• Deborah (3/5): - The location was wonderful. Centrally located between everything, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and the beach. The pool and the fitness center . The unit itself was dated and holes in the walls. One of the sliding doors did not have a handle mold was on the floor of the second bathroom. Carpet dirty and stained as well as the curtains. Not worth the money I spent.
• Andre (6/5): In to be updated - We loved the view and area we were in. The room needs alot of update. 1. The carpet is very NASTY. 2. The internet was horrible and the TV in the queen bedroom never worked for the kids to watch and the TV kept going in and out on all TVs. I called and I spoke with someone and I did what he told me but it didn't help. 3. The furniture was worn out need updated furniture . 4. The door to the balcony won't lock in the living room. The door in the queen room wouldn't open looks like the handle was broken or taken off. 5. The beds were very comfortable.

• Xavier (4/5): - There wasn’t any breakfast but we cooked ourselves in the kitchen and location was the best part. Stayed Thursday- Sunday without any internet. Everyone complained and was very unhappy it made me feel terrible that everyone talked about the service. Also the doors to the balcony all was jammed and will not open. The curtains on the windows was dirty and the dishes wasn’t cleaned properly. The dishwasher cuts on but didn’t clean well also it was limited tissue and face towel. I had a total of 8 quest and everything was limited. Soon as I ask front desk for assistance the explain this is a 3rd party room and to contact them. Which was absolutely no help. They kept telling me there isn’t an eta to fix anything thing and be patience well I was bc we had to go our entire stay without anything getting fixed. I e stayed here before and loved it but this time was absolutely embarrassing and bad overall. This room simply embarrassed me in front of my wife and family.

• Manalili (4/5): - The location was good. Very nice washer and dryer in unit. front desk was very friendly. The furniture was very worn out. The couch, living room chair, dining table, and dining chairs were all very worn. You can see the curtains are worn as well as the throw pillows on the beds and all the comforters on the beds. There was even a stain on the sheets on the bed in the master bed as well as stains on the carpet throughout the living room.

• Josephine (10/5): Very excellent place near the beach to rent with lots of space!! - The place was a prime location. It is right next to Henderson state beach. 3 bed rooms with two bathrooms. One bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. It was very spacious and lots of towels were given. The pool is amazing as well as the onsite bar. It was very easy to check in. It was clean as well. The beds were very comfy. The point of contact was easy to reach and also reached out many times before the trip. The bathroom not connected to the bedroom’s tub wouldn’t drain well. So by the time one person showered it would be at my mid calves and wouldn’t drain until the next day. We did reach out to the point of contact so hopefully they fixed it already! Make sure to bring hand soap, oil and salt. Other than those very little things the place was great! We had a blast. Would definitely stay there again.

• Krystle (1/5): - We've stayed at the psalms several times and the spaces were very clean and didn't need to call for tissue, towels, or paper towels. First glance the carpet is terribly nasty looking, the tub wasn't draining, there was a roach in kitchen, not enough towels or tissue, the furniture was raggedy from that couch to the chairs and pillows, and beds were wore out and uncomfortable.

• Desmond (10/5): Exceptional - The Palms of Destin resort. 2518 had holes in the wall, and some doors couldn't open. The shower and tub and shower certain were dirty. I was happy with 2517. I deserve some of my money back.

• Shantel (7/5): A decent place for your family vacation. - I loved the space and the natural sunlight. It accommodated my family size very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to a couple of the beaches and a short drive to others. The entire suite needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. The carpet, living room furniture and drapery needed to be cleaned and/or replaced. The closet door was off track in the smaller bedroom. There was mold/mildew by the bathroom vent in the primary suite.
