Ana caddeden otele doğru 5 dk ciddi bir yokuş çıkmasını. Özellikle ilk gidilen gün valizlerle o yokuşu yürüyerek çıkmak çok zordu.

ALEXEI (5/5): Овербукинг - Не могу ничего сказать про отель, меня в него не заселили Приехав в отель, на ресепшене сказали что произошла ошибка бронирования и отель полный, хотя на букинге прошла полная предварительная оплата за номер. Сотрудники сказали в течении часа произведут отмену и оформят возврат на карту, но отмена так и не произошла и возврата не было, хотя прошло достаточно времени и было уже 22:00. Как итог просто позвонил в службу поддержки букинг и они отменили бронь и связались с отелем, отель по видимому не хотел самостоятельно делать отмену.
Paweł (8/5): OK z fajną panoramą na miasto. - Taras z piękną panoramą na miasto, pokoje czyste i wygodne. Śniadanie nie było wybitne, ale każdy raczej znajdzie coś dla siebie żeby trochę zaspokoić głód. lokalizacja jest trochę odległa od centrum miasta. Pozostawienie samochodu w tej okolicy też nie należy do prostych rzeczy. Ciasne i bardzo strome uliczki na pewno będą wymagać dużo skupienia od kierowcy i przetestują przy okazji jego umiejętności.

Maurice (4/5): dissapointing dispite friendly staff - friendly reception staff, breakfast was ok, room big enough, daily cleaning, value for money was ok, beautiful view from breakfast room on Tbilisi (panorama) pretty much all the rest; extremely noisy and very bad/ antisocial hotel guests making extreme noise at night (drunken people), power + water issues, old rooms/facilities, noisy airco, bad wifi, terrible public parking, we had to request a room change because the bed was terrible, the room cold and bathroom stinking (sewage smell), cleaning could be better

The room was missing a proper window and only had a skylight, which couldn’t be opened. Unfortunately, light was coming through it during the night, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Lali (7/5): - Despite the cold weather ( around 4 degrees at night), central heating was turned off and the split unit in the room didn't work either. Highly recommend the staff to do the technical maintenance and make sure that all equipment works properly.

Dmitry (7/5): Скорее да, если номер с нормальным окном - Расположение неплохое. Вид из столовой на верхнем этаже роскошный (что в прекрасном Тбилиси не редкость, рельеф города располагает). Безлимитный чай за столиком со своим ноутбуком с таким видом вечером - отдельный кайф. Раздербаненный халат (но он есть, что определённо плюс по сравнению с тем, когда нет никакого). Отличный персонал. У входа в номер некуда ни положить ни повесить даже самой маленькой вещи, там просто пустота - неудобно. Намучился с душем, душевая как бы есть, но она не закрывается (не предусмотрено) из-за чего она вообще не прогревается и остаётся холодной когда моешься, вода течёт кое-как, если температуру ещё как-то можно настроить, то сама душевая лейка - это кошмар. Брал дешёвый номер, но не подозревал что окно в нём настолько условное, его по сути нет - это часть потолка заклеенная полностью непрозрачной плёнкой (ночью я даже не понял, что это окно, пропускает только свет и больше ничего), открыть его нельзя. В итоге как будто замурован. С утра по окну и моей крыше кто-то ходил, такое себе чувство. Я сторонник того, что таких номеров вообще не должно существовать. Если взять номер с нормальным окном, минус пропадёт сам собой.
Yury (10/5): A perfect place for couples - Thus far, this hotel is one of the coziest places I've visited. The location is amazing - you can see the whole city from the hotel balcony as you have your breakfast. It gets especially beautiful at night! The personnel speaks English well and provides service of great quality. Our room was clean and well suited for couples. When we had an emergency, the staff willingly assisted us, helping as they could. I strongly recommend this place for staying in Tbilisi - especially if you travel with your partner.

The staff is very sweet and attentive. Price is the lowest possible for Tbilisi, especially with the breakfast included. So if you want to save money great option. The hotel is on the hill so if you are elderly or want to be in the middle of the city walking around, on the map the location looks like it’s quite close to the center but actually you need quite a lot of effort to climb the hill. Keep it in mind. But I personally enjoyed it too

Vasis (9/5): - Очень чисто, приятно. Номер люкс просторный очень. Приятная постель, халаты. Возвращаться вечерами в крутую гору тяжеловато. Завтрак вкусный, но растворимый кофе навевает ностальгию, не думала, что его кто-то ещё пьет.

A (7/5): Good for a night or two cuz of location/price, but the room need better care - The location is excellent, even with the uphill walk. The rooftop with a panoramic city view is the best part (btw you can go there anytime for tea or coffee). The breakfast was a nice bonus, even if it was a bit basic Our room was on the basement floor, so it felt damp and there was some mold on the wallpaper. It was quite dark, and we kept hitting our knees on the sharp bed corners because the lighting was so poor :(

shiwen (8/5): Comfortable to stay. - It’s was nice hostel for stay, it’s near around 750m to metro and nice for transportation. The staffs it’s nice, flexible, friendly, honest. Which is really safe for stay. However, if it’s really high heel for work, so it’s really good recommendations for good knees to practice.

Еркем (10/5): - Очень уютный отель. Номер был красивый и чем-то напоминал атмосферу сериала Bridgerton, с видом на город. Особенно понравилась терраса — с неё открывается прекрасный вид на весь город, а вечером там невероятная атмосфера. Завтраки вкусные и свежие. Расположение удобное: не совсем центр, но рядом есть метро, поэтому легко добраться в любую часть города. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова, хотя бы ради этого необычного номера и потрясающей террасы.
Sophia (9/5): Bon séjour - Hotel bien confortable, j’ai été surclassé dans une chambre avec une belle vue sur Tbilissi. L’hotel est situé en hauteur. Le petit dej est correct

Vladislav (7/5): - The staff member was exceptionally kind. She even lent us her own umbrella. I wish every hotel had such thoughtful and attentive personnel. There were a few minor issues. The lock and the door in one of the rooms were quite flimsy, and you had to know how to lock it properly. We could also hear a lot of noise from the corridor at night, which was disturbing. Additionally, the shower head in one of the rooms was not in good condition.

Edvin (9/5): Отель бюджетный, недорогой, для тех, кто хочет сэкономить. - Понравилась чистота в номере и желание персонала помочь в любом вопросе, а также терраса и открывающаяся панорама Тбилиси с неё. Завтрак был вкусный, хоть и не очень разнообразный. Местоположение отеля находится на возвышенности и людям пожилого возраста пешком будет тяжеловато подниматься.

Iuliia (6/5): Hotel is ok, but single room isn't comfortable - The staff is very polite. The view from the restaurant is nice. My bad was too small and uncomfortable, the room looks old. There is no fridge in it.
