• Natan (10/5): - The hotel is brand new. The room was huge and beautifully designed, including a kitchenette with a sink, a large fridge, and a microwave. There was also a coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. We received a room overlooking the trees, away from the road – very quiet. The hotel GM, Samantha, is exceptionally helpful and kind, always making sure guests are happy. She was available for any request or need. Maria at the reception was also very professional and able to answer every question, including recommendations for activities. The hotel itself is charming – by far the best we’ve stayed in so far. In summary – a wonderful hotel: beautiful, comfortable, in a great location, with staff who are genuinely happy to assist guests in every way.
• Richard (8/5): - Appears to be a brand new facility. Several area's are blocked off. Free breakfast is muffins and coffee.

• Peter (8/5): - While I appreciated many aspects of the property, I found the decision to lock the air conditioning at 68° a bit puzzling. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, which was a positive feature. However, I did notice that the showerhead did not provide a very thorough experience. Although we had access to hot water, it wasn’t necessary to adjust with cold to achieve comfort. Overall, there are both excellent qualities and a few areas for improvement in the property. It is well-maintained, very clean, and organized, which I truly commend,

• Denise (10/5): Quiet gem in Plymouth - Our room was wonderful. The king- sized bed was heavenly. Did not want to get out of bed this morning. Pillows and comforter were great. Enjoyed the spacious, clean bathroom with amazing walk in shower. Also, very quiet! Delicious, made to order breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. .
• Evan (4/5): Don’t bother. - Nobody at the front desk at 5pm arrival. Bed very hard. “Breakfast” was mini muffins and coffee only. Really mediocre.

• Dale (2/5): - Room is hot and smells bad, fan/ac does not turn on, and the window does not open. Front desk said something about a motion detector and the air turning on at 10 pm. Not sure why this hotel thinks it’s a good idea to welcome guests to a foul smelling hot room with no relief until allegedly at 10 pm. Unbelievably bad service.
• Denise (10/5): - Best Hotel Ever!!! The staff was amazing…Loved the remodel, very modern. Breakfast was VERY PRICEY. I didn’t eat there so I don’t know how the food was.
• John (6/5): Meh - TV in room didn't work. Even staff couldn't figure it out. Luckily/unluckily ended up changing rooms because the hot water in shower was scalding and unadjustable. Second room was less hazardous, but a hassle to move.

• Tina (10/5): - The hotel is very nice and clean. Everything about the room was great except the tv. Very limited channels to chose from and the guide displays no info about what is on the channels. There is no restaurant, bar or pool. Which was disappointing. There is nothing to do at the hotel. The small gym is nice and equipment new. There is no spa and part of the hotel is under construction. Also about 3 miles to the waterfront and attractions and you must get on the highway to get to the waterfront attractions and downtown area.

Every tiny sound from the bathroom carried into the bedroom. Also I was woken up by the sound of someone walking one floor up- like in old house when the floor boards creak, but super loud.

Laundry facilities also out of order sign says to see desk for assistance and all they do is tell you it's broken. In 5 days housekeeping never swept or vacuumed. Fairly new hotel has many bugs to work out. Staff was nice.
