- Anthony (2/5): Roach, Motel - DO NOT STAY Roach, Motel Checked in, went to go check my room for cleanliness being that I have a four-year-old upon further inspection of the room. Bed was dirty. Had stains on it walking out to tell them to give me a different room, roaches, crawling all over the kitchen sink very gross and disgusting. Demanding my money back and told him I will not stay in a roach motel. The owner refuses to give my money back because he offered me a different room. That is ridiculous. Do not stay.

- Erick (10/5): - Es la primera vez que me hospedo aqui y la verdad supero mis expectativas, todo esta muy limpio, huele muy bien toda la propiedad, las habitaciones son comodas, mobiliario en buenas condiciones, definitivamente me vuelvo a hospedar aqui, mucho mas economico que el Embassy o Homewood y esta igual de comodo (no tan lujoso) pero para pasar la noche y descansar despues de un dia de compras esta muy bien.

- Robby (2/5): - I had a family emergency and had to check out two days early due to having to leave to go see my family. Desk clerk would not refund my stay for those two days. I told him it was a family emergency and had a family member put in the hospital. I told him that I would be coming back as soon as my family is okay, but he talked to manager and was told not to refund me. This is terrible and I have never stayed on a property that wouldn’t refund someone’s money back, especially due to a family emergency.

- Alison (2/5): - We had booked for two nights, bet we left after just one. The beds were hard as a rock. The floor was dirty. I was really disappointed. I told the front desk and no accommodation was offered or made. It was a really disappointing experience and I lost an entire night paying for a room that I would t use. I would not recommend this property.

Remote didn’t work but I didn’t care, I was too tired and only needed a bed to sleep. Bathroom was clean and everything was working.

The lady checking me in(no name tag) was rude did not smile at me ask how my day was or even hardly make eye contact. Was super slow to check in even how I was juggling bags and 2 children alone didn’t rush things along at all

They did not even offer to help me move my stuff to the other room. The complimentary breakfast is muffins on a plastic bag.
