Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona.

The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too!

- Christopher (8/5): Nice Hotel, friendly staff - You can tell the hotel is new, everything feels new and solid and the fittings feel nice and expensive. The staff were really helpful after we had an issue with the A/C in our room and made sure we were moved to a more comfortable room. That issue was the only reason it wasn’t given 5 stars. The pool was really nice as an option to do some exercise or relax, if only a touch small so 2 people couldn’t comfortable swim lengths. Overall i would absolutely stay here again.

It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

We were reluctant to book there as the location did not seem central, however when we stayed there we were very satisfied with the neighbourhood. A few minutes walking there are a few lovely restaurants and the shopping street Buenes Aires is a few steps away . Also there is a subway station less than 5 minutes walk that we used for transport and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely go back there in my next

- Veronika (10/5): Beautiful new hotel near the center - Brand new hotel. Everything was clean and new. Not far from the restaurants and shops. Parking is tricky. Look for white lines to park for free at night, there are only two across the streets to the left, everything else is yellow lines which means it’s for residents. The parking across the street inside of the garage is 41EUR which we didn’t pay because we got lucky with finding the spots within white lines. The pool on the top floor is narrow but long. Would stay there again.

Good neighbourhood halfway between central station and Piazza del Duomo . I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

It was a little warm as it is up on a patio facing east and it’s out doors. We were visiting during a short heat wave so normally I’m sure it’s super nice☺️ Pool was a great touch to cool down and have some cocktails and snacks. We will stay here again

Great breakfast in an astonishing environment view on the roofs ia just grwat. The pool and rooftop bar is another draw card . Opened one month ago. No worries dor the future this is the the place to stay when in Milano.

- Wenche (10/5): Det mest fantastiske hotellet :-)! - Altså… for en plass og for et hotell! Da vi ankom, hadde hotellet bare vært åpent i 10 dager, så her var alt splitter nytt. Absolutt alt av personale gjorde alt de kunne for å yte så god service som mulig - vi følte oss nesten som kongelige under hele oppholdet. De som jobbet i resepsjonen gjorde alt de kunne for å bistå oss uansett hva vi trengte hjelp til. Da vi trengte å bytte rom fordi vi bestemte oss for å bli en natt lenger, sørget hotellet for å flytte all vår bagasje til det nye rommet (og vi hadde MYE). Flotte rom - deilige senger, stort fint bad og en VELDIG velfungerende air-condition. Alt veldig rent og pent. Nydelig frokost som alltid var velfylt og påfylt; her var både skinke, spekeskinke, ost, mozzarella, eggesalat, laks, eggerøre, bacon, pannekaker og div. søtbakst - bare for å nevne noe. Prikken over i-en var nok likevel takterrassen. Dette var en liten oase midt i byen, med basseng, solsenger, sittegrupper og bar. Her fikk man virkelig luksusfølelse og avslapping. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i Milano - ca. en halvtimes gåtur inn til «sentrum» - men området har flust av butikker og restauranter, så her er det nok å velge i! Vi ankom med bil, og siden parkeringskjeller er under utvikling på hotellet, parkerte vi i en betjent parkeringskjeller rett over gata for hotellet. Forholdsvis dyr parkering (rundt 40 euro pr. døgn), men bilen står trygt under hele oppholdet. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold - vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake :-)!
- julie (10/5): Perfekt opphold. - Fantastisk å komme hit etter en natt i Torino på en ikke så fantastisk hotel. Deilige senger, perfekt temperatur og god service. Interessant strøk med masse liv utenfor. Litt langt hvis man skal gå inn til selve byen.
- Jens Daugaard (10/5): Super dejligt hotel. - Skønt nyt hotel som var startet op en uge før vi ankom. Det var nok årsagen til at indtjekning tog lidt lang tid. Skidt med det, for resten var skønt. Beliggenhed ca. 20 min. gang fra Piazza del Duomo. Fed tagterrasse med pool og bar.
- ISIDORO (8/5): Hotel Nuevo en Milán - Hotel Nuevo, gimnasio y piscina muy agradables, personal muy atento, ubicación buena, no céntrica pero a 20 minutos paseando al Duomo, rodeada de restaurantes y bares. Habitación de buen tamaño y cama excelente ( me dieron una habitación Deluxe). Deben mejorar el desayuno, tiene calidad pero le falta variedad y cantidad, sobre todo por el precio pagado.
