Loren (5/5): - Very clean and shower facility was excellent with strong water pressure and excellent soft water. Morning breakfast was good. The hair drier was missing and staff struggled to correct issue. Billing was a nightmare and again staff struggled to rectify the issue. But it was finally corrected. Bed was hard.

My room was clean, comfortable , and had everything I needed for relaxing stay. During my visit, I took some time to explore lake Eufaula, which was a great nearby spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel's location made it easy to get there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting McAlester. It offers good value for money, a convenient location near popular attraction, and a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the area.

Erma Jean (10/5): A comfortable, convenient stay with great amenities that made my baseball trip even better. - Stayed a night at Quality Inn & Suites McAlester on Hwy 69 while visiting Mike Deak Field in McAlester for a baseball game and was pleasantly surprised. The place felt well cared for, and it was nice to come back to a quiet room after being out all day. Breakfast in the morning was hot and ready, which made leaving early much easier. I also liked smart TV with apps like Netflix and PrimeVideo made winding down easy. Definitely a hotel I'd stay at again when I'm in town. There were lot of customers that stayed at the hotel by evening, but during the day time, it feels like hotel is less busy.
Daniel (10/5): Relaxing Stay Near the Park - I has a nice stay at the Quality Inn in McAlester , OK. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable , and the staff was welcoming. I liked the location, especially being close to Chadick Park- it was a great spot to unwind for a bit. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Microwa - good price Microwave was broken and door to our room wouldn’t latch unless you pulled up hard on the door while pulling closed. Fairly clean but not perfect. Ann (8/5): - Breakfast was very good. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, a waffle iron, and a pancake machine. Also bagels, toast, and muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, and apples. My husband said the coffee was bad.

Meg Raatz (7/5): Fair for a 2- star property. - Breakfast was pretty decent. Pancake and waffle machines, Community coffee, juice machine, standard scrambled eggs and mystery meat. But there isn't as much variety as I usually find in similar buffets. The mattress was encased in a bug-proof case, plus had a pad and clean sheets. Everything is dingy and in serious need of replacement. For example, in our room there was an iron-shaped burn in the carpet, the upholstered chair and desk chair were black with embedded dirt on the seat and armrests. There was an ironing board, but no iron or pad. Toiletries were minimal. The whole place looks like a handyman special.

There’s a safe in the room, and you’ll be charge $2.50 per day to use it. And if you don’t use it, it’s your responsibility to notify the hotel within 60 days to receive a refund. The elevator makes a horrific noice as it stops at the second floor. The first time using it scared me. As I entered my room, I noticed the curtains were shredded. I pointed it out to staff who already knew about it and the broken toilet seat.

My room was clean, comfortable, and had useful amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a nice start to the day. Good location and great value for the price.

Autumn (7/5): Over all it’s was decent, definitely would look into some maintenance and redecorating - Convenient location Exceptional staff Issue with door working as in not being able to get into the room without a struggle because it was like the door would read the key and light up like it was unlocked but wouldn’t unlock. The couch in the room was definitely old and run down. The cushions were all stained, worn down, and not even fitting the couch properly.

Pilingjurka (10/5): Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms in prime location with genuinely friendly service - The Location is perfect- easy access right off Highway 69, next to Walmart and close to everything in town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. Cleanliness throughout the property really stands out, and the beds are very comfortable. What truly makes this hotel shine is the friendly, welcoming staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great value, great comfort and great service. I would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again. When we were at front desk there was a big group that joined for check-in, which made some delay for us. which I understand not in hand of the front desk to call extra help suddenly.

I found the rooms to be large, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed: high-speed Wifi, Refrigerator and microwave. The hot breakfast offered a variety of hot items including eggs, waffles, pancakes, meet and coffee. The friendly staff made check-in easy and offered helpful local tips. The hotel's location near Highway 69 and local amenities makes it extremely convenient for business of leisure travelers. I wish they would add more amenities such as pool.

The room was spotless, spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. I'll definitely be coming back !
Lindsey (1/5): Was not impressed. We were told one price for a room and then suddenly our card was charged more. - Tv didn’t work right, hot water wasn’t very hot for showers, they told us our room would be $91. When we checked out the next day, our card showed that we were charged around $150.

The moment we walked into facility started coughing from room 221 from air quality. We are very healthy and not easily affected.Took along time to finalize checkin after signing up online for stay. The young man was new but should have received better training. Booking .com was not valid to current stay should have been like 3 stars not over 8.Breakfast was till 9 am and ran out of regular coffee before and did not refill.

Charles A. (4/5): - I won’t be staying at this property again. The moment I walked in, there was an overwhelming smell that only got worse once I reached my hallway. It’s hard to describe, but it was strong and unpleasant. I also heard a dog whining in one of the rooms, which didn’t help the atmosphere and a microwave was laying in the hall. To be fair, the room itself was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the check-in staff was very friendly. But the property overall is in rough shape and feels very run down. I didn’t even stay for breakfast—I just wanted to leave as soon as I could the next morning.

A/C good, bed was good. Hotel in an unusual area for a hotel—off the main highway and beside a Walmart. Garry was friendly and helpful.
