Guest Reviews
- Karen (4/5): - The property itself has a lot of potential to be a great place with minimal effort. However, it clearly showed its age. Living room furniture was stained. Owner did provide sheets to cover at our request so we could sit. One of the bedroom window shades was broken and it took owners five days to respond after our request to fix it. As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying for nine days. Toilet paper was in short supply so we bought our own. The outside area was quite noisy throughout the day and night with barking dogs. The property is located on a flight path which caused severe noise with planes landing all hours of the day. The pictures on the website looked very nice but were clearly filtered. There were no pamphlets provided for logistical or tourist info about what to do with garbage and recycling. Only one key was provided for four people to use. Eventually we got over our initial disappointment and decided to stay as there were minimal options left for alternative accommodations. Had the owners been more responsive to our needs, and provided more effort themselves to make the place more presentable, we would have given the property a much higher rating.
