You can really feel the attention to detail and the focus on guest comfort throughout the space. There wasn’t a single thing I didn't like—everything was absolutely perfect. - Natascha (10/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einer sauberen, schönen Residenz mit tollem Pool, Meerblick, herz - Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Residenz auf Sardinien. Von Anfang an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Pool war großartig und wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Wohnung war toll geschnitten, mit schöner Aussicht – sogar seitlich aufs Meer. So konnten wir Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang genießen. Unsere Freunde hatten das Apartment direkt gegenüber, ebenfalls mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Besonders die Küchenzeile draußen war super – wir haben dort viele gemütliche Abende verbracht. Da die Residenz etwas abseits liegt, waren wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs. Das war für uns kein Problem, da man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt war und von dort auch die vielen wunderschönen Strände erreichen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstand. Für uns war es einfach perfekt – vielen Dank für alles! Wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien kommen, dann ganz sicher hierher.

- Santo (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - Wir hatten kein Frühstück, dafür sind in der Nähe Kaffee‘s wo man frühstücken kann. Jeden Morgen haben wir Besuch von den süßen Katzen im Haus bekommen. Ich liebe Dekos und leider waren im Zimmer nicht viel davon gezeigt.

- Sandrine (1/5): - La Sardaigne est une île magnifique😍 Déception totale ! Notre réservation pour une chambre « vue mer à l’étage » n’a pas été respectée. À notre arrivée : aucun accueil physique. Nous avons dû contacter notre hôte par téléphone pour apprendre que nous étions finalement logés… au rez-de-chaussée, dans la chambre la moins bien située : vue sur une palissade, à côté du climatiseur (bruyant) et de la machine à laver de la femme de ménage (voir photos). Nous avons insisté pour obtenir la chambre réservée, mais celle-ci était déjà louée. Ne pouvant pas répondre à notre demande, l’hôte nous a tout simplement suggéré… d’aller voir ailleurs ! Une attitude inexcusable et totalement anti-commerciale. Concernant le logement : Moisissures dans la douche (voir photo) Difficultés pour obtenir de l’eau chaude le matin Mauvaise insonorisation (bruits constants des autres locataires) Nombreux chats errants entrant dans le logement Chiens du voisinage aboyant la nuit Piscine avec vis-à-vis (voir photo) Enfin, l’hôte — que nous n’avons jamais rencontré en personne — a eu l’audace de nous demander de mettre un 10/10 sur Booking en échange d’un « traitement de faveur » lors d’un futur séjour… 👉 Un conseil clair : à éviter absolument.

- Timm (10/5): Abseits vom Trubel ein Zuhause auf Zeit - Molarotto ist außerhalb des sehr touristisch geprägten und lebhaften Teodoro in den Hügeln gelegen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war schnell und unproblematisch. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön gepflegt, die Zimmer einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse mit der Küche ist ein toller Ort um einfach mal abzuschalten. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass es die erste Unterkunft in Italien war mit einem wirklich guten, leistungsstarken Föhn war. Wie fast überall hat es ein wenig länger gedauert bis Warmwasser zum Duschen bereit stand.

Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Hygiëne, vrij stoffig en schimmel in de douche. Veel spinnenwebben bij de buitenkeuken. Mag wat netter.. Daarnaast geen persoonlijk contact gehad met eigenaar/eigenaresse voor bijvoorbeeld uitleg en info over de omgeving. Nu was het incheckproces per whatsapp, wat ook prima is. Maar minder persoonlijk.

La camera era spaziosa, con armadio, TV, condizionatore e un ottimo livello di pulizia. Anche il bagno era ben fornito, con asciugamani, phon e un kit cortesia per gli ospiti. Bellissima la piscina, attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni, perfetta per rilassarsi. Davanti alla struttura c’è un comodo parcheggio privato per l’auto. Molto comoda anche la cucina esterna: dotata di piano cottura, pentole, sapone e spugnetta, ecc. Con la macchina si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge, i supermercati e il centro di San Teodoro, tutti a pochi minuti di distanza. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliato!

Clean, functional rooms and very well equipped, including an outdoor kitchen and terrace. The saltwater pool was a highlight. You’ll need a car to get around. - Marta (8/5): We had a Lovely stay here - We had a lovely stay at this property! The location is great — close to San Teodoro, shops, and beautiful beaches. It’s tucked a bit up the hill in a quiet and peaceful area, which we really appreciated. You can even hear donkeys in the distance, which added to the charm of the place and made our experience even more special. We’d recommend having a car for convenience, but overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! The only small thing we would mention is that the mattress could be a bit more comfortable — but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyable experience we had.

The windy narrow road to the accommodation was a little challenging to navigate at first but we got used to it. Being a few minutes out of town at first we felt staying in town would be easier but by the end of our 3 nights we really appreciated the location and setting.

The pool area is nice and also the room and the outdoor kitchen which is very well equipped. Christina is very helpful and friendly, we even could borrow an umbrella for the beach. It's advisable to have a car to reach the location. By car it is only 3-5 minutes to the city and the next supermarket. Also the beaches are quite close.

- Bronwyn (10/5): Amazing! - Amazing place in an ideal location for San Teodoro! Five minutes from La Cinta and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive and gave us tips about where to go and what to do. She was also very helpful in helping us navigate car rentals. The kitchen was great, we cooked almost every day. The balcony was beautiful and we had the option for someone to come and clean our room every day. Parking was always available. The pool was a little cool in mid-May, but that’s to be expected! Still very nice to relax by and for a quick dip, and would definitely be nice during the summer months. - Carrie (10/5): A Beautiful Stay! - Casa Molarotto was a very comfortable and cozy home for our family for 5 nights while enjoying la bella San Teodoro and area! It is conveniently located close to the town centre, grocery stores and restaurants. Cristina was a wonderful host, available to answer our questions and share recommendations. She is an amazing hos who made our stay extra special.! This is not a complaint but some advice - if you arrive at night, it is difficult to find the home in the dark so try to arrive in the daylight the first night.

The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to San Teodoro and some of the best beaches in Sardinia. This made exploring the area a breeze. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the homeowner. Cristina was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever encountered, even assisting with our travel arrangements to and from the airport. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in Sardinia. Nothing

This is what she managed with us :) We love the outdoor kitchen! The area was perfect for us as it was not directly in the packed tourist area but very close by and very close to the beautiful beaches. A car is needed! The pool area is nice as well. Parking is in front of the property and very easy.

We loved that the kitchen was outside on the balcony too. The cleaner came every day which was brilliant and like staying in a hotel. Lots of space for free parking. We were able to borrow sun umbrellas for the beach. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn’t get the chance to use it as we made the most of the stunning local beaches! We would recommend La Cinta and Cala Brandinchi. Nothing.

- Matthew (10/5): Peaceful San Teodoro perfection. - Where to start? Molarotto is a slice of heaven nestled in the most peaceful part of San Teodoro. The grounds are breath taking and authentically Sardinian with a gorgeous pool. Only 2 mins away from the town centre so it's so easy to experience the hustle and bustle of the restaurants, bars and markets but you get to escape the noise and crowds and wake up in absolute serenity. Waking up to the panoramic views of San Teodoro is something we won't forget. The rooms are private, perfect and clean with everything you need. The outside kitchen was perfect for an afternoon platter and wine stacked with all amenities. You think it can't get any better but it does. Cristina the owner is the cherry on top! She made our stay absolute perfection and made sure we had everything we needed - literally everything!! She was so helpful with recommendations, very attentive and always available to answer the many questions we had. We can't recommend this place more! It exceeded all our expectations. An absolute gem and must stay in San Teodoro! Thank you Cristina 🙏 Nothing.

It is very well kept, spotless clean, spacious rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, also the kitchenette, very spacious terrace and nicely decorated for each room. The sea view is beautiful and the place is quiet and relaxing. Oh, and they have very good coffee 😉. The host, Cristina, was very welcoming and provided great recommendations of places where to eat and in general of things to do and see in and around San Teodoro. There are so many insanely beautiful beaches around and the village is so nice for a stroll in the evening. We very much appreciated everything and totally recommend this accommodation! We had a lovely stay, here are just some pointers: The shower and kitchen could use a deepclean. Some more cooking utensils would have been nice, but we still managed to cook some great meals :)

- Maximilian (9/5): Super friendly host, very clean room, unique outdoor kitchen. Would definitely come back again. - The room was very spacious and equipped with everything that you'd need. The small outdoor kitchen adds a very unique touch and I'm sure is super cool if you don't want to go out for dinner every night. Also the host is super friendly and reacts quickly to all requests. The room was also exceptionally clean. Ideally the towels could have been changed a little bit more frequently, but to be honest we also didn't ask. I'm sure we would've gotten new ones if we had asked. It is advisable to have a car in the area, otherwise it's quite a long walk to the nearest beach or the city center.

- Oriol (10/5): Exceptional - Located next to San Teodoro, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and surrounded by very nice beaches. The house is new and every room has a big size terrace with a kitchen, which is perfect to have nice bfast/dinner.
