- TERRANCE (8/5): - The property is new so I am sure issues will arise. Our thermostat was stuck at 55 degrees but maintenance came up and fix that right away. There was minimal hot water. The breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to eat off real plates and use real silverware as post COVID. The staff was kind and courteous. Over all this is a 5 star location and highly recommend.

- Claire (6/5): - Room is clean, it’s a little difficult get the room temperature correctly, either too warm or too cold. Front desk staff was a little bit on the rush side. Also the squeeze type of lotion, soap and shampoo is not easy to use. If you don’t squeeze hard enough, there is nothing come out; if you squeeze too hard, a lot come out. And if you don’t have strong grip or have arthritis , it will be very difficult to use. Overall is a ok stay.

- Megan (10/5): Amazing experience! - My stay was amazing! Krystal at the front desk was such a huge help, assisting me in checking in early so that I could get some medication into the mini fridge. The air conditioner worked great and the Wi-Fi was perfect for me to work remotely all day. The breakfast in the morning had anything you could possibly want-pancakes, waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal… the hotel was so clean and everything was fresh and new. I also had a beautiful view of the mountains from my room and the TV not only had live channels but streaming apps. I would 100% stay here again!

- Patricio (8/5): - The room was very clean. All of the linen was fresh and the bathroom supplies were plentiful. The staff was very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. There were no drawers or cabinets for our clothes. There were a couple of shelves, but nothing to discreetly store our undergarments. My wife was not happy about the idea of having her bras and panties sitting on an open shelf. The streaming for the television was terrible. The entire three nights we stayed. The provided breakfast was mostly cold and the coffee not worth drinking. I did like the hotel and it’s layout, but obviously the rooms were meant to be sparsely decorated.

She drove the shuttle with warmth and professionalism, welcomed guests at the front desk with a smile, kept the hotel spotless by mopping floors, and even offered excellent excursion recommendations that made my trip more enjoyable. Her dedication, versatility, and genuine care for guests are truly extraordinary. It’s rare to see someone juggle so many roles while still making every interaction feel personal and uplifting. I don’t know her name, but I understand her sister also works at the hotel—and together they must be a powerhouse of hospitality! This employee exemplifies the very best of Hilton’s service culture. Because of her, my stay was not just comfortable but truly memorable. She deserves the highest recognition for going above and beyond in every way.

- Jonathan (8/5): - We have stayed here multiple times ever since it opened and this was by far the least favorable. Room floor was dirty as was the shower. Tv...well dont plan on watching any. Acted like it was buffering no matter the channel. Netflix worked good if you have that. Overall it was the room cleanliness that was the most disappointing. Floors were nasty. Food left from previous inhabitants should never happen and the feel of grit and dirt was not pleasing getting into bed.

The hotel rooms have flooring not carpet so I feel like it seems cleaner. This is our third time staying at Tru we love it.

- Clarita (2/5): - When we arrived the staff was nice and checked us in right away. When we went to our room the floors were not clean. I found toe nail clippings, a pubic hair in the shower. Once we got ready for bed I found a bug in my pillow. I killed it and after some googling. I realized it was a bed bug. I was so freaked out but my kids were already a sleep. I tried inspecting the rest of areas in the room. Needless to say that u was not able to sleep all night and we checked out first thing in the morning. The experience was horrible

Did have some issues with room service actually cleaning our rooms, we never had our towels replaced or trash removed despite leaving the “service needed” hanger on the door. We thought maybe it was bc the “do not disturb” sign was on the other side and they got confused so we left it off the other days and still nothing. I had to stop one of the ladies in the hall for new towels and she was very nice about it.
- Christine (10/5): - The newly appointed manager and a desk clerk got in a huge fight at the front desk while i was waiting for a ride. The clerk was "work checking" her manager and the argument got quite heated as she obviously would not accept criticism. He's frustration increased as they bickered back and forth about her attitude etc. She wasn't exactly welcoming when i arrived and failed to write down my room number so i had to go back to the desk and get it. The main issue is that they should have gone into the office area for their fight, and not continued for at least 10 minutes at the desk. It was embarrassing and highly unprofessional. However the clerk should have kept quiet and not talked back to her superior. She for sure is not suitable for the hospitality industry.

It took 30 mins to check in while there was no one at the reception.As we booked through Expedia it looks like hotel was not giving us any choice . They gave us room just in the car parking area whole time it was super noisy and uncomfortable. There was no tea coffee maker or microwave inside the room , no closet to hang our clothes even no area as closet to keep our bags . It was very tiny room and dirty as well . This was terrible experience .
- Vickie (8/5): - Bar and kitchen staff were very very nice. Breakfast was soso. I was surprised the hotel did not offer microwaves or coffee pots for the rooms. Desk staff said it was a "Tru" policy like that made it ok. I like hot tea at night so not ok.

When I asked about it, they said it was because they wanted two customers to be more social to come downstairs and use the microwave, etc. What if I didn’t feel social? I was in Colorado Springs to bury my father. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful.

- Jessica (10/5): Excellent Hotel - The hotel was very clean and the staff was fantastic. The only negative that I found was that there wasn't an in room coffee maker. It wasn't a big deal, but I enjoy having coffee as soon as I wake up and don't necessarily want to have to do my hair and get dressed before having coffee.

- Bernadette (10/5): Excellent Stay with Mountain Views and Great Ameni - I was highly impressed with this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient—less than 5 minutes from the airport, which made our arrival and departure seamless. Our room had a stunning view of the Rocky Mountains, which was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our stay. Since it's a newer hotel, everything felt fresh, modern, and impeccably clean. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and there were several other thoughtful amenities that added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.
