- John (7/5): Decent location in a safe area and a good value. - Good location. The onsite cafe was excellent. The rooms are not spotless but it was much better that the reviews. The process of the giving a deposit was not expected. I wondered if it was a scam - it was not.

- Gene (5/5): Had to Double Check the Latest Reviews - I felt very sorry for not doing enough on my end before making reservations. I’m writing bc I don’t want other people to be misleades by the pictures. Gated/ secured parking lot was never locked and it was a concern for us. The place needs a deep overall cleaning and restocking. We tried not even touch the appliances or a couple of dishes we found there. Not enough towels, black long hair left on the towel. No BH soap, shampoo, Kleenex. Three of four pillows were a complete joke and not usable. Customer service responded quickly and did their best to replace it but the replaced pillows were in the same not usable condition. Because of pillows I had no sleep before a long working weekend event. The building is nice but to present units in the condition it’s shown in pictures a lot has to be done.
- Kayli (5/5): would not recommend - The AC in the unit was nice and cold. That was about the only thing that was great about the place. They only had one comforter, no extra blankets. There was zero to no lighting in the main living room.. it smelled like weed when we got into the room. We also asked for a heavier blanket and received 2 sheets..... The beds were rock hard All of the towels were stained and there was hair in the shower and hair attached to the towels. No dish soap. Thankfully there were pans that we used to cook breakfast. The place was decent size but the amenities were awful.
- Joseph (3/5): Unfortunately, I have to say I'd stay somewhere else next time I'm in Cleveland. - The Green Goat Cafe was great. Clean, nice staff, good food and coffee. But it is not related to Superior Living. If you're offering room 113 I'd decline. The hall by the bedroom is just creepy, walking up the stairs you can see everything that was ever dropped under them, there was no power to the outlets by the bed. So I needed to move to a different room (or leave) because I need power for a medical device. The person who changed my room (by phone) was helpful. Room 115 was better but the shower floor was slimy and I needed to clean it before I would use it. And the ceiling vent in the bathroom was just gunky. And the bed frame was unstable. The whole bed shifted when I turned over. Oh and soap and shampoo are not provided which to me was very unusual. So bring your own.

Of the six bulbs in the kitchen three were out. The shower was not clean (hair). There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom (had to shower with hand soap). The door lock was finicky and took several tries to unlock. The furniture was rickety.

- Elizabeth (8/5): I would recommend the place for a longer stay as it is really an apartment instead of a hotel room. - The full well equipped kitchen and large living room was a good plus for a three day stay. I appreciated the shower (no tub) and the excellent water pressure. The codes I was sent worked well. The overall size of the place was much bigger than the typical hotel room and having the bed in a separate room was a nice change. The complexity of getting a reservation - lots of information required including a digital picture of my driver license. The instructions for that didn't work and it took several emails to resolve it. Requiring a security deposit was something no other hotel or motel has required. The $85 cleaning fee seemed excessive to me for a three day stay. The mattress was not comfortable - felt like all dense foam which created troughs when I tried to sleep. The location was a bit remote (the only dining options within walking distance - two chinese restaurants - were closed and the attached restaurant I tried gave me the worst breakfast and coffee of the whole trip).

Gritos a cualquier hora, la gente no tiene respeto. La ubicación muy mala, son suburbios y hay prostíbulos. Hay que andar 15 min hasta el centro y te cruzas con gente que sabes que no es buena. Por el precio tan alto y el depósito que hay que pagar, no merece la pena. La ciudad está vacía y la poca gente que hay no es buena.

The bed was not made, urine in the toilet, used wash cloths in the bathroom. The company did place me in another unit until the initial unit was cleaned. Both units could use a deep cleaning. The current contracted cleaning company is going to put them out of business because they are not doing a good job. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize both units.

The bedroom had trash left, and I didn’t get a refund. The upstairs air doesn’t work, and it’s hot. The lights downstairs just go out at random. Would I want to stay here again? Probably not.

How far we had to walk to our unit, the WiFi was out (however we got a new one as soon as we called) and the code to the apartment didn't work. But even tho it took about 30mins, they got us in and was very very apologetic about it. So I would definitely stay with them again.
- Richard D (4/5): Expected Better - Immediate neighborhood is industrial, parking is down the street, building entry is somewhat confusing, suite is bare bones, communication is poor, no toiletries are provided, no towel service during entire nine day stay, keypad to suite failed and maintenance was slow to respond (sat in the hall for an hour). That said, the price is good, walks to Lake Erie, stadiums, restaurants and rock HOF are short.

- Jose (10/5): Great stay at the right price - The apartment was clean and it had all the amenities described in the Booking.com page. The location was close to where I was going so everything went as planned. It was not a major inconvenience but given the fact that this was a refurbished old building the access to the exit in and out of the building was a bit awkward... During the day you can go through the restaurant downstairs but after 5 PM you have to exit a different way because the restaurant is closed. Nothing that could be done about it but just a comment...

Some of the finishes on the property are in need of maintenance and there are minimal amenities. Otherwise the property is in a good location and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

- Cade (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. - The stay was convenient for the location wasn’t far from my work location and it had free parking which is always a plus in another city! The property needs some TLC. There were cracks and scuffs all over the walls, the couch was stained all over as well as the decorative pillows in bedroom and the carpet in the bed room. The furniture was cheap and not comfortable, the bed side table looked as if it could fall apart if you laid anything on it. The bathroom was dirty as can be. The area around the sink was filthy and the shower had hair from previous guest as well as some other fluids I am unsure of. There was an attachment that looks as if they previously supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but the front of it was missing so that was not supplied. The apartment had a wifi router but no wifi, the tv also runs off wifi but was not working considering wife wasn’t available. There was a cord that was mangled behind the tv that I did not know what was for but I didn’t want to mess with anything or cause more issues so I let it be. They offered coffee and tea on their listing yet there was an old pod still in the coffee maker and only three pods of coffee left, wish would have been fine if I stayed for a day but I stayed for 12 days. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when I arrived but the soap area was broken so I didn’t run it because I didn’t know what to do if i could put a pod in the washer. The parking lot was a walk around the block and not attached to the actual location. This would not be an issue if the area was not dangerous. Constant reports of crime were going off in that area and I had to sit in my car for 15 minutes while waiting for 12 men to stop fighting on the street in order to feel safe enough to walk to the building. That same night when I got up got the third floor, there was hair, confetti, smashed pieces of chicken and much more trash all over the halls. The last couple notes I have to make are in regards to safety, the first night I was there I woke up the next morning to someone opening the door and entering the property.

- Sherman (4/5): - First foremost pictures can be deceiving the property looked nice from the photos they posted it once I entered the property it was trash in the hallways and about 15 people just standing in the hallway I had no idea what was going on they kept up noise the entire night into the cops came to shut it down it wasn’t any WiFi in the apartment I reached out to the lady who is in charge her exact “words we’re they don’t have WiFi and try to connect to your hotspot” if I knew this I would’ve never booked this place I entered the unit it such a bad smell and it didn’t look very clean I wouldn’t recommend!

A shady looking bar was across the street from the parking lot. It was not clearly labeled the parking lot or the parking entrance. Then had to look around for the gate to walk out of. It was aLot. The room had concrete floor and she shower was flat and water got onto the rugs. Had two small bath towels one wash cloth. On bathroom shower towel for the floor. The deposit was $250. That was a surprise. No WiFi but that didn’t affect me. I did like my bedroom, washer and dryer. The big kitchen sink and counter. I didn’t like the deposit. And the parking! I wish they would have told me before I booked! I traveled alone at night and really couldn’t spare $250. But whatever. Just felt hidden things. And hardly any towels. No dish soap or Laundry pods. Would have been a nice touch. I didn’t use the kitchen. But I made it. I wouldn’t go back traveling alone. Walking near a bar. And the back dark entrance. Unnerving. One hit in the floor is a basement floor. Bring your flip flops.

- White (3/5): - The security of the property. Location was great and easily Accessible The cleanliness of the place is zero to none. For it to be no pets allowed. I found dog hair. And long blonde hair all about. The lack of internet is beyond belief. Being a student made my stay a little bit difficult... but reading the post for this property would've avoided that hiccup. The quality of the furniture is ridiculous. The sofa was nasty. And the bed is busted in the middle. No dishes. On top of all of that you are asked to take the garbage out after being charged a cleaning fee... Could've been great!!! This place has great potential.

My TV had a black line through it. This was my birthday weekend. I couldn’t even watch TV. I tried to call. No one answered. They just sent text messages. I let them know. They say hook an Internet up to it, but I cannot watch TV with a black line to it. The property was nice and clean till I got into my unit. They left food in the refrigerator.

- Valorie (5/5): Would not stay again. - Great location and updated facility, but there is very low lighting and it was very difficult to see in the main area. The bench in the seating area was broken and the kitchen needed much more cleaning and we let them know about it. They did not address the lighting situation and we could not turn the overhead lights on in the kitchen either. We actually found a lot of glitter which indicated there was not much cleaning done before we arrived. We also let them know about that as well. Read above.

- Rodica (1/5): Our stay was short, because we DIDN'T stay in this horrible place, this was our New Years Eve start. - absolutely nothing! We didn't even stay in the apartment. We rented it because it was close to our new years eve venue, and the door didn't even close. It was not clean, blood on the pillow covers, couch was dirty, not one item in the kitchen cabinets, not even a glass, no shampoo...i can go on and on EVERYTHING, this should not be rented, it is wasted space.

- Helena (4/5): Poderia ter sido melhor pelo preço cobrado. - O sistema de entrada e saída por código dispensa o uso de chaves Internet não funcionou grande parte do tempo. Instruções de entrada chegaram no dia do Check In e não um dia antes como informado, causando grande apreensão. Tive que solicitar papel higiênico e troca de toalhas além de limpeza mínima, pois durante os 11 dias de estadia não fizeram nenhuma limpeza. Predio antigo, teto do terceiro andar soltando madeira, muito perigoso os detritos, principalmente no quarto.

- Claudia (8/5): Few details - I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the prompt responses I received every time I had a question or concern regarding my reservation. However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. Unfortunately, we did not receive any shampoo, and although we had towels, there were only two provided for three adults. Additionally, the washcloths appeared to be dirty. When we prepared to get into bed, we noticed that the sheets looked unclean, and there was a small pebble in the bed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but overall looked good .With all that said, I would like to add that we did enjoy the apartment overall.
