Guest Reviews
- Joseph (8/5): - Nice place!
- Geoffrey (6/5): - The location with its views and grounds, spacious comfortable rooms, and excellent outside space added to ability to walk into town, makes this place a good night stop. However the staff were not welcoming. The Hotel has a bar and restaurant that are closed. It feels that this was once a great place to stay. Sad to see that it has obviously declined.
- Patsy (6/5): - This hotel
Is in need of a refresh. The tub was damaged, the drain didn’t work properly. Overall it is looking shabby. The breakfast was way below what we find at other hotels; cold cereal, some toast and bagels and yogurt.
- Mark and Rebecca (10/5): - Great location! Saw 2 beers out our Wi die one morning! Hot tub had way too much chlorine, irritated our eyes
- Michael (6/5): Beautiful location but crappy breakfast - The location is beautiful and the staff was super great. We were super disappointed in the breakfast because they only had super processed cheap food and honestly for what we paid for one night there, the breakfast could have been better.
- Shirley (10/5): - Loved the scenery around the hotel and easy access to the conference I attended. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. I have only one concern there was no elevator but they gave me a room on the 1st floor and allow for an early check-in with no charge.
- Liang (4/5): - The hotel was out of date. The beds in the room are too soft and with loud noises for every move… the worst thing is the sheets and pillows are with blood mark and some other color marks. Carpet was dirty as well. Breakfast was included, but very basic, only some bagels, small muffins, cereal. The dining area was small and crowded. Staffs are nice. For over $200, I would not recommend. Could have better options in manitou spring
- Nathaniel (10/5): - It's an older, dated property, but it good overall. The swimming pool and hot tub are both large and enjoyable. The staff was fantastic. They only have 2 floors, but no elevator. The guy who checked us in offered to carry our luggage upstairs for us, then provided us towels for the pool. We will be back again tonight because of the great service and convenient location nestled in the mountains
- Mark (6/5): - Room was never cleaned shouldn’t have to ask stayed for 5 days
- Lena (8/5): - Nice
- Sandra (10/5): - It was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Dee Jay (10/5): - The lobby is very warm and welcoming. Cassie, the front desk clerk, was friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was well-stocked with a variety of options.
- ROBERT (4/5): - Did not meet expectations
- Mauro (4/5): - This hotel needs full rooms renovation, actually there is workers changing floors in some rooms, room bed sheets were not very clean and breakfast choices were very poor, front desk personnel was very nice and helpful
- Michel (10/5): - Worked well for what we needed
- Rachel (8/5): - Stayed in the Hotel during a Blizzard. Staff was accommodating and welcoming to our party.
Will definitely stay again.
- Kathy (10/5): - Property is clean. Beds are high and noisy. Mattresses are too soft. Staff was friendly and helpful
- Edgar (8/5): - Nice property, Great views, clean swimming pool and hot tub.
- Rayetta (4/5): - Be careful...they charged us twice for the same room on our credit card. They haven't returned any of my phone calls to reverse the second charge.
- BONNIE (10/5): - Wonderful stay - highly recommend !
Clean large rooms. Breakfast was great . Location is awesome. Staff was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay there again !! October 2024
- Alicia (8/5): - Friendly staff. Pool was fun for the kids.
- James (8/5): - Great staff and everything has been great so far. Pool and hot tub was clean and noce
- John (8/5): - Nice clean and affordable.
- Angel (4/5): Won’t come back - Went to check in and was told, even though we rented a room with a Jacuzzi tub, they were all booked and none available so we got a regular room. As I was speaking to the front desk lady about the issue another gentleman working said, if that’s what they paid for that’s what they should get. Exactly thank you! Still she assured us there was none available so we were beat. Go to the room we got, and it was dirty, so we decided to leave and go walk around the town. As we were leaving the gentleman working stops us and says, I don’t know why she didn’t give you the room you wanted, they are available and he moved us rooms! So instead of making there mistake right she blew us off rudely and the nicer gentleman ended up helping us. Switched rooms and left. Overall it was an ok place to stay, but I won’t ever go back there. Not very clean, dust everywhere, stains in everything, even the tub was dirty and had hair in it. We heard 3 couples come back to the lobby and state, the room you gave us hasn’t been cleaned? It was 5pm.
- Wendy (8/5): - It was great hotel for a quick stay.
- tim (6/5): - There was very little of anything to eat for breakfast as advertised. Dry cereals available but no milk for 2 days. No eggs, meat of toast. Just yogurt and waffles whose iron didn't work. This place is way under staffed. Outside trash cans were full for 2 days. This place is NOT a lodge, just a little motel.
- kevin (10/5): - Great views
- Sara (8/5): - The pool area and hot tub were great. You have to ask for towels if you go, but it’s right next to the front desk and people are helpful. The room was basic and had everything we needed. Beds were VERY comfy. Would stay again.
- Cherise (4/5): - No Ice machines working at, also no available cold water .
Breakfast was not as displayed. Constant police in parking lot between lodge and neighboring hotel. Double charged through Expedia and the lodge.
