Aina (10/5): - Great location, on a quiet residential street, just minutes from all the main Tbilisi attractions. Comfortable bed, clean and cozy room with breathtaking view from the large balcony. Tasty breakfast with good variety. Owner Reshad is always around making sure guests have every they need. I got a complimentary bottle of the best Georgian wine. The place felt like staying with family, I would stay there again when I come back.

Ondrej (9/5): - “Brooch Boutique Hotel has one huge advantage — Rashid and Turan. 😄 Honestly, these two guys completely save the atmosphere of the hotel. Super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people. Exactly the kind of staff that makes you want to leave a better review than you originally planned. ❤️ And now our legendary moment — my girlfriend wanted to put her phone somewhere “safe” while we were in the jacuzzi… and somehow managed to drop it BEHIND the whole jacuzzi construction. 😅 A normal person would probably say “well… RIP phone.” But these guys literally started disassembling parts of the jacuzzi structure just to help us get it back. And they actually did. No joke. It turned into something like Fast & Furious: Georgian Jacuzzi Edition. 😂 Honestly, hotel management should probably give these guys a raise just for surviving our jacuzzi disaster alone. 😄 The hotel itself has an amazing view and a really cool vibe. But it definitely needs a bit more attention to detail. We had no towels in the room, the toilet seat had clearly seen some difficult times 😄 and around the jacuzzi there were cobwebs and dirty windows. There was also some construction or repairs happening in the next room, so parts of the stay felt a little bit punk rock. But to be fair — I don’t want any of this to reflect badly on the staff. The guys were amazing and clearly doing their best. And honestly, I’m a bit of a punk myself, so I didn’t really care enough to complain during the stay. 😄 I just think the management should pay a little more attention to maintenance and details, because this place really has the potential to be something special. Big thanks again to Rashid and Turan. Without them, we might still have had the great view… but one phone less. 😂”

SELİN (10/5): - Tesis çok temizdi. Özellikle banyosu miss gönül rahatlığıyla kullanabilirsiniz. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Herhangi bir durumda da fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. Turan bey , Resad bey ve Rezo beye misafir gibi değil evimizde gibi hissettirdikleri için özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Bir teşekkür de Sevil hanıma. Üç gün boyunca güzel kahvaltılarıyla doyduk:) Yani gönül rahatlığı ile bu otelde konaklayabilirsiniz kendinizi evinizde gibi hisseceksiniz. Türkiye den gelecek olanlar için otel ilgililerin hepsi Türkçe biliyor. Manzarası zaten çok çok güzel.Bir sonraki ziyaretimiz ne zaman olur bilemiyorum ama gelirsek kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Anastasiia (10/5): - Понравилось место расположения отеля. И понравился персонал. Очень добрые люди. Повысили нам один из номеров на уровень выше без доплаты. В этом номере была сломана ручка и её быстро починили. На этом из положительного всё. Очень грязный отель. Грязь на пороге, на окнах, на рецепшене, на балконе, в лифте, в номере. В холе и на этажах плохо пахнет кухней, старым маслом. Завтрак ужасный. Горелые оладьи и синий омлет. В номере всё застиранное и изношенное. Постельное с дырками, полотенца вообще считай что его нет. Все стертое, дырявое. Плохо пахло из канализации в ванной комнате. Особенно по утрам. Мы сообщили об этом, на что сотрудница рецепции сказала, мы к вам ходили, там не пахнет. Из номера открывается прекрасный вид на город, но из-за грязных окон его практически невозможно рассмотреть. Со штор на голову сыпятся клубы пыли. На Каролине пропаленые дырки. Телевизор есть, но он не работает, телефон есть для связи с ресепшеном, но он не работает. Горничные ходят по отелю, но что они делают не ясно. Мы были в этом отеле 5 лет назад и тогда отель пах чистотой. То что происходило в этот раз сильно расстроило. Можно сказать: а что вы хотели за эти деньги? Но поддерживать чистоту не нужно много денег. И подать не горелые блины и нормальные яйца тоже не стоит много денег) В общем такое ощущение что отель отдали людям которые вообще никакого отношения к этому отелю не имеют, да и к отдельному бизнесу в целом. Ioana Andreea (10/5): - A fost prima dată când am ajuns în Tbilisi și cazarea a fost una pe măsură. Camera a fost spațioasă, curată, iar priveliștea era uimitoare către oraș. Micul dejun a fost variat și mi-a plăcut.
Rob (10/5): Authentic Hospitality - If you’d like to experience true Caucasian hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good, with freshly cooked options available. My room was cleaned every other day, and it was equipped with a fridge and kettle for convenience. The view from the balcony was exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Інна (10/5): - Зупинялись у цьому готелі під час поїздки до Тбілісі. Дуже сподобалось розташування — поруч центр і цікаві локації. Номер був чистий, комфортний, все необхідне є. Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Особливо сподобалась атмосфера місця та близькість до річки — дуже колоритно. В цілому залишились задоволені, гарний варіант для подорожі 👍 -
Milika (10/5): - Everything was really great! I especially want to mention Rashid and Turan, they were always so helpful and did their best to accommodate us. Whether it was adjusting breakfast time or fixing the hot water issue, they responded quickly and everything was sorted within minutes. The beds are very comfortable, the view from the terrace is amazing, and the breakfast is varied. The location is also very convenient. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage there, which helped us a lot. Later, when our Bolt app wasn’t working, they kindly called a taxi for us and even covered the cost which genuinely surprised me and really touched me. I really hope to come back to Tbilisi and stay at Brooch Boutique Hotel again. Thanks again to Rashid and Turan, hope to see you again! 😊 Everything was great

Все объяснят, свободно владеют как русским, так и английским языком. Вкусные завтраки. Уборка номера каждый день, есть все необходимое. У нашего номера был шикарный вид на город. Aidana (10/5): Всем советую проживание в данном отеле. Вы будете рады гостеприимству, доброжелательности персонала и вкусными завтракам - Очень приветливый, внимательный персонал. Нам предложили бесплатный upgrade комнаты, на все наши просьбы отзывались быстро, и действительно решали наши вопросы. После долгой прогулки по городу, по возвращению в отель нам предлагали чай/кофе, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Так же хотим отметить чудесный завтрак. Разнообразно и вкусно: особенно мои запеченая тыква, оладьи и мед. Еще есть кофемашина и фрукты к завтраку. И вода в комнате каждый день, что важно. Нам все понравилось. Район хороший, немного, правда, идти вверх, но совсем чуть-чуть. Вай фай немного слабоват, но не критично. Может просто у нас в комнате так ловило. В остальном - супер!

Гасперович (8/5): - Отдыхали в отеле в апреле 2026г. Всё отлично! Очень удобная кровать. В номере есть всё необходимое, включая ванные принадлежности. Фен, сейф, холодильник, чайник также присутствуют. Номер маленький, но чистый и аккуратный. Уборка ежедневная. Персонал очень приветливый. Заезжали в 5 утра. За день до прибытия согласовали ранний приезд за доп.оплату. Нас ждали, что было очень приятно) Номер предоставили сразу. Оплата возможна наличными по месту либо картой (виза, мастеркард). Расположение отеля великолепное. Очень близко от центра города. Завтраки хорошие. Ничего необычного, но голодными точно не будете. Отель рекомендую!

Dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy możliwość bezpłatnego przedłużenia pobytu o kilka godzin, co było dla nas dużym i bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem — idealnie się złożyło, bo potrzebowaliśmy czasu na przygotowania do wesela. Na duży plus również stosunek ceny do jakości. Śniadania były dobre — można by je lekko urozmaicić, to tylko drobna sugestia, bo cały pobyt był super :)

Las vistas son muy buenas, pero es cierto que está un poco alejado del centro. Se puede llegar en bolt pero andando son más de 30 minutos.

86 (10/5): Blessed time in Tibilisi 🇬🇪 - When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was so kind they really looked after me for my whole stay. I cannot honestly say anything negative about the hotel or the staff. Every day the staff was so polite, very helpful and informative with points of interest around the city. The hotel rooms were extremely clean, tidy and well cared for every day. The city view rooms are amazing. I look forward to going back with family and friends at some point as this place has really touched my heart. Great for solo travel or great definitely for going with your partner or other friends or family. There is a shop outside and then a further walk down there is plenty of food options. Thank you to all the Hotel Staff. You all are AMAZING 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🤝🙏🏻🤝🇬🇪 There is no negative about this place only positive every day. I have travelled a lot around the world, but this place is fantastic. I would highly recommend it for anybody.

Ángel (7/5): - Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, la ubicación cercana al casco antiguo y unas vistas espectaculares a la ciudad. Nos facilitaron el desayuno fuera del horario normal y se preocuparon en todo momento de que tuviesemos una agradable estancia . Que tiene un potencial enorme y está totalmente desaprovechado, ya que necesita una reforma integral y renovar totalmente toallas y ropa de cama. Nada más entrar ya se puede apreciar que la limpieza es mínima .
Nia (10/5): - Exceptional experience with great staff, cozy atmosphere with clean and warm rooms. I even had an opportunity to choose the other room in person If I wouldn't like the first one. Breakfast room was very aesthetic with warm lights and we were served by very kind lady. She offered us coffee and give us alone time, no disturbing. Everything was perfect ♥️
