- KYOUNG SU (6/5): - 호텔 외관은 괜찮고 직원분들 친절도가 엄청 좋습니다. 특히 로비에 여자분은 한국말도 배우시는 것 같고 친절합니다. 조식 종류 다양하고 인니스타일입니다. 몰도 가깝고 좋은데. 수압 약하고 방안에 인터폰 없고, 이불과 베게는 냄새가 나고 방은 낡았고, 청소 상태 별로입니다. 방도 바꿨는데... 환불 가능하면 돈 더주고 다른곳 가고 싶었습니다.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of any other hotel. I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to them.

- Kohno (2/5): - 10階の部屋であったが1階のレストランの音楽の低音が12時過ぎまで響いて眠れなかった バスタブの底のホーローが欠けて錆が出ていたので入らなかった。またシャワーの切り替えコックも固く一苦労であった 洗面台のカランがグラグラして使い難く、また洗面台もグラグラしてバスタブから出る時にてんつけにくかつた フロントに問い合わせしようにも電話がなくwhatsupで対応とのことで手の施しようがなかつた、唯一の救いはスタジアムの利用の際の立地の良さ

- Verified traveler (8/5): まあまあすごしやすいホテル - 施設はやや古い感じが否めませんがよくメンテして持っているという感じ。利用者は結構日本人も見ました。スタッフは皆愛想が良くホスピタリティは良いと思いました。 スディルマンとプラザセナヤンが徒歩圏内ですがコンビニが近くにないのでそこはやや不便でした。部屋には330mlの瓶の水2本がありましたが、少ないと思うので普通のペットボトルにして欲しいです。 ランドリーサービスがプレス抜きの洗いだけでシャツ1枚700円とかするので長期滞在の場合は良く検討してください。 スタジアムの反対側では結構イベント事を朝から開催しており、MCの音で目が覚めることもしばしば。
