• Kenneth (8/5): Recommended for service, location. Comfort is good. - The one outstanding aspect of my stay was definitely the service. From pre-arrival - I had to text the hotel regarding some matters, to arriving at the hotel for check-in, was politely handled and staff regularly went out of their way to make you feel at east. Everyone is friendly, and of note was how willing they were willing to assist. I was on this trip with seniors and one struggles to get up and down stairs - staff, both front desk, security and doormen were quick to try and help and support. They also acceded to our special requests, including a not so usual one, where we asked if we could heat up some takeaway that had gone cold. The room facilities are generally clean, air conditioning is cold to the point of freezing (if you like sleeping in cold temps like me, this is great). Location is excellent as you are located in the Ben Thanh area, with many shops, eateries, the local market all within walking distance. This is probably room dependent - our room shower had leaks through the floor - so the floor outside of the shower was wet every time we bathed. The bidet only has one power setting, full blast. Which is...less useful than one might think. There's some noise from the neighbouring shops at night, you can hear dance music sometimes. It is mostly muffled and generally ok, but if you are very very sensitive to noise, request for higher room floors. There's also new views to speak of in this room.

I could hear other people through the walls; limited vegetarian/vegan options at breakfast. The bed was also too firm for my taste- the mattress seemed hard.

One thing to be careful about is that there are several hotels in the same chain with very similar names in the same block, so taxi drivers may drop you off at the wrong one.

Just the room next door was quite noisy with kids and the soundproof was quite annoying. But other than that near from all markets and main area.

• Lina (6/5): Ok - The location is definitely the best — it’s in District 1, close to all the great spots in Ho Chi Minh City. I think this hotel is a little bit expensive for what it offers. For example, the pillows had a damp smell, although the good thing is that they changed them for us. Then, one night at around 3 a.m., they started cleaning the rooms nearby, and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise — why did they have to clean at that time? Also, the laundry service is really expensive, as they charge per item of clothing rather than by weight.

• Peter (7/5): Good - Good hotel right in the center of District 1. Close to all the major sights by walk. Friendly and helfull staff. The walls are very thin, so if you'te "lucky" for a loud "neighbor" you can hear everything from the next rooms. Especially in the later night its very unpleasant.

• Desmond (2/5): Choose another hotel - The hint is in the name of this hotel. The A25 Luxury Hotel…….this is an oxymoron. This is a AUD $40 a night hotel charging AUD$90 a night. We had booked a superior delux double room and there wasn’t the space in the room to open our two suitcases together. Glad we only booked for the one night. Can’t really think of anything positive to say about this hotel. The one redeeming quality was the breakfast, with an egg station and really fresh baguettes. The hotel!

I requested for quiet room during my booking but request was not taken. I was given the MOST noisy room in the hotel facing the street . This was nightmare for me as I am a light sleeper . Luckily, I was located to higher floor on the second night . Lost one night of sleep 🥲

The TV channels are extensive with international channels unlike most hotels which only provides for local channels. Room amenities were impressive too. Breakfast spread is decent too. I love especially the wall mounted fan that can provide immediate cooling. The only thing that needs improvement would be the inconsistencies in the room amenities replenishment. Some day you get and some days don't.

• Mohsin (5/5): Passable - Great room and hotel location Very negative experience of the hotel employee checking us in. They had accidentally charged us 10x the cost of the room and when refunding us tried to deceitfully include a 3% charge on the refund. I’m not sure about the banking situation in Vietnam but they had refused to cancel the initial charge or refund it in full instead paying out the refund in cash, which was not ideal considering I was leaving the country the next day.

• Lai (10/5): Good hotel but need some touch up for perfection - The family room is large and comfortable. The only problem is the bathroom with a jacuzzi. The tub is arc shape but the shower curtain is not , so the whole bathroom wets when taking the shower. The floor can get slippery getting out of the tub after shower. Should have either remove it make the shower curtain railing arc shape.
• Dan-georgel (4/5): Clean property but falsely displaying room types - The room was clean and has had multiple types of lights. The man working at the check-in tried to explain in a considerate manner the circumstances (the fact that the pictures displayed were not reflecting the reality) The "superior room" booked was not having windows despite the fact that the pictures were showing curtains and windows. The lady working on the December 30th 2024 in the morning tried to claim that we didn't understand that the room has no windows. When confronted with the reality(by showing pictures from Booking.com), they have adjusted a part of the pictures but refused to offer a room with windows. She claimed that it is mentioned on the description of the room. When shown it was not mentioned and we even have pictures with windows and curtains she said we should have checked also their website, besides Booking.com to see the differences between rooms. There were 2 managers (young man around 18 years old) who weren't speaking directly to us but through the receptionists displaying a careless attitude, most of the time wearing gaming headsets while seating behind the reception desk and not speaking English. Breakfast was of poor quality for the price paid (leaking/warm butter, long-time cutted bread etc.) Despite the fact that we were sleeping in a room without windows, there was lots of noise from the hallway and from the reception (an alarm was ringing multiple times during the night at the entrance of the hotel)

They made sure that our fcomplimentary water are replenished daily. The rooms are neat and clean and smelt good and with very good breakfast buffet spread. The property is very near the HOHO bus stop/pick up and just about a block away from ben tanh market. Definitely checking in vack with them when we return in HCM ❤️

• Mark (10/5): I’d definitely stay here again - A great location right in the heart of District 1 with restaurants, markets, and everything you might want or need nearby. The staff was exceptional and always friendly, kind, and helpful. Also, my room had no windows, which was perfect for isolating the outside hustle and bustle so sleep was never an issue. I’ve stayed at places in the past that were in the heart of things and couldn’t sleep a wink, so this was perfect for me. The price point was perfect as well.
