- Thomas (4/5): - They had a significant water problem that leaked from 2nd floor to 1st floors, resulting in all services being shut down. No prior notice of the problem and no offer of financial restitution.

- Tara (2/5): - No one at check in. Waited so long. Then given a filthy room, no sheets on the bed pillows on the floor. Assigned a new room on a floor that was flooded. Entire lobby flooded. Leaks everywhere. Wet floors everywhere. Two fire alarms in the middle of the night caused from the floods. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced.
- Louis (10/5): - This newly built hotel is marketing itself as a long term stay hotel for businesses. The current room rates for short term vacation travelers are a very good value for this Bozeman area.
- John (10/5): - New facility, minimalist but complete. Really enjoyed our stay
- Jamie (2/5): - Two serious problems with an otherwise nice hotel. First, I checked in late in the evening after having been working outside all day. Grabbed diner then jumped in the shower at 10:00 pm only to find there was no soap, in the shower or the bathroom. Dripping water, I called the front desk only to be told they had run out of soap. When I asked what I was supposed to do, her suggestion was to drive down the street to the grocery store and buy some. The second issue is that WiFi is free but for only one device per room, so don't bring anyone else with you and don't bring a laptop and a phone or you will be paying extra. If you like bad customer service and ridiculous fees, this is the place for you.

- Sara (8/5): Newer, clean hotel - This property has only been open for about 3 months according to the front desk staff, so everything is new and clean. It is an extended stay hotel so they do not offer breakfast but do have a little market to purchase items from. They are also located directly across from a super market so items can be purchased there too. The only drawback is that it is not very sound proof. We contantly heard the people above us and every time a door shut it was with a big thud. This could be due to the fact that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted which helps deaden these sounds.

- John (8/5): - This is a nice new offering by Choice Hotels Chain. The goal it seems, is to offer a new satellite chain of competitive "No Frills/ Mini-Hotels". Something between Homestay and TRU by Hilton, but cut away everything else. No free ANYTHING! No Water at check in. No 24 hour Lobby coffee? Small market cooler to buy everything you get at TRU for free. FItness Center Yippee! No Pool, No Hot Tub. Smoking Area In Front. Rooms are very adequate and quite comfortable with a sweet TV. Small rooms, but for the price are unbeatable! Nice comfy beds and pillows. Even a tiny "Kitchen" with full fridge microwave & dishwasher. No cooking untesils, some silverware, cups, plates & bowls. A very neat small K-Cup Brewer and very weak brew pods with powdered creamer, coffee-mate available downstairs...for purchase. Guest Laundry with CC only payment, but nice.This one in Bozeangelas is so new, the paint isn't even dry. Time will tell how it holds up. The rates are/were very very good for this area in August 2025. I will stay here again, just remember to bring my own Water, Coffee Pods, Creamer And Laundry Supplies. Overall...I am giving this 1st Stay at EverStay....an Amazing 4☆☆☆☆ rating. You will like it and the rates. H.H. Honors Diamond Member.
- Dror (6/5): - Fairly new hotel so everything is basically new. Was very disappointed that there is no safe in the room and no amenities. Even the coffee in the lobby wasn’t free. And this is not $100 a night room, it’s over $230 per night, so you’d expect something to be included. having a safe in a room is a must and is a basic requirement. There was also very, very poor water pressure in the shower, which made it almost impossible to get the shampoo and the soap off your body.

Then we wanted to use the laundry, but the machines were so dirty we had to find a laundromat to do our wash. The manager was very slow to accept responsibility or make an acceptable effort to correct the problem. We will not go back.

- Sheryl (6/5): - This is a new budget suites hotel. The rooms are nice, decently sized and have no wear and tear. The mini kitchen is nice, the layout is intuitive and the floors are easy to clean vinyl. The bed rests on a strangely tall frame and the mattress was very firm. The sheets are polyester, which is a choice. We had problems with the plumbing. The water pipes were hammering so loudly that I was panicked during my shower. Further, the water pressure was so abysmal and I had to use my portable bidet to make sure I felt clean. Taking into account the terrible shower and hard bed, we wouldn’t rebook here - even though it’s a new hotel.
- Lorraine (6/5): Dirty despite being new - After entering the room it was apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floors had crumbs all over them and they were sticky. The table that pulled out beneath the TV also had crumbs all over it. They provide dishes and utensils but no dish soap. The excuse for everything is that it is an extended stay facility and is utilized as an apartment would be. I found it unnerving that there was not any dish soap to wash the dishes how do they know someone isn’t just rinsing them and putting them back on the self? I’ve stayed in extended stay facilities before and had much cleaner environment and they included a small bottle of dish soap for the dishes. They did give me a dishwasher pod after I went down and complained that nothing was provided. I also overheard a male house keeper asking if one of the beds in another room should be stripped because it”was perfect” and not used the other staff asked if the room had been occupied and when the housekeeper replied yes, the staff instructed to go ahead and strip the bed… from how our room looked when we arrived this made me uncomfortable that things are not being cleaned appropriately.

- Amanda (2/5): Don’t stay at this location. - This hotel is only a month old and you wouldn’t know it. I had to request to change rooms because the one given had hair on the shower wall and in the bed when I turned down the covers. Positive the room wasn’t cleaned. The elevator had trash in it and the hallway also had trash and broken up crackers all over the floor. I would not recommend staying here, they obviously don’t prioritize cleaning.

This was the best ever property we had stayed at during our trip including stays at 5 different hotels. It felt like home and everything was just too good. I would highly recommend whether you are trying to decide on whether you should stay at this property for leisure or work trip, it addresses all family needs very well.
