• fioralba (10/5): Lovely family vacation in the heart of Venice - We loved the place, classic venetian house with renovated interiors. The position is wonderful and the agency that took care of our stay was responsive to all the steps needed (from check in to check out and some questions in between). The location is magical. For a family of four, the vacation in this house was great! We will definitely come back.

• Miguel Angel (9/5): Buena ubicación, mejorables algunas cosas - Si, la ubicación, fenomenal; el alojamiento bueno, solo una recomendación , en los baños carece de enchufes de luz, por lo demás, limpio y bien, para dormir, que es lo que se hace cuando vas a una ciudad como Venecia que estás todo el día fuera del alojamiento. Recomendable para alquilar por lo cerca que está del centro. Tantas escaleras de subida y que no haya enchufes en los baños.

• Michelle (6/5): - People really need to be aware that each room on the property is on a different level. And there are 60 steps to navigate up to the bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom mattress feels like a boxspring and not a mattress at all. The downstairs bedroom has a very low ceiling. The lower levels of the apartment are extremely cold. No way to turn down the heat in the bathrooms and they are very dark. Both bathrooms are on the very top level. Broken toilet paper holder. A towel shoved in the wall by the exhaust duct. Hole in the wall going up the stairs. Lots of noise from the bar below when in the master bedroom. The outside door feels very insecure. I felt very deceived by the representation of this property. My daughter got pneumonia while we were traveling and had to navigate all those narrow steps to get to the bathroom. It could be a lot more charming with some very easy improvements. But I really think people need to know about all the steps. Not easy with large luggage.
• Theodora (1/5): Παραπλανητικές φωτογραφίες και πολύ βρωμικο - Η τοποθεσία Οι φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα.Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ βρώμικος,γεμάτο υγρασία και οι φωτογραφίες είναι άκρως παραπλανητικές ούτε αποτελείται από 4 ορόφους με τουαλέτα μόνο στον 4 όροφο.Τα air condition δεν λειτουργούσαν,περνάμε τηλέφωνα και στέλναμε e-mails και δεν μας απαντούσαν ποτέ! Δεν υπήρχαν ζεστά σκεπάσματα παρά μόνο σεντόνια βρώμικα λεπτά!! Θα σας πρότεινα να δείτε κάπου αλλού να μείνετε.
• Inocencia (1/5): - La ubicación La distribución de la vivienda es una estafa!!! Entras y en la primera planta se encuentra una habitación sin baño subes a la tercera planta y se encuentra el salón y cocina y en la cuarta planta se encuentran dos baños completos y una habitación. Lo que significa que para poder ir al baño hay que subir 4 plantas de escaleras. Nuestro amigo tiene problemas en la rodilla y su estancia a sido muy mala porque lo pasaba fatal para subir 4 plantas para poder ir al baño y ducharse en la 4 planta. Nos sentimos estafados por no comunicarnos nadie la mala distribución de la vivienda. La escalera de entrada a la vivienda muy sucia y toda la escalera muy sucia.

• Richard (10/5): LOVED IT. Perfect location and lush apartment that met our needs and reasonable cost. Thank you. - This place was perfect for us, it was located 5/10 mins walk from the Rialto bridge and the end of the street leads straight onto the Grand Canal. It was a perfect location for us. The place is 3 storeys, the first is a bedroom the roof is low in this one, I am 5ft,9 and didn't bump my head but it is low. There is a laundry room, two bathrooms (on the top floor) kitchen and living room space was perfect and there is everything you need for a stay. We loved our time here and it is the first time we had an apartment rather than hotel and we loved the freedom it brought. We would most definitely stay here again. Hosts were good at communicating all the info we needed. For us we had no problem with the stairs I am an overweight 45 year old but if you are older or have health issues it may be too much to travel up and down the stairs. The room below has a low ceiling didn't impact us so much but may impact taller people. Would be nice to have a few more larger cups for coffee.
• Julie (6/5): We enjoyed Venice despite the accommodation issues. - The location was convenient. The description of split level is not representative, at least 60 steps from the front door up to either bathroom. Need to climb many stairs to first bedroom (where washing machine can be found in adjacent room - not in the kitchen as online description). Lounge and kitchen are another couple of staircases up, and then up again to bathrooms and bedroom. Lack of crockery & glasses for 3 guests, let alone 6. The kettle was too small, took too long to boil. Toaster would only work when button held down. Only one socket so it was either the kettle or the toaster that could be used. The lighting in the lounge was awful, so dark, pendant light didn't work. Extractor lights did not work over hob. Bulbs had gone in top bedroom. Only 1 hairdryer for 6 people.
• Shaun (8/5): - Stayed 4 nights. Amazing location for very fair price, but the building was old and property not maintained well (i wouldnt call it dirty, just old). Below are cons but i still give it overall 4 star for cost benefit (being a guy who is not over-concerned with old buildings). Apartment came with washer and dryer that was helpful. -Stench in the entrance that came up to 1st flootr bedroom. -1st floor bedroom not comfortable in general due to low ceiling. As a family with 2 small kids, we all slept in the 3rd floor bedroom (much more comfortable) with one large bed and 1 small bed with no problem. May not be ideal for a group needing 2 separate bedrooms. -Several lights not working (but not a major issue). -One of the shower was clogged so everyone used the other shower. -Lots of stairs. -a bit loud at nigt from a bar nearby, but it closes around midnight. - lacking cups/glasses. Other utensils were there.

• Charmayne (5/5): The apartment served its purpose and had clean fresh linen, it requires a lot of stair climbing WITH suitcases and does - Location, quiet street. Washer and drier available to use. The 5.5 flights of stairs to get to both the bathrooms (toilets in the bathrooms) from the second bedroom. Apartment looks a little tired and the kitchen roof leaked from the above shower. Internet did not receive to the downstairs bedroom and weak signal in the main living area. Seven narrow flights of stairs in all on 3 seperate levels. This apartment is a multi level not split level. Linen was clean how ver I feel the apartment could have been a little cleaner as the floors could of used a sweep and a mop.

There are lots of steps but that w - Location is very good, near the fish market and Rialto bridge but in a quiet street. The property is lovely and bright and modern. The beds were very uncomfortable.
• Jakub (7/5): Overall I like it - Apartment is located in great place, close to tram station, fish market, Rialto Bridge. If you like nightlife you can find few pubs open over midnight. Overall I like it Inform how high is the 1st floor room. I got 181cm and hit the ceiling straight away

Nice sitting/dining area Nice kitchen Good facilities Good location 1-Too many stairs! 2-Advertised as two bedrooms with two loos, but both loos are on the very top level next to the top level bedroom, which makes the use of the bathroom for the couple sleeping downstairs extremely difficult, and intrusive to the couple sleeping upstairs! 3-Checkout time 10am too early!
• Henry (9/5): Superb - It was a good location, a busy street but quiet in the apartment, which had an ample living room and a full kitchen. For senior citizens with hip problems, the four flights of stairs in the multi-level apartment were manageable but not ideal.
• Linh (6/5): Pleasant - It is a great location - within walking distance to major landmarks in Venice. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Great communication with hosts throughout the booking process and during our stays. 1st bedroom on 2nd floor has low ceiling. We could not get any wifi signal in the room. There appears to be a residential unit above this bedroom, some noise at night. Living room/siting room and kitchen are on 4th floor. Wifi modemn is inside the 2nd bedroom on the top floor (5th floor). Bathrooms only provide shampoo. Need to buy body wash, soap and conditioner. Wall-mounted rain shower head in the smaller bathroom is a bit low for a person who is taller than 5.5 ft
• Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location to Rialto bridge, shops, and restaurants. Two bathrooms were great for family of 4. AC was excellent. Great kitchen facilities with big fridge. Sixty steps from ground floor to top floor.. very low ceiling in one bedroom. There is not enough couch space for 4 people.. Beds were uncomfortable.
• Yousuf (2/5): The property was not suitable for family with 1st floor being lower ceiling and 8 stair cases to claim up & down wit - Nothing, it has 8 sets of stair cases within the house We did not like the eight sets of stair cases within the house. We had one room on the 1st floor with very lowered ceiling, family members banged their head few times while entering the room as the entrance door to the room was lower then 5.6” foot. The kitchen and dining room was on the 2nd floor after claiming 6 sets of stair cases. And the 2nd room was on the 3rd floor, we needed to claim 8 sets of stair cases to get to the 2nd floor of the house to reach one of the bedroom and the bathrooms. It was a very disappointing stay for my family as we’re not told about all these internal stairs within the house. Having a family member with a heart condition staying in this property was very uncomfortable and distressing. We felt we were deceived as there were no mention of all the stairs and lowered ceiling in the advertisement details of the property. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes is well in the property which bitten some of our family members.
• Umema (3/5): Poor - There was a dust bin under the stairs that made the whole apartment smell. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms where split in 4 floors! We had to go from first floor to fourth floot every time we needed to use the toilet!
• Scott (10/5): Fantastic stay in clean, bright and roomy apartment in a fantastic location enabling easy exploring options of Venice. - Close location to the water bus and Rialto Bridge making it easy to explore the rest of Venice. It was spotlessly clean and was in a quiet location. Not an issue while we were staying but there are a lot of stairs to climb between the entrance door and the living room and top bedroom. If you have heavy luggage or prams it could be difficult.

• Eliza (7/5): Overall it was a great stay due to the location. - Great location, very clown to the main boat bus. Rooms were specious and beds were big The floors weren’t very clean. I had to mop the floors on the main floor myself in order to let my crawling baby on the floor. The accommodation is placed on 3 stories with both of the bathrooms on the top floor though the bedrooms are are on the first and third floor.
• James (7/5): A true Venetian experience in an authentic location. - The property is in a fantastic location near the markets and The Rialto. There area has a very local feel with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. There are a lot of stairs. Also both bathrooms are on the top floor.

• Bambi (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to Rialto Bridge, good taste of apartment living Description was split level, but really 3 floors. 1 bedroom on first floor with extremely low ceiling and door and only portable heater. Both bathrooms were on top floor. Top bedroom had open ceiling space to stairs which meant bedroom was cooler overnight. Was advertised with 3 bedrooms, but top room with bunk bed waz unavailable to us, so our 5th person slept on sofa bed in longe as si gle fold out ned was more suitable to a child. As it was winter, the building was quite cold and we had to asl for extra blankets to be delivered

The property was also very quiet at night. The staff quickly responded to a clogged shower stall. The description did not properly convey that all the rooms were on separate floors, with both bathrooms on the top forth floor. Also, the first floor bedroom does not accommodate anyone taller than 5'7", as the ceiling and door are very low. Consequently, none of us wanted to sleep in the first floor bedroom.
