JOSE FERNANDO SOLANO (6/5): - The price is competitive, rooms are clean, breakfast is good but served late (around 9:10 am). Staff is friendly, but communication is via WhatsApp and slow. Pool is small and very deep—not for kids. Beach is full of seaweed and not swimmable. Water in the room isn’t very hot and cuts off every 15 min; scarce supply. Daily cleaning if requested; the cleaning lady only speaks Spanish. Feels like an Airbnb—okay for adults to rest, not for families with small children.

Shawn (10/5): - What a relaxing vacation, with the Caribbean Sea just outside our door and a swimmable cenote 100 feet away. Our room was impeccably clean and our host and his staff were amazingly attentive. They can arrange lots of activities, including snorkeling and diving trips or transportation to the ruins, town or other activities. The food and drink at the outdoor restaurant was awesome. The live music they have every Sunday was our favorite!

Shallow bay made for fun snorkeling and exploring, plus super interesting to have cenote behind and in front of the hotel to explore! Loved our stay here!
