- Suha (10/5): Loved everything - We absolutely loved Mason and Fifth. Our room itself was very cute. The staff was amazing, we arrived early and they helped us store our bags. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful too. Close to parks, close to camden market, lots of food options. Laundry facility was quite helpful for us too. Having the kitchen in our room was great too. Overall, everything was amazing.
- Robert (10/5): - This is a nice, well equipped guest house, not really a hotel. Great location near Regent Park in Primrose Hiĺl. Lots of restaurants, Pubs and shopping walkable. 15-20 minute walk to the Underground Station. Breakfast is included and pretty good. We had a loft room which has very steep and high stairs to the bed. Would be dangerous for unfit people.
- Adrian (10/5): - A cute high street near by, Regent’s park for walks and you can walk trough the park to Marylebone and other places. A terrific team who is very attentive and helpful. Second stay, and counting!
- April (10/5): - My mom stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! Her studio was spacious and nicely decorated. The property is so thoughtfully arranged and had everything needed. Everyone was lovely and she really loved the laundry room and breakfast. Fresh fruit in the foyer was a great treat, too!

- Tracey (8/5): - When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. He showed us the breakfast room and left us to have coffee while he checked our room was ready. We were delighted to find that we could check in a couple of hours early. The rooms was a fairly good size for London, had a kitchenette with a hob, fridge etc. and plenty of storage/places to sit. The one thing that let the room down was the seal around the base of the shower, which had gone black, so really needed redone. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a lovely freezing bottle of water in the fridge. The lobby and breakfast area had a big fruit bowl and water dispenser, which was a nice touch. We had breakfast in the morning, it was really nice, there was granola, sprinkles, yogurt (with a df option), fresh fruit, sourdough bread and various spreads. The main stand out was that the fruit was actually nice and fresh, with some variety, unlike most hotels where it feels like they've just opened a tin of fruit! The location was fab, it felt really safe and was a very short walk to shops and Camden market/tube station.
- RONALD (6/5): - Great neighborhood, and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was a major plus. Food was healthy and well stocked, making for a great way to start the day. The staff were very friendly, but not easy to find. It feels like a cross between a hotel and an Airbnb. The bathroom was definitely small, and air circulation poor due to no bathroom/shower vent. Opening windows was the only way to get fresh air which is fine, but bugs end up in the room and that was another thing to deal with.
- RONALD (6/5): - The property has a great location, away from the city center but close enough to get to where you want to go quickly. Staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, the tiny tv never worked properly. You can only connect your personal app subscriptions to view anything, which is no big deal, but why not at least attach an antenna so that local tv can be viewed? It was also situated in a ridiculously small area that looked like was intended to be a dining area kitted out with a very tiny table with one chair and a stool for seating. I understand that renovating an old building to hotel accommodations is tricky, but this was just unusable space. The size of this room was reminiscent of our stay in Paris: cramped and meant just for sleep. Very small bathroom and shower.

- Sarim (6/5): - The hotel is very nice, and honestly I would stay again. But I want people to know what they're getting into. For starters, its a little out of the way if you want to do touristy stuff, so don't get it for that. This is more of a if you have some time in London and want to get some relaxation done or work on a novel and meet like-minded people in the common areas. Common areas are absolutely love just by the way, worth checking out for sure. Area are the hotel is just okay, its more suburban so don't expect a lot of things happening if thats what you want. The hotel rooms don't have AC, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't live in a time of global warming, but we do. Though if you go any time aside from the Summer, this should be a non-issue. Lastly, the app that you need to interact with the hotel is ehh. For starters, unless you book directly through them, for example through Expedia, they don't have your email, but they still send you the message to download the app and sign in using your email. Like what, lol? So you have to go to the hotel first, then you can sign into the app. Staff was very nice though, honestly the reason I'd stay here again as they were warm and inviting. Again, Hotel is really nice, and I would stay again. Just really know what you are getting into.

The only issue was our bathroom was not working properly and even with maintenance team coming to fix it we still had to keep using the common bathroom close to our room apart from that our room was spacious and had everything else we need it. The staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again!

- Tyler (10/5): - Everything was amazing at this property. Easy to connect with staff via the app if you needed anything. The room was clean and decorated well. The breakfast every morning was fresh and it gave you a family feel seeing all the other guests during breakfast. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. My only suggestion would be if you are going in the summer ask for a room that doesn’t face the front street. There is no air conditioning (which is fine) but if we opened the window I could wave at the people on the second floor of the bus as a station was right outside of our room. There is also a church with a daycare so kids would be playing outside making noise which is fine if you are an early riser. Any other time of the year this would not be a problem. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to London.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 유리 파편으로 인한 불편 - 샤워 후 바닥에 있는 유리조각에 발이 찔려 상처를 입었고 찾아보니 몇조각의 유리가 더 발견됬습니다. 방 교체를 요청했으나 모두 예약이 안되어 교체는 어려웠고 직접 청소기를 빌려 혹시 모를 유리조각을 치울 수 밖에 없었습니다. 이전 사용자가 유리를 깬 것 같은데 청소가 미흡했고 대처 역시 불만족스럽습니다.
- Cheryl (10/5): - Excellent location, perfect accommodation for a London visit. In the neighborhood of shops, eateries, parks, transportation, easy access to walk. The river next door is a fun spot. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always available to assist. They have thought of everything and the breakfast menu is delicious. The coffee machine in the shared kitchen is amazing and the individual expresso maker in the room was wonderful as well as vegan coffee creamer and filtered water. The place was clean and efficient. The only challenge I had was laundry machine availability but staff was able to assist. I’d definitely stay here again, can’t wait to return!

- Harald (6/5): - Picture of our suite did not really express the low hight of the bed cabin (impossible to stand upright). Bed was only accessible from one side. We asked for another room which we got. But it was in the basement – not just quite what we would search for. The bedroom had only one reading light for two persons. The only functionable switch for the lamp was by the bathroom door. The TV set offered only streaming which we needed our credit card for.

No A/C so in our heat waves was pretty toasty though they kindly provided small fans which helped a little. No one is there after 9pm so no support or help at all as when we couldn't figure out how to turn off certain kitchen lights so that was not a good sleep! Overall a good spot.

It's a reformed big house into a modern hotel style "apartments" rooms are small and have an extremely basic kitchen, not sure if you would actually be able to cook much in them but might work for something basic. I've stayed several times, sometimes the price is convenient, other times is too expensive. Some rooms the bed is a mattress squeezed on a mezzanine floor with steep stairs and low ceiling (have to crouch to it) so avoid those rooms if you are not flexible and reasonably fit to squeeze your body on a tiny steep stairs.

The location is convenient, with easy access to bus/tube connections. Primrose Hill is a very safe neighbourhood, so you don’t need to worry about anything. Close to Regent’s Park for a nice walk. Staff are friendly and responsive if help is needed. The room was small, but had everything you could need. I’ll be coming back for sure!

- Amanda (10/5): - I had a lovely one night stay here. The studio was "cozy" in size, and really nicely decorated and comfortable. I loved that they had oat milk in the fridge and vegan toiletries! They also had vegan options for breakfast, which I also appreciated. The only tiny downside for me was that due to the lovely big window, the room was slightly drafty and a little harder to keep warm since the only heater was in the bathroom. But I would happily stay here again!
