- Katie (5/5): It’s a shame as this property has so much potential. - Very spacious, comfortable bed, free parking on site. The entire room smelled like cooked food. No amount of open windows could help. The stairs to unit 5 were very narrow and steep, and not illuminated at night. The carpet was riddled with cigarette burns. The power point in the bathroom did not work. The remote to the TV did nothing. The floor and surfaces in the kitchen feel sticky as if from a cooking oil. Using the pull to the window coverings left my fingers filthy.

It stated on our booking that it had a bath which it did not the shower was a very high shower which you had to be careful when you stepped down from it that you didn’t slip.

BATHROOMS DOESNT HAVE MIRROR, SINKS VERY SMALL THE WATER SPILL OUT, NEVER EXPERIECNE SUCH BAD BACK PAKERS. THOUGH I PAID 30DOLLARS PER NIGHT EVEN THIS IS NOT WORTH WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER BP in South Island. The staff absolutely not happy

- Charlotte (4/5): Niet mega comfortabel, wel dicht bij centrum. - Ruime kamers, kamer zelf is ook goed warm te houden met de verwarming. De rest van de accomodatie is mega koud. Ze houden de deur de hele dag wagenwijd open, waardoor het oncomfortabel wordt om rond te lopen of te eten in de algemene ruimte. Ook is er eten van ons gestolen uit de koelkast. Nadat we dit aangegeven hadden werd gezegd dat ze ernaar zouden kijken en dat we er nog iets over zouden horen maar dit is nooit gebeurd. Ook moesten we vragen voor handdoeken omdat ze die vergeten waren.

- Williams (1/5): Would never go back - Area Absolutely no privacy, laundry was right outside our sliding doors, management/staff were continuously in the laundry. No blinds or net curtains, only drapes. We couldn’t open the drapes as everyone could see inside our room. Wardrobe, the carpet was mouldy, main room carpet smelt of urine, plugs in bathroom were filthy and no plugs. Behind toilet filth. Shower over very, very narrow bathroom/toilet was very high and in my view very dangerous to step in and out off. Kitchen utensils and cupboards very un clean. Very bad internet,only worked if you went outside.
