- Maria (7/5): Good-ish location if you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind the noise - I liked the location because it was walkable. Staff was really helpful and kind. The rooms were a little run down and dirty. It was right across from a bar so weekends were very noisy. But also because of location a lot of sirens and cars speeding could be heard. Also my family members had a problem with the hot water running cold while showering

- Carla (10/5): Estancia Calida, muy comoda y placentera. - El depto con terraza es el que alquilé, es muy hermoso. Exactamente como lo muestran las fotos. Super luminoso, limpio, espacios hermosos, muy bien decorado y cuidado. Me atendió Montserrat al llegar, muy educada y simpática. Viajé porque tuve que operar a mi Gatito, ella al saberlo me recibió con unos churus para él. (Detalle hermoso). Lo unico que pedi pagar un diferencial porque mi vuelo salia mas tarde de horario del check out y al estar con mi mascota no podia ir antes al aeropuerto y me hicieron pagar una noche completa más. Y otro detalle es que hay un edificio enfrente que parece abandonado y le saca intimidad a la terraza y los ventanales del living.

Staff were nice and helpful with accommodating our stay. Beds are not as comfortable, the bed sheets and covers had noticeable stains- could be more attentive with checking if new sheets are needed before arrival of guests during turning over the room.

We asked for better ones but just got a polite text back. We never really met the hostess or talked to anyone, only texts.

You cannot get comfortable with either pillow. The room looked nothing like the photos online and was poorly maintained (damaged baseboards, holes in walls, TVs didn’t work). Service was consistently unhelpful—we had to repeatedly ask for basic items.

Everything was old and look dirty. Some of our towels and pillow cases had stains. The toilet brush in the bathroom had brown stains 😩 The walls had plenty of scuff marks, furniture and skirting boards were really damaged. Awful experience and we checked out earlier than planned

The apartment was clean and had everything you’d expect. Biggest improvement requested would be the pillows. They are so thick and firm that getting a great sleep wasn’t really possible. Lastly, the couches are too small. It was hard to really relax there. But good thing I didn’t spend too much time inside anyway. Mexico City is so beautiful and there is so much to see out there.

Almost like being in the club. If you want to get some night sleep - good luck.
- Michael (2/5): Muy ruidoso y falte de mantenimiento! - El departamento era luminoso y los espacios eran amplios. La distribución también era buena a mi mujer le encantó que tuviese lavadero! 1. El edificio está ubicado al lado de una discoteca y zona de bares. La discoteca está abierta hasta las 3 AM y la música se escucha extremadamente fuerte dentro del apartamento. Es sumamente ruidoso y se hace difícil dormir y descansar. 2. Además, las sábanas y toallas tenían manchas, el desagüe de la ducha emanaba un odor a cloaca muy fuerte. 3. Por último, la unidad mostraba varios detalles de deterioro (también vimos otros dos departamentos que reflejaban condiciones similares). Excesiva falta de mantenimiento!

- Ina (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft, wenn man ein, zwei Augen zudrückt - Die Wohnung ist großzügig, perfekt für zwei Paare mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die private Dachterrasse und der Ausblick dazu waren mega. Die Lage ist auch gut: sicher und mit einigen Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Personal war via WhatsApp gut erreichbar und konnte Englisch. Es war rund um die Uhr ein Portier anwesend (der allerdings nur Spanisch spricht). Unsere Kissenüberzüge waren bei Ankunft leider sehr dreckig. Wir haben aber schnell neue bekommen. Die Kissen selbst waren sehr dick und dadurch leider eher unbequem. Insgesamt war die Wohnung extrem hellhörig. Man hört den Straßenlärm von draußen, als wäre ein Fenster offen. In Mexiko ist das überall so, aber geräuschsensible Besucher sollten definitiv Ohrstöpsel im Gepäck haben.

- Katelin (10/5): Wonderful clean safe place I would easily stay there again and I loved it. - I loved that there is always a nice man at the front door and I never was locked out. My key ALWAYS worked. You have to give a cash deposit $20 USD or the equivalent in pesos to make sure the key is returned but so worth it cause the key never stopped working. They gave me my money back once I left and everything felt EASY. I also asked for more toilet paper via the booking messaging app and someone brought some up the same day - (there is extra under the sink in a sort of hard to see drawer btw). Everything was clean the the elevator was always fast, I never had to wait. Loved that they leave you some laundry detergent for the all in one washer and dryer. There is not much to say here. The only weird thing was I could not figure out how to turn the oven on but I'm sure they would have told me if I had asked for help. Fridays and Saturdays you will hear music from nearby bars so just be aware of that if you're sensitive to noise. I think it ended around 2am.

The bedding was visibly dirty..we were staying for 5 days so we put our bedding in the wash and all the marks came out of the bedding which told us it just hadn’t been cleaned at all. Which was super gross. No bed bugs though! ALSo there’s night clubs all around so it’s loud on the weekends.
- Emily (7/5): Great apartment and outdoor space, but do not underestimate the noise issue on weekends. - The penthouse apartment was great and the private rooftop was incredible. The kitchen was well supplied and the king bed and the couch were very comfortable. The noise issue from all the nearby clubs is really serious. We stayed for 1 week and Sunday - Wednesday were fine, but Thursday - Saturday the music was absolutely blaring. We could feel the bass pulsing in the apartment. We downloaded white noise apps but still had a difficult time sleeping. Don’t underestimate the noise issue here on weekends.

- Nayla Nasr (3/5): - I think the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I didn’t like the place. I paid $826 for 7 nights and, honestly, the value for money is very poor. There are too many things in the apartment that were not acceptable. First, the apartment was freezing. I asked many times for an extra heater. Either they didn’t reply, or they told me they couldn’t provide one because of electricity limits. I don’t know if that was true or not, but honestly, I don’t care — the apartment was freezing. There was also a bad smell coming from the toilet, and the kitchen sink was clogged. Communication was very poor and they were extremely unresponsive. The TV also doesn’t work. To be fair, the bed was very comfortable. Also, the washing machine smells bad and is dirty/disgusting (photo below).

Il y a un bar à côté et même avec des bouchons, on entendait très bien la musique jusqu’à 3h du matin! Manque de serviettes à mains, linge à vaisselle, torchon, débarbouillette et une plus grande poêle à frire svp.

- Arkanath (9/5): - Nice, large, clean and well-appointed apartment at a great location, close to public transportation, restaurants and parks. The aprtment was cold at night and only one space heater was provided for the entire two bedroom apartment and it was totally inadequate.

I was a little nervous about not having a/c but honestly I did not need it at all. The apartment stayed cool even in the afternoons when it typically gets warm. Everything was modern and up to date. I don’t have any negative feed back.

- George (1/5): Don’t stay unless you can sleep through any level of noise - Nothing It felt as though we were in a nightclub. We needed the hotel for a quick night sleep before our flight and we couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. Really disappointing as there was no mention of how loud the area was. Don’t go there unless you want to feel like you’re front right in a club.

- JEAN (8/5): Un bon séjour globalement, une emplacement parfait pour visite la ville. Le rapport qualité prix et bon, mais des détail - L’emplacement. La surface. La terrasse. Le parking. Des détails : manque d’entretien (plinthes très abimées, meuble de cuisine avec t-portes dégradées, décoration abimée type lampe de chevet…). Par ailleurs, la ventilation d’une des deux salle d’eau était non efficiente.

- mps11 (4/5): - Elegimos este hotel para un viaje familiar de 10 Dias en los que solo te dan una toalla por persona, cuando se lo pedí a una de las supervisors me dijo qué por politicas no se dan mas de una toalla , le explique qué siendo chica necesito mas de una pero no Les importa, Tampoco te Cambian las toalla. Tambien le comenté qué las sabanas estaban manchadas y me dijo qué solo estaban quemadas ...sin embargo una de las almohadas tenia marcas con maquillaje, al final me ofrecieron cambiarlas pero solo de palabra porque nunca las cambiaron. Los muebles tenian astillas y clavos a lo qué comenté qué era peligroso y me dijeron qué pasarian a revisarlo, en esos 10 Dias nunca pasaron...cabe mencionar qué de entrada te dan el piso con polvo a lo qué te dice qué vendran a limpiarlo y cuando vueleves te lo encuentras igual.

Manager was responsive to questions but wasn’t really on site. But no big issues everything was manageable That nightclub nearby is no joke. Either get ear plugs or don’t stay here on a weekend if you value sleep. But if you’re here to party, go for it
- Dinzey (4/5): Don’t be fooled by the value or the nice pictures. - The property is in the Roma neighborhood and convenient to great restaurants and shops. The apartment we stayed in (402) has seen better days. The walls were scuffed and dirty, the master bath fab didn’t work which made showering a miserable experience; the towels never dried. All the towels were ratty and stained. The staff didn’t replace them after my request- they didn’t have any to spare. Overall not as advertised and the rating on Booking.com is not accurate. This is at best a 3-star accommodation. Also, the staff is barely available and not oriented toward doing much more than the minimum. Very unlike every other experience we’ve had on CDMX.
