• LARRY (2/5): - My first comment is DON'T STAY HERE... the rating for this motel is overrated, and no one should EVER book a hotel room without reading the reviews! Our room and the motel were FAR below any standard that should be expected. Here is our list of issues: broken floor lamp, missing desk lamp, missing desk chair, damage to wall, no shampoo, conditioner or hand soap, no blow dryer but empty spot for it, hole in top "sheet", stained carpets throughout, gross looking tub floor, no blankets, TV remote was dying, strange people hanging out in lobby and parking lot, apparently is known for in the area hotels as being a hang out for vagrants or others. Reviews posted have the appearance that they were posted by the ownership or family members.

We decided to just walk out and forego the money we had just spent on this cesspool of a room. Threw the keys on the manager’s counter and told him we had an emergency and had to get back on the road. We just wanted to get out of there ASAP before we picked up some kind of disease.

Didn’t have breakfast— two chairs in lobby and meager offering of food. Gentleman at front desk very responsive to have repair man fix TV twice; shower faucet not labeled, trouble getting hot water.

Pretty sure that the homeless are staying there. Looked like blood and urine on the wall. We asked for our money back and was told because we booked through here and not directly the hotel they would not give me the money back. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything from there. Didn’t expect a palace but The room was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!! PROMOTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH THIS SITE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! IWANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN SOME!!!!

I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Unacceptable Will Never, Ever Go Back. - We had to leave this hotel, and the owner wouldn't give us a refund, but that's okay. Seems like he needs it more than me. He needs to fix that hotel. Inn needs to be torn down, it's not livable.Hotel is very dirty filthy. Smell like cat-and-dog pee, doesn't look like pictures which is online. This seems to be a place for people who need assistance DSS or the homeless, or someone who was just released from prison. I would never, ever recommend anyone to stay at this Inn.

Personne au comptoir était pratiquement incompréhensible en anglais mon second langage. J’avais déjà payer la chambre sur expédia mais il m’a chargé 62$ us de plus que je me suis plein et fut remboursé. Les photos sur expédia sont fausse. Tapis extrêmement sale plein de tache chien à uriner dans l’entrée fenêtres salles odeur déplaisante. Beaucoup de résidents questionnable. Toutes les portes extérieur recouverte de planche de pliwood. Manquait une serviette toilette qui flush mal une brûlure de cigarette sur la couverture si on peut appeler ça une couverture avec mouche dans lit. J’ai contacté expédia pour me faire rembourser ça reste à voir. J’ai quitté l’endroit et le propriétaire m’a dit d’aller au Hampton inn payer 200$ mais j’ai trouvé une place pour même prix à 800 mètres de l’endroit qui fut mille fois mieux. Sérieusement expédia ne devrait même pas l’afficher sur sont site. Ça fait 10 hôtel de suite que je book via expédia et c’est le seul qui m’a vraiment déplu et je ne suis pas une princesse. En plus d’être partie j’ai perdu une bonne heure avec expédia expliquer la situation Internet ne fonctionnait même pas ça disait connecter mais aucun accès au réseau. Bref sauvez vous le trouble et réserver ailleurs et j’espère expédia l’enlève de sont site.

Smoke smells in the lobby, then a key and to my room... strong Marijuana smell in the hall and there was my roo.... yikes, dark, dirty, broken window, rusty fixtures... spiders inside. I couldn't stay 2 nights. I just slept and left and will not be back. Highly recommend against the hotel.

• Icez (4/5): - I would like to start by saying this was a DaysInn prior to the name change. They have the previous sign lying on the ground in the parking lot. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed to find that the room was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. (See photos). We spoke to the guy at the front desk and he said we would have to wait until house keeping comes the next day (he told us they come from 9am-6pm). Next day comes, my friend and i leave to do what we had planned for the day, and when we get back to the motel, the room still wasn't cleaned. Our stay was suppose to be from Wednesday-Sunday, but after a 3 days of asking if and when house keeping was coming, we got fed up. Spoke to another guy and asked for a refund. Thankfully he was more helpful than the first guy. There was no “do not disturb sign”, they advertised Netflix/Hulu on the app, but they only had cable and very minimal channels at that - no tv guide for the channels so you just had to go through all of them to find something you wanted to watch. There was no phone in room, if you needed something, you had to go to the lobby and ask. Not to mention, on the last day as we were leaving, we found a COCKROACH crawling in the hallway. Pls do better.

• Andrew (8/5): They're at least trying. - The staff was really friendly. You can tell they're at least really trying to run an old Days Inn property themselves and turn a profit. Its hard. I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall. The rooms were as clean as they can be with what they’ve got. There's empty screws/nails in the walls that likely used to have art, and having a single garbage can in the main room instead of a small 2nd in the bathroom was odd. Water pressure was just okay. But, it was still the least expensive room available (under $170) for a single night near the venue I needed to travel to.

The carpet was wet and did not have the amenities as advertised. There were addicts living in the motel. The room was dirty, cleaned by my husband . Would not recommend to anyone.

He told us the room he had for us had had a leak from a previous situation. We checked out the room he assigned us, and there was no way we could stay there. It smelled like smoke, and the one upholstered chair in the room was stained. The rugs in the hall were old and worn. It appears this hotel might be for DSS clients? We returned to the desk and told him we could not stay in that room. He had no other rooms for us. He told us he put in for a refund on his end, but that we have to contact Expedia. I am going to do that this morning. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers.
