- Glenn (2/5): Never Saw the Property - I would very much like to give a review for this property which I booked for a wedding in the area, but I never got the chance to see the property. The property is in a gated community, and the property manager never sent the check in instructions. I attempted to communicate multiple times, and got no response. I got hotels.com customer service involved, and they had no luck either. Ultimately they agreed to cancel my reservation after I wasted two hours of my time dealing with the issue. This property manager has multiple lawsuits against it, and I can see why. Maybe you will have better luck actually seeing the property if you decide to go ahead and book it. It looks nice from the photos and description. I just wish that the property manager had not dropped the ball.
- Taylor (2/5): Horrific experience - It was double booked after attempting to reach out several days before and day of talked to someone still double booked after driving 6+ hours with small children we were in a parking lot trying to find somewhere for us to stay. It was the middle of the night and the help was almost non existent. Truly one of the worst experiences
