Climate control actually worked. The check in process was easy and friendly. The card in the room stated that it was cleaned by Miles and he did a great job!

• Desirae (8/5): Lovely hotel, restaurant not so great. - The hotel is very nice. Large rooms. The restaurant on the other hand, we have tried twice (months apart) both times neither of us ate our meals (different meals ordered each time) seafood soup had several shells in it. The steaks tasted like they had been frozen for a long time, rubbery. No flavor, no seasoning. The service was ok, they swept and mopped around us at 8:30 they didn’t close until 10:00. We won’t be eating there a 3rd time. But the hotel we will visit again and again.

• Susan (2/5): - The staff was super slow to check in and check out. I waited over 5min to check in and out. The bartender was racist, she made several comments about our group. I tried to talk to supervisor and no supervisor was on duty. Definitely not kid friendly the staff kept eye rolling because our kids were playing out door in the sitting area. I will not be staying here again they are rude, racist.

Pretty sloppy to eat so had to go wash my hands when done lol. Love having the casino close and it non smoking to boot. We came to rock hound at the wild turkey mine for noble serpentine. It's only open a few times a year but if you like beautiful green rocks check it out! I will stay here again when I come this way.

• Gavyn (10/5): Great room. - The room was outstanding and extremely clean. Very spacious. Sheets were nice and soft and the bathroom was generous sized and very clean as well. Food? A little bit harder to come by. We had to get something from the café at the casino. The quantity was huge! However, the quality was below par. There was a restaurant in the hotel, but it was not open.

• Alicia (6/5): Fair review - Rooms are not insulated well. You can hear everything. It's newer so most things are up to date. Food at the hotel bar was probably the best thing. Stayed a week and didn't get my room cleaned once aside from removing the trash one day and new washcloths. It's the nicest hotel in chewelah.

• ronald (10/5): A short but fabulous stay - Found this hotel during a two day drive and decided to stop for the night. What a gem. The hotel is new so it is in great repair. All amenties are updated due to that. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I typically never give ratings of exceptional or a 10 but this hotel deserves it

Their restaurant and bar were only open on Thursday through Sunday, which didn’t help me since I was there Monday and Tuesday. I had a nice dinner at the casino behind it though and a 16 ounce draft beer at the casino we’re only six dollars. Couldn’t get anything for breakfast before 8 AM though. Overall, it was a great place and more reasonably priced than staying in Colville at the older hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

• Richard (8/5): Great stay but we got hit with a surprise xtra fee - The facility was clean and comfortable. The food at the casino was amazing. I would give this place 5 stars, however we asked for a late checkout and we're told we could stay until noon. We were a bit later than that checking out as we had a lot of stuff we had sorted from paying to do laundry the night before. No one knocked on the door or told us otherwise, and when I called down to ask if they had a luggage cart, they told me they weren't aware we were still in the room and that they'd be charging a $50 USD ($85 CAD) late fee because it was after 12. This fee wasnt posted anywhere or mentioned at any time during our stay. Wasn't impressed with that and I don't think its fair to put arbitrary fees on people. I could have rented another night of accommodations for $20 bucks above that. The rest of the stay was great.
