Guest Reviews
- TIMOTHY (8/5): comfortable - Pet friendly and larger room When we checked in we had a couple of bugs under the coffee pot and a roach.
- Arnie (5/5): Just expected to take a hot shower - Didn’t know you had one Hot water in shower
- Karen (8/5): Clean. Decent place to stay. - No breakfst Could have more towels. Only got 2 and it was really hot so showered more.
- Thomas (10/5): -
- william (5/5): - We hardly thought it rated an 8.8. No rooms with more than one bed for two straight guys. No breakfast. Small rooms. Nothing special. Clean though. More expensive than many motels we have stayed in with more luxury and rated 5.0.
Booking.com evidently goofed and sent the motel a phone number that wasn't mine, area code 507. So I had to call the contactless manager person to get my automat key dispenser code texted to my real phone number: 209 406 2775

- Karen (9/5): Very nice stay - ccannot find anything to complain about!! - The updates to the room were SUPER (air conditioning, bathroom etc) - was great !!
Quiet and clean!!! Nothing
- Fawn (10/5): - Very clean Nothing
- Daniel (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, clean. - Clean, had everything we needed. Need bigger road sign…hard to find in dark.
- Matthew (8/5): - Had what you needed.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Clean room. Ease of check in.
- Mike (8/5): - No front desk.
- Darlene (8/5): - Clean, basic service
- Diana (2/5): - There were flies in our room all the time. I ruined a rare cross stitch book trying to kill them. The t.v remote did not work till i bought batteries for it. The bathroom door stuck all the time. There is no one around to help you. Over all i would not recommend tbis place to anyone. Stay in another hotel.
- Diana (4/5): - There were flies all over the room we could not get rid of them i ruined one of my rare cross stitch books trying to kill them
- Patsy (9/5): - The electronic check in was easy. The room was big and very clean. The heat/cooling unit was quiet and very efficient. The TV was impossible to figure out.
- Warren (2/5): - Room was amazing. But got my worst nights sleep ever after a 7 hr drive and had another 7 hr drive today.
Had to kill about 15 mosquitoes and 3 flies in the room. There was also a rat or mouse in there. The little milk container had been chewed open before i got there ( i have pictures) and then it would keep going for the other milk and coffee so i had to move it. After that i felt it crawling on my back and chased it away. It is living in the back of the fridge. There was nobody there to let them know or show the picture too..
- julie (10/5): - Room was very nice clean and comfortable. Nothing to see or do in the area.
- Jorunn (10/5): - Flotte plass. Rent og ny renovert. Enkel innsjekking via coling i et rom med nøkkel bokser. Minus vi fant kun en plass å spise men det var helt greit.
- Alexis (10/5): Love it! - Nicest cleanest establishment we stayed in on a half country trip. Expecations were exceeded and hightened. Staff was very understanding of unfortunate little accident definitely would stay again thank you for the experience!
- Roman (10/5): - Very simple and easy
- Terry (8/5): - The room is excellent....spacious, clean, comfortable. There were, however, at least 15-20 flies that I eventually killed.
- John (6/5): Nice for a one night stay - This place looks recently renovated. They have a self check in system so nobody is actually in the office. We arrived at 2:00 on motorcycles in route to Sturgis and when my wife pushed the help button and spoke to someone on the intercom the were quick to mention that check in wasn’t until 3:00. There wasn’t one car in the parking lot so the place was totally vacant and it was starting to rain. Needless to say we entered the code, got our key and went into our room before 3:00.
- Rhonda (10/5): - There were no food options at hotel. We could go downtown and get food or bring our own. No problem. Bed comfort was good. Good room for the money.
- Ruby (8/5): -
- Wil (10/5): - Very clean motel with convenient autmated key access. Responsive host via text, didn't meet any staff though so it's hard to rate that. Very clean, just no food options in that little area. Great roadside rest stop though, I'd use it again. Good value, good beds, good shower. What else can you want?
- Julija (10/5): - Great 👍
- Icenogle (10/5): - Automated check in and out was awesome. Room was large and very clean Light Bugs swarming the outside light and coming into the room as we unloaded our car (we arrived after dark)
- David (10/5): - This room was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A quiet and restful place, and we appreciated having room to park our pickup and the trailer we were pulling.
- David (10/5): -
- Joyce (10/5): -
- Nancy (10/5): - This is a gem. The mattress was excellent room was clean and spacious Town doesn’t offer much but best room we’ve stayed at on this trip and best value. The check-in was great and texts before check in made check-in easy. Highly recommend
- Robert (8/5): - It was a nice room and amenities. My only complaint was the single small trash can.
- Jane (9/5): -
- DiAnn (8/5): - Efficient and quiet
- Arellano-forget (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (10/5): - Nice little hotel with a bit of charm. Good beds and clean
- Samuel (10/5): Absolute Gem ! - I honestly couldn't tell if this was new construction or the best refurbishment of a hotel I have ever seen. The craftsmanship was excellent. Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and of course being a tiny South Dakota farming town - felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were nicer than expected at this price level. Just an absolute gem of a place! Fridge was small
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean!
- Jane (10/5): One of the best motels we’ve stayed in. - Neat and tidy, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, good shower. Nothing.
- Nancy (8/5): - Right off interstate
- Ron (10/5): - Very surprised at how great the motel was! Highly recommend!
- Joanne (10/5): It was great! Automated check in - ice bucket full in the freezer- light on in the room quick and easy. I was hoping for -
- Ken (10/5): - The automated check-in was very easy. The room was super clean and the smart TV was a bonus. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee. The only critique is that there wasn't a hair dryer. That would make it difficult to shower, wash hair and leave early on a winter morning!
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): - Unusual automated check in
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional - The price
- Kevin (10/5): - Nice parking
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Butler (10/5): Exceptional - Room was excellent and service as well.
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erica (10/5): - Nice spot!
- David (9/5): Superb - Rooms seem to be recently updated. Were nice and comfortable.
- Peggy (8/5): It was comfortable - No breakfast was offered The lighting could be much better! Mattress was comfortable.
- Tammy (9/5): Superb - The pillows .. I just don’t sleep well
- Tammy (6/5): It is comfortable and relaxing - It’s definitely better than it use to be It could be cleaner around the beds
- Mervin (5/5): Passable - Comfortable but too many bugs@ No staff to communicate with and registration very cumbersome.
- Corinne (10/5): a clean and affordable place to stay - everything was fresh and clean n/a
- Darrell (8/5): Clean, comfy easy to access - Nice location, clean, quiet, automated checkin and check out, larger rooms, would stay again if in area. Couple more towels in room would be nice, heavier ply tp would help, need to show checkout times and how to get ahold of a person for lobby or housekeeping (in the rooms) would be helpful
