Guest Reviews
- Andrew (10/5): - Old but clean.
- Hayley (10/5): - Great place for the price. Breakfast options were simple but nice, rooms were clean, check in was easy.
- Steven (4/5): - Staff wasn't very friendly. Shower head created painful hard spray. Key card had to be reprogrammed twice. Bed was comfortable. But at the price, you couldn't expect much more.
- John (8/5): - It was clean and quiet. Breakfast set-up was a bit unusual. Check-in was a bit slow. Overall a good value.
- William (8/5): - Very basic accommodations, but was the price we wanted.
- Susan (8/5): - It was close to where we wanted to like that dislike there was no table also the bathroom were small also there was no ice bak to put in
- Nick (6/5): - Pretty gross. Glad we just needed a place to rest our heads for one night.
- Hiroko (8/5): - Overall, a good experience
- Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly and homey - The girl at the front counter was very nice! She was very professional and courteous. We stayed for one night and it was clean, comfy, and quiet. Would stay again!
- Alex (8/5): - Worked out great for a one night stay during our cross country road trip. You’ve got to check out the antique mall just down the road!
- Tommy (2/5): - I spend 300 days a year in hotels for work.. with this brand about 30% of the time.. but I think it's ridiculous the treatment
- Richard (8/5): Clean Safe and good value - Motel was a very good value and we were pleased with our stay. Clean and safe. Make sure that you notice the levels associated with the rooms. The only place I have seen ever seen with rooms listed like that.
- Mark (4/5): - They say non-smoking but the room did not suggest such. It’s more of a 3 star hotel, cheap, kinda clean, and the smoke smell was bad. The condition of the facility is long in the tooth.
- Jamar (10/5): - Nice
- Jonathan (8/5): - good hotel for a cheap price
- Kerry (8/5): - Clean and quiet . Limited breakfast items great coffee. Older color tuband fixtures water pressure is soft.
For the price to bring my dog i could live with the room.
- Marli (10/5): - Super accommodating and friendly staff.
- Ben (8/5): - The area is a pretty grim looking trucking/logistics zone but it is secretly adjacent to a very nice park.
- daryl e (8/5): The 4th - I've returned here several times. It's comfortable quiet except for the 4th of July. The fireworks show at Werner Park, just across I - 80 was fantastic. I have recommended this hotel to friends as far away as Georgia and they have enjoyed their stays also. Im curious why hotels dont rent to locals and cant a straight answer, any one know
- Nicholas (2/5): Terrible ac - Ac didnt work was like 85 degrees at the lowest both days. Not pet friendly. Only allows dogs
- Louis (8/5): - Motel was clean. Motel is an old building obviously recently updated. Staff at front counter was often absent and difficult to contact.
- Ribka (6/5): - You get what you pay.
- Sandra (8/5): - Didn’t this breakfast was much. Frozen egg biscuit that i had ro heat up. Plus no dining area because it was served in lobby.
We left a small case with pills and cleaning lady returned immediately to office and they called. We had to return but luckiky was only a mile from hotel. Very thankful to them for this.
- Yamila (2/5): - We arrived at 2 am in the morning , asap my boyfriend get up he went to ask for breakfast and they said that was over . 9.50 am and breakfast over?? And they never specify hours or something, neither it’s a real breakfast it’s just a sausage biscuit that they need to grab it. 0 cordiality
- Michael (6/5): - Easy to access, did not like no exhaust fan in bathroom,or breakfast options
- christopher (4/5): - Shower was miserable. Hot and cold didn't stay constant. cloth curtain didn't cover windows. Looked like a home made curtain that could see through. Tv remote didn't work. No do not disturb sign and even when we ask to not have room service they still came in. The beds were decent and the cleaning staff did a good job even if we asked not to
- Debra (6/5): - Staff was rude at check in and said they dont rent to anyone local. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, toilet had been used and not flushed when we arrived. Bathtub had not been cleaned and had a clogged drain with a ring of soap and dirt around the bottom.
- susan (4/5): - Breakfast items extremely limited. Could not use toaster and microwave at the same time or would blow a fuse.
It is an older facility that is in need of extreme upgrades. Will not stay here again.
- Deana (8/5): - Comfy bed and clean room. I would stay again. However, there was only a bar of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo/conditioner.
- Megan (4/5): - Outdoor entrance well lit but multiple people lurking around at night. Faucet ran randomly. Hairy tub. Slimy flim on tile floor when barefoot. Very pet friendly $15 for one medium dog.
- Lindsay (6/5): - It was convenient to the freeway
- egidijus (10/5): - great
- Shelley (2/5): - Very uncomfortable staying here.
- Jeffery (2/5): - CLEAN ROOM. COMFORTABLE BED.
VERY SURPRISED WHEN I attempted to showere in morning and NO WATER TO SHOWER!
ROOM 212 NEEDS TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL THIS IS FIXED! How do you rent rooms with a non-functional shower! There oughta be a LAW! #TOBAL
DO BETTER! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
- Sandra (2/5): - Wasn’t safe. Didn’t advertise that was out door entry
- Kristin (10/5): - Perfect for the price!
- Ace (10/5): - Amazing Stay. Enjoyed it.
- Michael (10/5): - Ladies in the office were really nice.
- Stephanie (4/5): - Me my husband and daughter first came in town last Wednesday soon as we got there all 3 of us had to go to the Restroom really bad the Front Desk Lady was very rude and and inconsiderate saying it's employees only Restrooms 3 times after we begged her to let us use it even mydaughter was jumping up and down she didn't have a heart to let a child go SMH they need to have Public Restrooms in the Lobbies Guest in these Motels
- Stacey (2/5): - I have stayed here previously and it was actually quite pleasant. My last experience was terrible. I am a resident here in omaha. They happily took my money, refused to let me stay since i was local, and would only refund me half of my "stay." If you live in Omaha, do not book this place through Expedia. Its quite scammy.
- George (6/5): You get what you pay for - I stayed there because of the 8 rating and was not sure how it received it. Maybe a 6.5 or 7 at the most. Older with fixtures that have seen better days. Had been painted and patched to seem new but didn’t work. The breakfasts were not what I expected. Less than what I expected.
- Samantha (4/5): - The woman working at the front desk was VERY unfriendly. She was very short with us and wasn't very helpful at all. The room smelled of smoke and made me nauseous. We couldn't even stay all night it was so bad.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Our room did not have the second interior curtain to block light at dawn/dusk/over night so could see light when trying to sleep. This was a MAJOR downside and caused discomfort. Front door did not have a full seal along bottom corner which was concerning due to it being bug season (spraying needs done this time of year.) Room had an odd smell to it but has been cleaned. Smoke alarm was attached but hanging from mount on wall. Fridge did work! No light switches, just bedside lights and one lamp in main sleeping area. Bathroom well lit! Great water pressure! Bathroom does not vent. Overall, hotel could use renovations. Floorboards were not well sealed and cracked in corners. Did find two bugs (water beetles/beetles) in the bathroom our second afternoon there. Confirmed that they were not roaches. Current road construction was not an issue for our stay (noise or driving in it.)
- Michael (8/5): - Not the best beds....springy, one bed felt like rolling out of it
- Mike (6/5): - Room was adequate and comfortable and a good value for the price we paid
- Stanley (4/5): - Property does not feel welcoming. The staff encountered seem to lack of training or doesn’t care about customer service.
- Matthew (4/5): - We stayed here as it fit our budget. However the floor was filthy. It clearly had not been swept in a long time. The bathroom door was also broken and would not shut. It is located right beside a truck driving school and is where the students and employees stay. The refrigerator/freezer were nice and there was a microwave. That is about the only good I can say other than the staff was friendly.
- Ayla (2/5): - Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were pretty much non existent. There was old blood on the bath mat. The person at the front desk specifically told us not to use certain stairs because the lighting is bad and it’s not a safe area. Do not stay here
- Leslie (10/5): - Nice clean motel. Most of the staff was very friendly.
- Angie (8/5): - Clean & comfortable beds. Sparse continental breakfast but ok for the price.
- Daniele (10/5): - Very well equipped rooms and kind service.
- Dario (10/5): Very Appreciative - I dropped my wallet last unloading my stuff and didn't realize it was loss and someone from the front desk called me in the morning and said that my wallet was at the front desk for me. Very honest and helping.
- Michael (6/5): - Clean and easy check-in process. Early check-in was available which helped me out a lot.
- Steven (8/5): - Pleasant staff. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is on the small side,, but adequate. Maid service was timely. Reasonbly priced. 20 minutes from airport.
- Gregory (8/5): Trip - The room was clean and cozy.
- Anna M (6/5): Okay stay! - Okay stay for a night. The bed we slept in was extremely hard. The room was clean. The place is a bit run down, but you can see some upgrades have happened within the last few years, it does need more. Continental breakfast had 3 choices of cereal, danishes, toast, juice, and your choice of two Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches to microwave for those that may need this info. The price made it affordable on our budget for a night stay between destinations.
- jaya prakash (8/5): - The property is in a good condition and provided value for the price charged
- Curtis W (8/5): - I arrived at about 7:30pm and the checkin area was locked. Went to another door and found 3 people in conversation. One was the property employee. All seemed to be confused why I was there. I explained that I had a reservation and wanted to check in. From there the check in process went smoothly enough. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. There were some loud neighbors but, to be fair, it was a Saturday night. The property is in an industrial area right by the freeway so some may not be comfortable there. But it felt safe enough and the price was very reasonable.
- Kyung (2/5): - I first gave a 5 star review, now I give them a 2 star. Its ok place, but hinestwly they treat you like your a pain to them after spending iver 900 bucks for little over two weeks. Staff is not so friendly, the GM hides in his offices and never talks to customers. You will really feel like your more of an inconvience then a good paying customer. They rwally feel like theybdoing you a favor and dint care how much you paid js.
- Carol (6/5): - It wasn't to bad for reasonable priced hotel i did like the pet friendly room for my cat Rocky it was a big spacious room we both felt conformable.
- Kyung (10/5): - This is a secret gem, I dont want to even share. So cheap but staff and service is 5 stars. I worked for Hyatt corporation. I wont say uts 5 b star, but for 60 bucks its amazing!
- Blake (2/5): - This was a terrible experience. The area around the hotel was uninviting, the staff were alright, but the worst part was the rooms. We ordered smoke free rooms and they wreaked of smoke! One room also had a chemical smell as well as of they just did a Fabreeze bomb in there. We don't smoke and it was noxious enough that it was giving us headaches in the small time we were there. Would not recommend! We tried to get a refund because of how poor the conditions were, we went through Expedia and so far there hasn't been a refund.
- Carol (10/5): weekend get away - great room and comfee beds
- Walberto (8/5): - It was in an industrial area. Didnt feel the safest but it was clean and staff was good.
- Bobbi (4/5): - The beds are horrible to sleep on they are wore out and uncomfortable.
The staff was amazing and they helped in every way they could. I liked that it was quiet.
- Deb (6/5): - Beds were comfortable! Their were pennies on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom space which makes me think our room was not mopped or vaccumed. We checked in at 7:30 and had to ring bell twice to get front desk to the desk. Breakfast was sub par.
- Byron A (2/5): - We attempted to cancel the reservation on Hotels.com, when we stopped at the hotel to confirm we were told by the desk clerk that the reservation was not listed in their computer system so it should be cancelled, but later that day we were charged for the stay after we had already moved to a different location closer to the airport
- Kim (10/5): - The convenience of being close to the interstate
- Thea (8/5): clean - The room was clean and served its purpose. The desk clerk was nice.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I stayed here for over a week and their were multiple staff members who were unbelievably rude. The interaction started when the receptionist voiced her opinion about how she didn’t like when people used hotels.com to make their reservations. She was a heavyset woman with wild red hair and an even more wild temperament. It was completely ridiculous and unlike any thing i have seen before. My stay ended when I needed to reset my key to get in my room. This of course annoyed the woman and she not only snatched the card from me but she also threw the card at me when I was finished. It was my birthday and I wasn’t ready for this kind of disrespect. Let’s just say I had a few words about her sub par customer service skills and her awful attitude. I NEVER come out of character like that. Hopefully they take the trash out of that establishment, fast!
- Lisa (8/5): - They had a dog park and allow pets. The key wouldn't let us back in the room in the morning and had to hunt down staff in the morning to get breakast (after 6) and check out
- Ammon (8/5): - This property is a good choice if what you need is simply a clean room and bed. It was indeed that and I would stay here again traveling when I just need a safe comfortable place to sleep.
- Jackie (2/5): - The bed was okay. The bathroom, where do I begin, the tub was horrific ( the enamel had flaked). Wouldn’t even think of stepping into it. On the 1st flush of the toilet it overflowed. Thank goodness there was a plunger to help but never trusted the toilet again. And I’ve never had to plunge a toilet at a motel before. Once plunged there was a Constant squeak lasting for a long time. Needless to say we set the alarm for 5am and we were out.
- ANGELA MCCALL (10/5): - The rooms and building need attention. My room needed some cleaning. I bought Lysol to clean bath and sink. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Very quiet and the staff is very kind.
- Quenton (2/5): - The place smelt musty and thr bathtub, fridge was gross and yellow but the management was nice and super helpful and understanding
- serdar (8/5): - I liked there. There was no problem of anything for me
- Trina (10/5): - It was clean and cheap.
- Edmund (8/5): - The noise from the room next door was a bit bothersome. Some people yak on phones instead of sleeping.
- jennifer (6/5): Not bad for the money - Run down and in need of some improvements, but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff efficient and friendly. Also, it's very near a lake and recreation area for taking a walk after a long drive.
- Krishnarjun (4/5): - The bathroom was non functional. No water to take shower.
- robert (4/5): Never again will I stay there. - Checked in to my room and left for meetings came back to find my room door was OPEN. I know for a fact that I slammed my door shut and double checked it and it was closed. I talked to the staff the next day who said they couldn’t pin point a time of someone walking into my room because it’s a high traffic area and they didn’t have access to cameras.
- Marina (10/5): - There construction around, however the place very quiet.
Breakfast normal. Convenient to stay for 1 night.
- Katie (10/5): - Nicely located just off the interstate. There are several gas stations and dining nearby. It was very clean and we felt very safe.
- Roberta (6/5): - It was ok for budget stay, but fridge not that cold, breakfast simple and in middle of utility hallway. Towels small and only a bar of soap.
- Hayder (2/5): - Nessa bedbugs that why I need to my doctor coz I heve A lot
Bite up bedbugs
- Greg (2/5): Horrible Experience - The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the toilet and air conditioner and the room smelled of smoke and mold. The walls were also bubbling and squishy to the touch. We found large amounts of rust, dust, and bugs in the air conditioner. My daughter is allergic to mold and we were unable to stay in the hotel. We were not offered any refund by the hotel or hotels.com.
- FREDY (8/5): - Clean and nice room
- Cathy (8/5): - This is under new management.
Rooms are clean. I did see couple stains on sheets, but they were clean.
Coffee was by lobby.
Room was big.
I would stay here again.
- Jayson (10/5): - Pros: Close to the interstate. Staff was friendly. Individual outdoor acess to your room. Room was very clean and spacious.
Cons: Road construction backed up traffic to get in and out of area. For the few things that were in the room, it all seemed cluttered in one area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Home-Towne Lodge Stay - Stay was nice and quiet and room seemed like it was being updated. Floors need some work and AC did not really cool the room to well but other then that the stay was nice and actually quiet for being next to the highway.
- Dale (10/5): - was pleasant and nice staff
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I arrived at this hotel after
- Leah (10/5): - Good deal
- Johnnie (6/5): - There was good light by my room and weee I park .the back steps not bad but not good
- Rob (8/5): Omaha weekend fun. - Clean comfortable room. Staff is very pleasant.
- Maryanne (8/5): Decent, but smokey - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we got was a bit run down and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, but was otherwise quite clean. The beds were very comfortable and the area was nice and quiet outside.
- Kate (10/5): - room was nice
- Will (10/5): - Very good rooms
- Melissa (10/5): - The staff is wonderful, respectful, and helpful; wether at 3pm or 3am. They're completely awesome in Every Way.
- Rob (8/5): Omaha weekend - Room was clean but shower was too low and backwards on hot and cold. Got a chilly surprise when I tried to make it warmer. Very industrial neighborhood adjacent to I-80 with plenty of truck sounds but otherwise was good.
