Guest Reviews
- Ian (10/5): -
- Conal (6/5): Nice place, shame about the street theatre. - The rooms are clean, well laid out and the bathroom was spacious. The location is great in that it is smack bang in the centre of the city. However, the road it is on is seemingly the main meeting point for every alcoholic and drug addict in Derry. Having a room overlooking the main street that you dont get much sleep over the noise of screaming, shouting and fighting.

- Sarah (8/5): - Loved the location, and checking in was very easy. Beds were comfy. Very hard to get shower temp adjusted.
- Clw436 (1/5): - Clean FALSE ADVERTISING.
- Bruce (7/5): Generally, very good with limitations. - Very clean and helpful cleaners, modern facilities, near town centre. Another place that does not highlight it is self check in (probably because people would've less inclined to book if they knew).
Shower towels are not much bigger than my drying up cloth at home. Only a glorified shoe rack with hooks for hanging clothes - totally inadequate.
- Martina (10/5): - Brilliant location Nothing
- Patricia Melia (9/5): -
- Alejandro (6/5): No es un hotel - La ubicacion Dice que es un Hotel, pero no lo es
no hay recepcion, no hay servicios, la habitacion es una cama y una TV
- Jane Creech (7/5): - Excellent location for visiting Derry. Clean and comfortable room. Easy self-check in process. Very basic room without toiletries/hairdryer/other facilities/services you would expect from a hotel. Nor did it have a kitchenette facility to make it an aparthotel. The price of the room was very expensive for such basic facilities but there was a festival on in the city that weekend which may be reflected in the price.
No staff on site in the hotel but thankfully we didn't need them!
- Tim (6/5): Ok. Location great but about 20% overpriced for the room size and on-site amenities- non existent. Dismal view out of t - Location and cleanliness I felt it was a bit expensive for the room size. Tea and coffee provided but no glass to have water/drinks. Also, the radiator and towel rail didn’t work no-matter what I did to the regulator.
- Natalie (10/5): Very relaxing would definitely recommend - Very cosy

Fresh towels and toilet roll No hairdryer

- Rachel (9/5): I’d definitely return - Super clean, amazing location, seamless check in, really high standard and even smelled beautiful. Our room didn’t have a window it was so so warm, one mirror in the bed room for all the girls to share - another mirror above the dresser would have been perfect

- Conor (10/5): - The hotel is right in the city centre 2 minutes from the bus station, it was very quiet where I was and the hotel had called me and gave me a free upgrade which blew me away. The room was very big and had a great shower water was very warm. The bed and room was very clean and smelled amazing
- Natalia (7/5): - Location, relatively large room. No hair dryer in the room. The sheets were very cheap / scruffy with pulling all over. The window goes not to the garden but to the building staircase with limited light.
- Caoimhe (9/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): - Great location but maybe a few dodgy characters on the street outside. But overall felt safe and the room was really comfortable and clean.
- Maite (5/5): -
- Emmett (1/5): Bad - Staff was very condescending when I emailed. Not a friendly experience. The room was ok not great. It was freezing the heater didn't work. The shower was leaking. We stayed for 2 days and the staff walked into our room without our permission. WONT BE BACK It's not a hotel
- Carlos (5/5): Was ok. But likely wont return - Good Location and easy check-in No wifi. And the room was quite cold. No independent control of temperature
- Greta (7/5): -

- Gearóid (7/5): Convenient, no frills accommodation in City Centre - Location and check-in convenience. Room was cold and shower was broken
- Noelle (7/5): Good hotel but don’t get a room at the front of the building - It was clean and Morden I couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise from the street felt like there was no window as you could hear everything. Also the building was laud being tiled with no mats etc to help reduce noise

- Jacqueline (4/5): Very disappointing from moment I arrived at this property to moment I walked out of it. - I liked nothing about this stay this is not an Hotel as was advertised but only private bedrooms with an ensuite in a building. When I booked this I was under the impression it was an Hotel! When I arrived late at night and was unable to find it neighbouring Hotels didn't know it either and directed me to a recently opened new hotel in this vicinity as they thought it must have been it.
Trying to get in was a total nightmare as no one answered buzzer at door, I constantly rang the mobile nos that was up on door and still not able to get in contact with anyone only voicemails of a foreign lady and a man in English saying unable to take call.
This property is code access only which I was only aware of when arriving as I didn't have access to email and thinking it was an Hotel and would have a check in desk. When eventually a girl answered she told me she had no calls from myself even though she was contacting me on nos I had been ringing of door notice, when door was opened by a man he was on phone never welcomed me and wasnt friendly and helpful at at all (obviously from what I could see she was on phone to him while speaking to myself). She went on to tell me of room nos and when heading upstairs was then told that booking .com had changed my room nos for some reason and I was taken to another room which he opened himself?
This man who was supposed to be onsite security I assume then left. The room was clean but very cold and radiator only heated small one side of it. All during the night I could hear people in and out which being around Christmas I understand with parties and this didnt bother me but what did was in the morning when I was leaving at around 5.30am - 6.00am the front door to this building was left lying wide open. There was no one standing outside smoking and no security person to be seen either.
- Brian (10/5): -
- maria (10/5): Lovely stay - Clean and cosy, quick self-check in Staff very helpful Nothing. Very comfy bed and great shower
- David (10/5): Excellent - Great location, very clean, easy check in..perfect
- Maya (10/5): - Liked how central it is and it’s handy to get places Nothing
- katie (10/5): -
- Charlene (7/5): Fine - Didn’t get breakfast, The heating was on all night, no windows in the room
- Mandar (9/5): fantastic idea to go without front desk; Although there could be concerns about the security! - location location location!!! Best to explore the nearby attractions. Handy parking places nearby. Good restaurants in the vicinity. There could be concerns about the security if the front door could be left open inadvertently.
- John (7/5): -
- Conor (10/5): -
- Oliver (10/5): Sensational. - The quality of the facilities was superb, as well as the decor.
In addition, the location was fantastic for accessing nearby pubs and bars, as well as beautiful landmarks.
- Emmanuel (10/5): -
- Malin (8/5): -
- george (8/5): -
- Cibeles (9/5): Privacidad y tecnología - Los detalles, el color de la habitacion y lo privado que es ya que no tuve que presentarme con recepcionistas Que no hubiera desayuno jejeje
- Susan (10/5): It was a comfortable place to stay - Location was perfect. The standard of cleanliness was amazing and the price was good also Nothing
- Birgitta (4/5): Sadly would not recommend - The room does have some mod cons and is designed well. The location is just a few minutes from town and local landmarks The location in that part of the town has several drunkards and drug addicts that frequent through the night making lots of disturbances. Our rooms were not cleaned well, dirty marks left in the toilet bowl which was unpleasant and hair in the bed. With no reception there isn't really anyone to speak to for assistance. There is no control on temperature in the building so found it cold. Also we had a mix up with our door entry codes/rooms so had a little difficulty accessing the rooms but this was sorted by calling a mobile number. We had a 2nd night booked but chose not to even through there is a no refund policy on all bookings.
- Catherine (10/5): - Staff are lovely. Very clean and well priced, in the perfect place close to bars and resturants. Will defo be back !
- Lee (5/5): - The location was excelent . Value for money
- Lauren (3/5): Very nearly ruined our whole trip. - Central location, check in was smooth Noise was AWFUL. Complained 3 times about noise of guests next to us but staff didn’t do much, we heard them speak to them. Noise from outside on Main Street was also awful. We didn’t stay the 2nd night we booked and had to check in elsewhere. Shower was also boiling hot and wouldn’t change temp. Affected skin.
