Arianna (9/5): Would definitely come back here, when I’m in Liverpool again! - It was exactly as the picture shown, but bigger! The sofa bed was huge and comfy, the bed in the room was the same too! Getting the key for the house was smooth! Everything was perfect! Just found it a bit confusing where the apartment was in😅
Ioannis (5/5): Passable - A modern, new, spacious flat. Had a really bad experience upon arrival. I arrived a few minutes *after* the agreed check-in time. However, the keys were missing from the safe box. As a result, I could not enter the property and had to wait in the corridor for a long time. It turned out the flat had not been cleaned. The cleaning person arrived several minutes later and I could only use the flat 1 hour and 45 minutes after the agreed check-in time. The communication with the host during my wait was poor (their representative initially disputed what the agreed check-in time was, and claimed that the cleaning person was already in the flat, but the truth was that they arrived several minutes after my arrival). The host later apologised and agreed to offer compensation, which I received several days after the promised day.
