• Alexandra-g (1/5): only good for location, do not recommend - Very good location. I was charged for minibar items I didn’t use. The amount was small—around $5—but it’s still frustrating, as there’s no real way to prove you didn’t consume them. The room had no window, and the hallways smell stale and poorly ventilated. The room itself felt somewhat dirty and worn. The bed and bedding were fine. The shower leaks and ends up flooding much of the bathroom floor. There is a lot of noise from the showers being used in the other rooms, or doors banging, so use ear plugs.

• XIN (10/5): - This is a tiny five star hotel. The staff wearing glasses who treated us was very enthusiastic and patient when we check in and check out.Security was very polite too.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and it had an awful sewage smell for the duration of our stay. The bathroom also flooded every time we used the shower as the door had been removed.

• Ryan Dale (10/5): Great location and staff - Great location in the heart of district one. Staff was also very nice and the room was comfortable and complete with amenities. Shower area enclosure can be sealed better because the water was flowing to the rest of the toilet floor

• Susan (8/5): - I didn’t expect much on this hotel when I booked it. Surprisingly, its very convenient to everything. Restaurant , tourist attraction and transports are close by. Room is very spacious and Good value for my money. The property is sorroynded by high end store. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The only downside is very limited breakfast selection. Otherwise. Everything is good.

• Sagar (7/5): Just go with the room - The location is the top selling point. It is right in the middle of everything. We covered most of the city tour by walk as most of the places are just around the property. The restaurant is not quite good. The breakfast menu is very limited and that too one day we didn't get any as they said they ran out of food. The cooks/attendants at the restaurant do not understand basic engligh, so getting what you want is a tedious job. I would not pay for the breakfast again here, but I will consider booking with them again for accomodation.
• Jennifer (1/5): Don't bother staying here - appears they oversell rooms and ship you off elsewhere on arrival - Didn't get to stay here - arrived, they looked at us blankly for 20 minutes then sent us off in a taxi to another hotel. Poor communication - no idea why our rooms that we had booked were unavailable (arrived at 3pm). Left waiting for 20 mins with blank looks then put in a taxi to another A25 Hotel 2kms away which was nowhere near where we wanted to be. Still charged the same, very poor service

• Doug (8/5): Quiet small hotel on a budget - The hotel is small, only about 10 rooms. We booked the “family size” room for more space. The beds are VERY firm! We slept on top of the comforter and used the 2nd bed blanket for cover. Pillows were VERY comfortable, made the hard beds bearable. The staff was very helpful as we had a couple small issues in the room at check-in. We left after just one night bc of hard beds & went to 5-star hotel (beds were even harder!), so we shoulda remained at the A25. A/C worked very well plus an oscillating fan! Room had a large sliding glass door and a nice balcony! Room was very quiet despite being overlooking the street. Overall, I would book it again, especially for the price & Great location. Photos were correct.
• Sammy_traveller (7/5): excellent position - we chose a room without windows. the hotel has an excellent position for whom wants to visit the city. reception personnel doesn't speak english. mattress was excessively hard for me, I woke up with pain in the back every morning. breakfast buffet only consists of fresh fruit, toast bread, jam, coffee and tea. you can order some meals a la cart, like noodles etc. which we never tried, since we usually eat that kind of food during lunch or dinner.
• Rosie (10/5): Really great place with lovely staff - Great location and an adequate breakfast. Plenty of hot water with breakfast coffee and possibly a shower that doesn’t spread water onto the wash basin and toilet floor area.
• Izabela (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is located in the center, right next to shops and good coffee. Comfortable beds and large rooms. The shower was in very poor condition and I had problems communicating with the staff. The breakfast was terrible, we had to go to a nearby hotel and there we only ate soup or 2 eggs with toast... the end.
• Peng (10/5): Unbeatable location at this price! - A25 Hotel offers excellent value for money, thanks to its unbeatable location. The room was clean and modern, making our stay comfortable, and the hotel staff spoke English, which was a great convenience. While the breakfast was a bit limited—served from a menu with fewer options—it wasn’t a significant issue as the hotel is surrounded by a wealth of cafes and restaurants. With so many nearby dining choices, the limited breakfast options hardly mattered. Overall, at this price point, the location and convenience are unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it to others. Limited breakfast. Slower Internet speed at night when it's busy.

The street itself is also relatively quiet compared to the ones surrounding the area. Everyone was very helpful. Our daughters had a lovely room- ours was windowless which I knew when booking, but I would try to get a room with a window in future.

• Gitte Holm (8/5): Godt hotel i distrikt 1. - Skønt stort familieværelse. Rent og pænt fra start. Efterfølgende blev der ikke fulgt op på det. Skulle selv hente toiletpapir i receptionen. Morgenmaden jævn, startede med friskt brød, efter 5 dage samme brød. Personalet kunne kun lidt eller ingen engelsk. Håber der bliver rettet op på det.

The downside the washrooms was not clean, other areas is clean though, the water wasn’t draining properly. Water flow is very good ac works great. The hotel is in perfect location. For budget hotel this is perfect place.

• Ten (9/5): Prime location for budget friendly stay in Saigon - The hotel is in a prime location by Nguyen Hue, which was a perfect starting point for our exploration of Saigon. The staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating. We did need to use Google Translate because their English was not very good, but we got by just fine. The rooms are a good size and provide nice amenities. Don't expect finishings like a fancy hotel would have of course, but functionally the hotel is very good. We were offered free breakfast each day, but instead we ventured to local restaurants. The Workshop close by has great coffee. For the price in that location, it was a really great stay!

The roof was super clean, very spacious and well equipped (beside the tooth brush, comb, razor they provide you a tweezers and nail clippers. Also the hotel is very quiet. Highly recommended. I love everything. For the breakfast eaters do not expect much. Toast and jam and butter and eggs

At first we booked only 1 night and we loved it so we stayed here for another day. Of course we’ll be back here again. Thank you. Nope
