- Martin (10/5): - There are some dirty spots that need a professional deep cleaning but other than that housekeeping does good for an overall clean of the room and sheets.
- Maria (2/5): - I was not able to travel to Eagle Pass because of a family emergency so family needed a place to stay locally in San Antonio. I called to transfer my reservation to my hometown so family would have a place to stay. I was told I needed to speak to someone in Expedia. I called Expedia and was told that it was up to Hyatt and that they would send an email. I never received a reservation transfer or a credit since I paid for the insurance and had to pay for a different hotel for family to stay.

The room was nice, but I suspect they have bed bugs unfortunately. A brand new hotel and looked clean but they had tiny insects on the bed and they seem to be bed bugs.

- Verified traveler (2/5): You can hear everything in the rooms - This is a brand new hotels, looks and smells new, this is why I picked it, however the check in process took a long time, it seems their system still has glitches or they aren't completely trained, however that's not the issue, my issues is that in the room you can hear everything, the sound proofing is non existent and I was lucky enough to be next to a person that left their TV on all night and another person that walked out of the room at 6am and started talking on the phone, I could clearly hear the entire conversation. I will never stay here again, just becuase of that.

- Christina (10/5): Kickapoo Hotshot trip - We decided to drive up to Eagle Pass and do some gambling but when we tried ti get a last minute room at the Casino they were BOOKED! After going online and using my Hotel.com app we found the Hyatt and we were a little disappointed in not being able to stay at the Casino but it was the best Hotel stay we ever had. We even stayed the next night because the BEDS ARE JUST PERFECT. Staff was so attentive and just willing to go above and beyond. Will be back in a few months and we already know where we will be staying.

It smelled nice and clean, the rooms were so cozy with a couch and a small hallway. For the price, I am really satisfied with this one.

We show up wit our family we had 3 rooms reserved in total and at 9 pm they didn’t have our rooms available and they tried to say that under one of our names there was only one room reserved when on our confirmation email it clearly stated one night two units with two beds and they kept saying they didn’t understand what that meant. We always just use marriot website this was the first time using a third party and another hotel brand and it was horrible experience
