- Chloe Louise (2/5): - This place doesn’t exist as a hotel anymore we got there and instantly got turned away with no where to stay no refudn and not a care in the world from them ! Not one of them cared it was a joke we had no where to stay and struggled finding something and when we did we ended up paying a hell of a lot!!!!
- Melissa (2/5): Stranded - Arrived and through the ring doorbell a man told me the company I booked with had gone bust and left me and my 13 year old stranded in Birmingham
- Brian (2/5): - When we go there we were told that it was no longer an Air B&B but a private house so we couldn't stay, despite the fact id received confirmation of booking and an email on the day of our stay, giving us details of the booking
- FRASER (2/5): - SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! I spent 1 hour knocking on the door, ringing the ring door bell, and phoning the number connected with the place. I was told this is the wrong phone number (it was on Expedia). I contacted them through the messaging service on Expedia, no reply. Absolute SCAM, and I’m looking into getting my money back
- Victoria (2/5): - Arrived at the property, having tried to contact owner for access code, with no answer. On arrival it was found to be a residential property! COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Which left us having to find other accommodation with parking. Completely messed up our plans.
