- Paloma (5/5): Passable - The location of the house is definitely amazing, mostly if you plan on skiing or snowboarding, as it is walking distance from the slopes. Another good thing about this property is the management, as both, the concierge and the maintenance team were really helpful with the issues that arised during our stay. However, the house was not well cleaned (dirty floor, dust on decorative furniture and huge dust accumulation on the ceiling fans), it is not ready for someone that wants to cook (only one pan, no kitchen extractor hood), the "central heater" only heats the living room (the bedrooms have small electric air heaters), and the extra bedding (quilts and pillows) were stored on the floor of the unfinished closets. This is definitely a rental not meant to be for families with young kids.
