Our bathroom light was broken and never got fixed for our entire stay - Location is very close to the beach and the main bus station All services is 100% digitised, so communication is very difficult to go through, only messaging through whatsApp, and cannot call customer service directly. Our bathroom light fixture was broken, so we requested for services through messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, but never received any services and our bathroom light never got fixed for our entire stay of 2 nights.

La clave no funcionó para entrar a la habitación .Llamamos muchas veces a las 11 de la noche y nos contestó un señor ( las llamadas están grabadas ) estuvo mal educado . Y nos cortó el teléfono y no nos volvió a contestar por al menos 40 min . Que fue que otro personal nos contestó la llamada y solucionó amablemente el problema . Estuvimos a punto de llamar a la policía porque ni decíamos respuesta de su servicio 24 horas .

• Bibiana (3/5): Parecía un hotel fantasma. - No había una recepción útil, estaba siempre vacía, la habitación olía a humedad y el techo del baño tenia humedades visibles.

• Daniel (5/5): - Buena ubicación Las habitaciones estaban viejas la puerta del baño no cerraba de lo hinchada que estaban, las toallas 2 de ellas tenían manchas se las notaba viejas no pudimos cambiarlas por no tener una persona en recepción,la alcachofa de la ducha no llegaba bien para colgarla y ducharse bien ( el grifo lejos de donde se sujeta ), la persiana estaba rota y para salir al balcón una puerta vieja de madera en vez de una ventana ( porlomenos en la mía )

• Lan Anh (9/5): Definitiv nochmal buchen - Lage war mega gut, es hat uns auch der kleine feine Balkon gefallen, man war innerhalb 2 minuten am meer, und zu fuß konnte man auch die Burg sehr schnell erreichen, klimaanlage war auch super und betten warn bequem vielleicht wäre eine lüftung im Badezimmer nicht schlecht zwecks Feuchtigkeit und ein Kühlschrank zumindest ein kleiner wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da wir nicht mal die möglichkeit hatten, dass wir unsere getränke einkühlen können

• Samantha (5/5): Déception. - Chambre propre, hôtel proche de toute commodités. Pas de vue sur la mer, chambre donnant sur la rue, extrêmement bruyant pendant la nuit. On me demande de choisir si je souhaite un lit double ou 2 lits simples. Je choisis un lit double, arrivé à destination 2 lits simples… et vu qu’il n’y a aucun personnel dans l’hôtel, impossible de changer de chambre.

• Catherine (8/5): - El hotel esta bien aunquebastante impersonal todo, ya que todo el trato es virtual. No puedes acceder a las habitaciones antes de las 3 pero te tienes que ir a las 11. Por suerte, puedes dejar el equipaje en taquillas.

• Sean (8/5): It was nice - Virtual hotel so not much to report. After initial hassle with getting the room number and door codes, it was rather pleasant. I can see the reasons but only sending room numbers and entry codes 1 minute before 3pm check in does not fill me with confident so had to wait to get the codes before setting off on my 3 hour journey. Maybe there is a better way so people can travel early confident that they will have a place to stay before leaving on the journey to the hotel. La literie est inconfortable et elle sent l’humidité. Le ménage a été fait partiellement Les fenêtres auraient besoin d’être changées, elles sont vieilles et le store est complètement abîmé. Nous avons payé 70 euros et 12,50 € de parking franchement je suis très déçue par les hébergements de l’Espagne cette année. Tout est cher et les prestations proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

A mail e telefonate hanno risposto dopo due ore dal check in virtuale effettuato virtualmente in modo corretto. Non ripeterò più l' esperienza

Tardamos en tener habitación 30min, el suelo de la habitación tenía un poco de polvo... Lavabo toca renovar.

• Bahador (2/5): - I hardly ever leave reviews but this place was so bad I have to share so others don’t make the same mistake as me. This place did not have a working AC in the room they first night we arrived and had to get a technician to fix it. There were bees and other flies all over the place. The place was not properly cleaned and restocked once we arrived, the soap dispenser for the bathroom was mostly empty so I had to pump it several times for a small drop to wash my hands. The rooms did not include basic amenities like a kettle, microwave, or even small fridge to stock some small snacks we got during the day. There are tons of better options in the area I would choose from next time I visit.

Non essendovi una vera reception (in quanto è tutto virtuale) non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli, nonostante fossimo arrivati prima del check-in. Inoltre, al secondo giorno non siamo stati riforniti di saponi.

Servicio cero, parecía un hotel fantasma. Caro para servicio nulo. Ninguna persona para atender ningún tipo incidencia. Aire acondicionado enfriaba poco. Ni cafetería, ni recepción, ni máquina expendedora con comida saludable. Obligan al cliente a trabajar gratis para el hotel. Check-in complicado, lo tiene que hacer el cliente. Nada recomendable.
