Marco was really helpful, we left our bags at the b&b both at arrival before check in and after our check out. Also, he let us check in way earlier than 4pm which we really appreciated. The included breakfast at the cafe right next door was excellent; coffee and pastries were delicious. Would be nice to have an actual blanket. The cover was just under a blanket that in my oppinion isn’t the most sanitary option, i might be wrong on this one but we decided to only use the cover and that felt a bit cold. Also, shower is very small. Other than that, everything felt perfect.

• Lindsey (10/5): - Fabulous accommodation right in the centre of Pisa, but quiet and tranquil. Marco is a fabulous host and was incredibly friendly and informative. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had all amenities you could want. The breakfast in the cafe next door was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in the centre of Pisa. Nothing, everything was great.

• Dieter (10/5): A fantastic stay in central Pisa with a wonderful host - Marco is the perfect host, he was responsive and went the extra mile making sure we were collected from the airport late in the evening. He provided great recommendations for where to eat, which meant we had some fantastic meals in Pisa. The room had everything we needed, it was spacious, temperature controlled and reasonably quiet during the night, despite being incredibly central. We saw many complaints about the breakfast, don’t be discouraged by this. Yes the included breakfast is a simple meal at the restaurant next door but we didn’t need much more when getting and early start to explore this city, and when we did we just ordered a little more, they were well priced and accommodated for some changes.

Cleanliness is very important to me, and not every hotel is like this. The owner, Marco, was very friendly and helpful. The place itself feels cozy and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you visit Pisa, we recommend staying here because the location is in the center and very convenient.

Bardzo czysto :) Pomimo tego, że doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 16:00, to mogliśmy rano zostawić walizki, a o 13:00 dostaliśmy informację, że pokój jest gotowy. Dodatkowo dostaliśmy rekomendację miejscówek z dobrym jedzeniem i mapkę do tego! Wszystko nam się podobało.

He takes excellent care of the three rooms, located in the centre of Pisa. Our superieur room was truly spacious with an annex smaller room for luggage etc. High ceilings, very clean, great bed and nicely decorated. Breakfast is just next door and was sufficient for us. In case you prefer a larger breakfast, prices are very reasonable. Note that the place is in a pedestrian area, so you can’t come close by car. About 5 minutes walk to a parking.

From the airport, you can catch the Pisa Mover stuttle to Pisa Central Station, and from there, it is an easy 20-minute walk to the B&B. It is in a great location. The Tower of Pisa and Catherdal are under a 10-minute walk. /

Ohne jegliche Information bekam man einfach einen einzigen trockenen Gipfel und ein Getränk – das war’s. Absolut lieblos und völlig ungenügend. Für ein „inkludiertes Frühstück“ ist das eine Frechheit. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt – nie wieder!p

• Laura (10/5): Espectacular, marco un jefe total - Marco es un puntal, el alojamiento se encuentra muy limpio, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y limpias, hay aire acondicionado, café, vestidor… es una muy buena opción si lo que quieres es quedarte una noche en pisa, la torre se encuentra a 10 minutos del hotel, también te incluye un desayuno increíble en el local que está al lado. Las habitaciones están muy pegadas entre sí y puedes escuchar a los clientes llegar y abrir sus puertas pero desde que entran no se escucha nada, no supone ningún inconveniente

He sent us recommendations for activities and places to eat, and Italian breakfast was provided in the morning for no additional charge. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air con was fantastic. The only extra thing we would’ve liked was the use of an iron, but this does not affect our stay. Overall, a wonderful property that we would definitely book if in Pisa again. Thank you, Marco!

Marco ( el anfitrión ) estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, nos recomendó lugares que visitar, restaurantes , etc … es muy servicial y hace todo lo posible para que la estancia sea perfecta. El desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería que está en el edificio de al lado, desayuno completo y rico.

Svært god beliggenhet i sentrum av Pisa, noen få minutter unna det skjeve tårnet. Enkel frokost i kafeen som ligger vegg i vegg. Bygningen kunne vært bedre merket og det hadde vært fint med vin i kjøleskapet
