Guest Reviews
- Linda (10/5): Will be back - Spacious, warm and in a great location. Lovely super king bed. Nothing it was fabulous
- PAMELA (7/5): - Location, cleanliness and the house Late check in
- Dulcie (10/5): Stylish Saltburn cosy stay - Everything it was beautiful and cosy also very clean and a lot bigger than expected . Nothing ! We loved it .
- Susan (10/5): Would recommend stating there as we had a great time - Location, size of house and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. Nothing that we did not like
- Laura (10/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): - Beautiful house, dog friendly, fantastic location
- Clare (10/5): Fab house in a lovely location - Lovely spacious house , decorated to a high standard
- Edwards (8/5): Lovely stay and would definitely return. - No food involved. Well located for everything you would wish to do and see in Saltburn. Property is lovely and tastefully designed and decorated. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Clean and secure rear yard. Super king bed needs a proper fitted bottom sheet.
Only one tea towel and no hand towel for the kitchen.
A washing line would be useful as would a couple of reclining loungers for the yard, they would be a real
bonus.
- Rachael (10/5): Amazing property exceeded all our expectations! - The property was amazing and great value for money. Very spacious and comfortable and decorated and furnished to a high standard. We stayed with a young family and it was perfect. Close to all amenities and very quiet and could park close to the property on the main road. The only thing that let the property down slightly was a few very small issues that can be resolved easily. It is self catering so most things were there. The kitchen tap was very loose and could be dangerous if running hot water. More could be made of the outside space if its a nice day to sit outside.
- Fiorella (10/5): Great house close to all amenities - Had a great stay at Belle Vue. Close to town and all amenities. Would definitely return.
- Jane (10/5): We come to Saltburn most February & October hols & this is by far the best property. - Great location easy to find. There is nothing to dislike
- Greg (6/5): Nice house, good location, sneaky charge - Lovely house, but single glazed windows make traffic noise a problem.
More annoyingly is the undeclared security deposit, of which they keep £10 of as ‘admin fee’. Felt like a shady way of charging an extra tenner.
Shame because the house was nice, but the admin fee left a bad taste with me for not being transparent at booking.
- Francis (9/5): ideal for working in the area - Comfortable, clean, good location and very good features such as a Roberts radio A minor criticism: the kitchen knives were flimsy and not very sharp.
- Chris (10/5): Happy comfortable vacation - Location, quality of property Nothing to dislike.
Suggest a washing line or clothes horse to dry items
- Tina (9/5): Very enjoyable despite the primary reason for our stay ( mothers funeral) - Perfect location for meeting family plus lovely place to stay Nothing we didn’t like
- Sandra (9/5): Superb - House very spacius and clean. Near to amenities and sea. Problems opening the outside door very hard if ypu suffer from Arthrotis.
- Elinor (9/5): Superb - Really nice big rooms which were nicely designed. We had plenty of space and loved being close to the town centre, the beach and the forest.
- Thomas (9/5): Great location and beautiful house - The property was bright and spacious. Perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with crockery and utensils. Sofas and beds were comfortable. The location of the property is perfect for local amenities, bars and restaurants and only a short walk down to the sea front too. Only a couple of things to mention, outside the back door there is a build up of green algae on the flags and when wet it was extremely slippy. The shower appears to leak from the side glass panel which may need some attention.
Once I’d closed the blinds in the bedroom I was unable to open them as I couldn’t reach the toggle.
- Lauren (9/5): Really great, thank you so much! - Great location with easy access to everything Saltburn has to offer. The house itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need. Some lovely touches like a few dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and some books, games and jigsaws etc. It took a little time for the house to heat up, but once it did it was great. Parking in February was ‘competitive’ so summer may be a challenge, however I think that is Saltburn and not unique to this house!
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional -
