Cristian (8/5): - The bathroom was so so, the sink was clogged with cigarette leftovers and it had a strong cigarette smell
Patrick Max Robert (4/5): - The toilet seat was cracked and had a pink hue, the bathtub was particularly dirty and there were a lot of ants. I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before doing anything else on arrival. The walls are extremely thin, so whenever someone upstairs was having a conversation, you could pretty much hear everything. The kitchen didn’t have any dish soap or rags. On top of that, the dishes were dirty on arrival. There was some toilet paper on arrival, but when I asked for more they basically explained that they don’t usually provide any, but were being nice enough to make an exception for one roll. The staff was overall very friendly.

This place is unfit to stay in. They gave us key to room and it wouldn’t open the door, we went back down stairs to report this only to be told there are two rooms that have the same room number. Do not stay here.
Charles (8/5): - The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.

LUCIA (6/5): - El apartamento está alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado, con un súper muy grande a unos pasos y bastantes bares y pizzerias. Nuestro aparatamento era doble con vistas al jardín. Era moderno, amplio y bastante nuevo, pero necesita un mantenimiento que parece no tener. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban, el botón del microondas saltaba cuando paraba, la campana extractora estaba sucia y en malas condiciones, el suelo mal barrido...eso sí, los sanitarios estaban limpios, la ropa de cama también y las camas son cómodas. No tienen el típico kit de fregar ni tampoco una escoba. La cocina tiene microondas y cafetera, pero no horno, tampoco en la cocina común. El personal era amable. El precio que tiene es muy ajustado, hay que asumir por qué y decidir si vale o no la pena. Nosotros no hemos estado mal.

Gabriella (8/5): - A acomodação é confortável e tranquila, um lugar bem afastado do centro, mas com mercado e restaurantes próximos. Era relativamente limpa, e as camas bem confortáveis. A cozinha era boa e deu para nos virarmos. É proximo ao ponto para pegar um tram (um trem elétrico), mas fica a uns 40 minutos do centro de Milão (Duomo de Milão e galerias). Lembrando que não é um hotel, então você precisa comprar itens de higiene basicos que não serão disponibilizados, como papel higiênico e sabonete. A limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas só é feita caso pague um valor a parte, caso contrário você precisa limpar o quarto. Tivemos um problema com a acomodação mas resolvemos facilmente na recepção e com a hoteis.com. Fique atento as taxas da cidade, tivemos um problema onde foi informado um valor menor e chegando la tivemos que pagar o dobro, um erro do hoteis.com e não da acomodação, mas foi resolvido e reembolsado a diferença por conta do erro. Num geral valeu super a pena, o lugar é muito confortável e tranquilo, você pode andar na rua sem medo ate tarde e todos foram muitos gentis.
Rodney (4/5): - It was fine. Definitely not what the pictures show especially the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and tub was extremely filthy. Besides that we stayed busy and just made sure to have a place to lay our head down. Im sure other rooms were maybe better however ours was not.

Solange A A J (2/5): Pessimo hotel - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. My family and I had booked a two-night stay, but due to a series of serious issues, we checked out after the first night and are requesting a refund for the unused night. From the start, we experienced several unacceptable conditions: • At check-in, two receptionists laughed and made a joke in Italian about a simple question my husband asked. This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. • We were not informed that the building was under renovation. The view was obstructed, there was constant noise, and the balcony was unusable. • The room lacked basic amenities: there was no top sheet on the bed, just a comforter, and only one pillow per person. • There was no hot water in the shower, and the refrigerator was leaking and filled with a block of ice instead of a functioning freezer. • The curtains were visibly dirty. • The internet stopped working entirely on the first night. • After requesting a room change, the new room presented even more issues. • Most disturbingly, a shirtless man entered our room right after my daughter had walked in. Thankfully, my husband was inside, and the man left immediately. This was extremely alarming and unacceptable. I have photographic evidence of the poor conditions and am willing to provide it upon request. Given the number and severity of the problems we encountered—including safety concerns—we believe we are fully entitled to a refund

Verified traveler (8/5): - Lejligheden er rigtig fin til et ophold i Milano. Super nem transport ind til byen med sporvogn 3 min fra lejligheden. 2 store værelser med plads til 4 og en stor fælles altan, der fungerer som spiseområde. Lejligheden kommer med 1 kogeplade og et få antal små kasseroller, pander og meget basic tallerkener og bestik. Til gengæld kommer den ikke med noget til at vaske det bruge service op med, hvilket man selv må føle sig tvunget til at købe, såfremt man ønsker at bruge køkkenet (hvilket er ideen med en lejlighed med køkken). Køkken redskaberne er begrænset og man skal være opmærksom på manglende klude, opvaskemiddel og svampe samt andet køkken udstyr som skal købes ekstra til den specifikke overnatning i nærliggende supermarked.

Rom (6/5): It’s ok but not that good. - The neighborhood is so loud. It was 3 in the morning and people are still laughing outside. Inside the hotel smells cigarette. Too expensive for the condition and location.
Marialejandra (2/5): Precio absurdo en relación a la calidad. - Sinceramente no tengo palabras para describir la terrible experiencia en el alojamiento. CONTRAS: Desde un primer momento nos dieron una habitación errónea, solo para cambiárnosla por una con todos los electrodomésticos deteriorados y oxidados, la nevera ni siquiera prendía y la terraza estaba increíblemente sucia, no se podía comer ni sentarse ahí. La persiana de una de las habitaciones no bajaba y aunque la arreglaron al día siguiente, ni siquiera se preocuparon en limpiar un poco la habitación. Las sábanas, cobertores y toallas no estaban limpios, de hecho salimos con múltiples picadas de insectos y afecciones en la piel. Las camas eran dos individuales con una bajera encima, no una cama matrimonial. Se escuchaba muchísimo ruido de las otras habitaciones en la noche. No hay ningún supermercado cerca, solo una panadería medianamente decente. A 40 min del centro de la ciudad. Las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con la realidad de las habitaciones. PROS: El chico de la recepción era agradable y realmente trató de ayudarnos. La conexión con el centro de la ciudad es sencilla. Aunque tardas 40 min, si tienes el bono de turismo, sale rentable.

Elsa (4/5): Don’t bother…. - Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all. As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business. As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!

However, the overall cleaning requires improvement, especially for the bath tub. And the electrical compliance like desk light and kettle do not fit into the plug. Very inconvenient in this.

Fabien (2/5): Fuyez ! - La chambre etait juste sale. C'etait degoutant. Il y avait encore 1 coton tige etc. Ensuite la chasse d eau fuyait. Nous avons appele la réception qui a envoyé une personne qui nous a expliquée que c'etait normal. La cuisine etait inutilisable, le syphon fuyait et innondait tout. Du coup nous avons juste achete des plats a rechauffer au micro ondes. Je voyage énormément pour montravail et a l'étranger, je peux vous assurer qu'en 20 ans de commercial dans le monde, c'est la premiere fois que je vois cela. Nous avons ete contraints de faire 2 nuits sur les 3. Je concois la vétusté d'un logement et des couts de renovation prohibitif. Par contre c'est anormal de proposer un logement sale, de ne pas permettre l'utilisation de la cuisine ou reparer une chasse d'eau qui fuit. Je mets presque jamais de commentaires, apres des centaines de nuits sur hotels.com, mais la ... Fuyez !

Ilber (6/5): Familienurlaub - Im Grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ganz ok. Das Personal war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Leider wurde nur in gewissen Zeitspannen geheizt und so wurde das Zimmer über Nacht ausgekühlt. Das Warmewasser war ca. 30 Grad warm mann konnte nur schlecht Duschen bei den Aussentemperaturen. Im Frühling ist der Aufenthalt sicher angenehmer. 😅

Myriam (10/5): Bon endroit - I spend 4nights with my family. I was very satisfied. The receptionist were great and very welcoming. The beds confortable, there was a kitchen which was great and very useful with a coffee machine, cups, knives , spoons…. We even found coffe and sugar. the place was very well located too. The rooms large and the beds two. Quite honestly I am quite happy I chose the place. I recommend it.

Maya (4/5): - Freezing cold. Heat is rationed in time slots. Only is turned on in building from 6-9am, 12-3 pm, and 5-12 pm. Not adjustable either. No amenities. 2 vending machines cash only. 1 spoon and1 knife in kitchenette. There was water and coffee provided in room. Some outlets did not work and lacked outlet covers. No extra blankets or pillows. Wi-Fi poor connectivity. TV did not have any signal and could not be used at all. I’m not sure why it’s even in the room. Very few restaurants in area. Far from train station but it is right across the street from bus stop. Overall acceptably clean but in fair condition

Maja (8/5): Satisfactory accommodation for short stay - We stayed in said accommodation for longer weekend. Since the public transport was striking the day of arrival, we called reception that we will be late and they waited for us to arrive & get the keys. Our accommodation had 2 separate rooms that were clean & had everything that person need for short stay. In addition in Appartement was kitchen so we could prepare coffee & breakfast in the morning. Only downside was that some neighbors were Really loud during the night so we had to complain. Also, there was nobody to clean the rooms for 5 days nor give additional toilet paper but after we asked we got it. In addition , accommodation was good connected with the city, direct tram line. Internet was not so good during the day. All in all, it was good value for money, and I recommend it.

Goeie verbinding naar centrum weinig restaurants een op de hoek goede pizza pasta voor weinig geld. Prima waar voor ze geld verwacht geen luxe uiteraard!

Les salle de bain et cuisine ont bien besoin de rénovation et il manque de la vaisselle pour un logement 6 personnes, il manquait de vaisselle courante et les casseroles étaient vraiment petite. La chambre était propre, les matelas très confortable Par contre il faisait beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud le chauffage devait être à fond et impossible de l'éteindre nous avons dormi les fenêtres grande ouverte ce qui n'était pas super avec le bruit de la rue qui ne s'arrête jamais. Gros avantage la ligne de tram 3 est à quelques centaines de mètres de l'appartement et nous amène au Duomo en 35min

Karin (4/5): - Don’t expect a hot shower or a clean toilet. There was mould under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. The appliances they supply did not fit the power points. You cant take a bath as there's no plugs for bath or kitchen sink. Office chair was broken. Couldn’t dry dishes no tea towels . The young man at the make shift desk was very pleasant
Karen (4/5): - Unfortunately this property did not reflect the photos. Many of the units had damage, the over all condition was poor, the bathroom was very poor. I would not go back to this property. On a positive the staff were extremely helpful.

Stehanie (10/5): - I stayed for the second time in this exciting place and left it convinced again. Amazing reception team - I miss them already. It's a great place for Urban Nomads with enough space to create and even cook at the communal kitchen. The rooms are very clean, it's a very safe and friendly neighborhood with public transport directly to centre. I will be back for sure!

Fabio (4/5): - La struttura e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi ed è disponibile anche il parcheggio per l'auto. E' composto da decine di appartamenti, ma quello che ci è stato assegnato era pessimo sia per lo stato (la tapparella della porta finestra in una delle stanze non si chiudeva, Il coprifilo della porta ci è quasi caduto in testa, etc.) che per la pulizia (tende e mobili macchiati, bagno sporco).

Unico pregio vicinanza alla metro e negozi di alimentari e farmacia, per chi si sposta per problemi di salute buono, ma per il resto pessimo!
