• Asia (8/5): - La posizione è centrale: in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro di Bologna. La struttura è così come nelle foto. È pulita e comoda. Mi sono trovata molto bene!

• Michael (4/5): - Good points: Ideally located in the centre and everything you needed inside for self catering. Bad points: Not mobility friendly - 36 steps up 3 flights of steps to the room, then down 1 step into hallway and down a further step into living/Dining area. Up 2 steps to bathroom. Maintenance - overhead shower head was blocked and hand held shower cradle was broken. Took 2 days to get this sorted, on checking previous feedback on other sites, this had been mentioned previously but not addressed until now. Although the site mentioned there was no lift in the building, I believe it should have mentioned the mobility pitfalls. Odour - There was an odour in the apartment and despite having 2 plug in air fresheners by the bathroom, there was still an odour especially when it was warmer. We bought a can of air freshener. Not sure what they can do about this as the windows open up onto an enclosed area that you scan see vents on the walls that certainly need cleaning, possibly from commercial businesses. This was also previously mentioned on other sites feedback.

• Patrick E. (10/5): - The apartment’s location is its best feature, as its front door opens on a courtyard facing two fantastic trattorias and is steps away from Piazza di Neptuni and Piazza Maggiore. It’s a bit small, though and has no view.
• Michael (7/5): Lage perfekt. Guter Schlaf bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Ausstattung komplett. - Die Lage ist superzentral an der Piazza Maggiore. Küche und Bett haben gut gepasst, auch sehr ruhig von Seiten des Hauses und seiner Bewohner. Durch einen Spalt zwischen Toilettenschüssel und Wand entstehen unangenehme Gerüche im Bad. Die Wassermenge und der Wasserdruck verschwindet teilweise ganz in Dusche und Waschbecken im Bad. Die Fenster zu öffnen bedeutet die Klimaanlage oder Lüftung des angrenzenden Hauses sehr laut zu hören. Auch sehen die Fenster nur auf (sehr nah) gegenüberliegende Hauswände.

• Zoe (3/5): Poor - The location couldn’t be better. The sofa and dining chairs are so uncomfortable to the point they’re difficult to sit on. The apartment is extremely dark. The toilet smelt of sewage drains throughout the stay. The fridge, which is in an open open area with the bedroom, makes a very loud noise at all times of day.
