- Veronica (6/5): Mejorar la atención de los empleados - El hotel se encuentra en una zona privilegiada y tranquila, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias, me toco estar en unos días en que el hotel estaba bastante lleno, agregué desayuno a mi reservación y es la primera vez que me toca entrar al restaurante en horario establecido y sin alimentos, agotados y el personal no resurte, dan excusas y te dejan sin desayunar aunque ya lo hayas pagado, pésimo servicio, es la primera vez que elijo este hotel y no volvería, yo iba con citas programadas y ya no daba tiempo de salir a buscar desayuno en otro lugar, cero empatía y sobre todo ya pagado.

- Juan M (2/5): Sin terminar - No hay wifi en habitaciones, no hay señal de televisión, no hay teléfonos, no hay cocina luego de mas 13 horas, no hay room service. El estacionamiento está en obra negra, sin señalamientos, con fugas de agua de la parte superior. Sin personal para operar el portón para entradas y salidas. Debes bajarte para pedir el acceso en recepción.
