

The location was perfect for all amenities and only a short walk to the bus station. I found the communication/entry/exit instructions were well timed & helpful as well. We've already booked again for next year!

The TV is huge and the couch was so soft The bathroom door was hard to move and we couldnt completely close it so we had to play loud music everytime someone went to the bathroom. Also one of the mugs had lipstick on them which means that maybe they were not cleaned before.
• Mona (10/5): Convenient and clean apartment in vibrant area - We loved staying at Reliebe 44. It was a rather short walk to the beach (incl amazing playground), aquarium and tech museum as well as many restaurants, bars and cafés. Direct route to airport with bus 60 was ideal, too! We felt very at home in the big apartment which was very clean and had everything required for a longer stay - we even used the washing machine and drying rack twice which was super convenient. We also loved the extra room for our kid. Only good to keep in mind it is a bit challenging to eat at the tall bar table with a young child. Big thanks to the Reliebe team! 🙏🏻 PS: Definitely have a coffee in the new café downstairs, it is 10/10! We only missed a few hooks for our coats in the entry way, those would have been lovely. And we did not ask, so not sure if possible, but would have loved to maybe be able to borrow a vacuum cleaner occasionally - it was hard to keep the sand out of the apartment with a kid and just the broom. 😄 So maybe a little consideration for Reliebe.

• Eduardo (9/5): Muy recomendable. - La ubicación, la facilidad de acceso, y las instalaciones. No dispone de aparcamiento propio o concertado. No obstante, y dada su cercanía a museo Elder, se puede aparcar en ese parking por un coste semanal muy ajustado, de 30 €. Otra cosa es que hayan plazas, ya que, en nuestro caso, coincidimos con el inicio del carnaval, que tiene la feria y escenarios en el Parque de Santa Catalina, y se llena.

Los apartamentos en el piso 1 son ruidosos los fines de semana, debido a todos los restaurantes y bares que hay en la calle, el sonido se cuela por las ventanas, que parecen no aislar correctamente.

Me ha gustado todo! Pero si he de decir algo es lo bien insonorizado que está. La calle en la que se encuentra es bastante transitada por la noche y no se escucha nada. Puedes descansar perfectamente después de un día a tope en la isla.

• Kaz White (10/5): Best apartments we've stayed in in Las Palmas - Beautiful apartments. We had two, one with a terrace. Both were large, super clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchens. The customer service was excellent via WhatsApp, very responsive to questions and requests. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, central for inland shops, bars and restaurants too. We've stayed in many apartments in Las Palmas previously, and Reliebe 44 is by far the best so far.

Ehdottomasti tultaisiin uudestaan! Keittiövarustus vaatimaton ja huono paistinpannu. Keittiötuolit epämukavat. Tyynyt voisi olla paremmat. Nämä kuitenkin vain pieniä puutteita, muuten 2 viikkoa sujui erittäin mukavasti.

O apartamento dispõe no subsolo de academia, espaço amplo para convívio social e leitura, possui local para guardar pranchas de surf e chuveiro para higienização das pranchas de surf. No subsolo também tem disponível um filtro de água potável para usar recarregando as garrafas de água para levar para o quarto Amamos e voltaríamos com certeza! Nada

• Janire (8/5): Apartamentos céntricos y con gusto - Personal (de normal es todo check in en iPad) muy muy amable, fue cercana y comprensiva. Instalaciones muy nuevas con cuidado y mimo, todo impoluto, céntrico, cerca de la playa y también de muchos restaurantes, parkings, tiendas locales y supermercados. Menaje básico, sin extras. Cafetera de cápsulas, sin sal ni por supuesto aceite ni vinagre, sin papel de cocina.

Vi fikk rene håndklær etter etterspørsel, men måtte ut i gaten med boss selv. Skulle vært en rengjøring ikke oppholdet. Det var heller ikke møbler på takterrassen, men det ble storm så det hadde ikke blitt brukt i særlig grad.

Si tendria que poner una pega, lo unico es el proceso de check in que es bastante complejo especialmente si se trata de personas que son mas mayores o no manejan muy bien la tecnología, incluyendo aqui el acceso al apartamento que es posible la primera vez solo con uso de una app (hay una llave fisica dentro del apartamento), pero en mi caso ha sido al limite ya que al llegar estaba ya sin batería, pero todo estos son detalles ya que el edificio y los apartamentos son impresionantes!

There is a washing machine and common area in the basement, which was useful for us. Great location, walking distance to almost everywhere. Great public transport connections as well. The host was responsive and we could check out later upon request, which was much, much appreciated. Some more kitchen utilities like bowls and smaller cups would be appreciated. If you rent a car, parking in the area is a nightmare, although there is a parking garage closeby.

Las ventanas están insonorizadas. El que haya que dormir con la ventana cerrada por ser una zona de copas por la noche Si buscas vistas , no es el apartamento idóneo. La terracita está bien para desayunar, la cena da miedo por si se cae una botella ,podría ser un problema.

• Charo (10/5): Para repetir. - Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa de Las Canteras y de la parada de bus. Bares y restaurantes alrededor. El apartamento igual que en las fotos, amplio, cómodo y con todo lo imprescindible. Muy nuevo y limpio . El cheking muy comodo. Todo perfecto .
