Terrible parking in front of the hotel. The free breakfast was one of the reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was not worth it. We ate out.

Bartenders were very friendly. 3. Things I didnt enjoy... 1. Staff came very early in the morning to clean, so there was a loud banging on the door in the morning. Also, if you requested for them to come later, they never did. 2. To enter the room, there is a key pad. This key pad didnt work half the time and eventually we requested a key to get in. 3. The room has no microwave. We got food from outside and couldn't reheat it. When we asked the front desk to access one, we were not allowed to use it. 4. No wash cloths. Limited number of towels. 5. Bed was uncomfortable.

- Jaine (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with a nice small pool and pool bar. Staff was friendly and made check in and check out quick and easy. Love that they didn’t have extra fees like most hotels. Although the rooms are small they are super cute. I recommend maybe opening window to release humidity after showers since it’s a small room it can feel very humid for hours. Our room didn’t get serviced daily, only once or twice during our stay. Maybe we had to request it. I would prob recommend the hotel adding longer mirrors in rooms as it was a bit difficult for me to get ready in the room. I’m pretty short and the only mirror in the room was the one above the sink. Parking is also very limited especially in the evenings. But again, they do offer free parking so nothing major to complain about. Over all it is a very nice hotel and the staff were nice and friendly.

A couple of small downsides - the room had no long mirror, which was a bit inconvenient, and the breakfast was quite basic, with just bagels, bread, croissants (interchangeably) spreads, cheese, and ham slices. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable place to stay with room for a few improvements.

- Exzailya (10/5): - The property was absolutely beautiful down to my room, the pool, and the grounds itself really does make you feel like you’re in Bali. The staff was very friendly, it was very clean and everything was easy from checking in and out, navigating the property, getting into the room, etc. it’s also very centrally located so which makes it a super convenient place to stay. My only issue would be the breakfast, it’s pretty standard things like croissants, yogurt, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs which is fine but I think more variety such as bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, etc would realllyyyyy elevate the breakfast. Lastly, they have a cute little space that I feel is underused and would love to see more utilization of! Other than these small suggestions I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back and recommend to others

My only issues were no closets or draws for your clothes and it’s near the highway so you constantly hear cars driving all night and the road is narrow the parking is limited and the beach is across the freeway. If you can bypass those issues I recommend stay there.

It did rain so the common a area walkway got a bit flooded but that was beyond their control. The only real downside is that we kept getting locked out our room because of the door code. Literally about 5-6 times. Only 2 towels in the room no wash cloths but the staff didn’t mind bringing more if you ask the front desk. Location was good a lot of food spots close by in walking distance too.

The continental breakfasts was not to my liking all they had was cold bagels, muffins whole fruit apple,banana and orange as well as coffee in paper cups tini ones.

- Myriam (10/5): - I’ve read many complaints that honestly don’t make sense, so here’s my perspective. We arrived very late after a long flight and were warmly welcomed by Alexander and Yeisha. From the start, they made us feel at home—even though we live in the U.S. and were traveling back to Puerto Rico, our homeland. Alexander went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the property, making us laugh, and ensuring we felt comfortable. His hospitality was truly outstanding and made our short stay memorable. I noticed some reviews mentioned that the continental breakfast was “not enough.” In our experience, it was perfectly fine—especially considering it was complimentary. It was filling, fresh, and exactly what we needed before continuing our travels. Overall, the service was 100%. This hotel offers genuine hospitality, and thanks to Alexander and Yeisha, our one-night stay felt like so much more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only a place to stay, but also a warm and welcoming experience.

- Chelsea Catena (2/5): - Unhappy with stay. They did not clean my room all 4 days even when sign was put in front. The only time someone entered to clean is when they put my code in without knocking and I was naked on the bed. They continued to open other doors without knocking as well because i heard other complaining when she opened their doors. Very unhappy with that. The pool was filled with flies no clean. Asked for bath towels and they ran out and only gave me pool towels.

- Natalie (8/5): - The vibe is the young college life. We arrived a few hours early and were allowed to keep our luggage at the front desk. We were also encouraged to change into our swimming gear to either use the pool or go to the beach until check in time (3). The hotel staff was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. Over all we loved our one night stay and the cozy pool. The food over all was the best, although it was pricey, we highly recommend the wonton nachos, asian steak wrap, and tasty chicken tenders. The hotel is right off the highway and you have to use pedestrian bridge for a short walk to the beach. It is noisy at night and you can hear everything, especially in the morning. There was many negative reviews about breakfast, mostly about it not being a “luxury”. It’s a small basic assortment of food, no eggs nor a major life changing food experience. My partner and I really didn’t care; we ate and moved on. There’s a Panadería and a Frappé cafe right next door. The frappes were amazing and the panadería had a lot of choices. There’s walkable food places nearby and a few pricey restaurants. Over all, it’s a hotel not meant for a long stay. And most definitely not a place were you stay all day and not venture out into Puerto Rico.
- Elias (6/5): - What I loved was that the property was 4 minutes from the airport so getting out was easy. However, they did not give me room service. They claimed that they do it every 3 days or upon request. The his was after I asked about it. I had issues with the door where I wasted time trying to lock it. They had to give me a key instead of the combination lock the day after. The property is cute/okay. The rooms are pretty but they are very small with limited windows. The food is average. I ordered ceviche and was not happy! For what I paid I guess it was okay
