Verified traveler (8/5): Okay - The stay was nice the lady that worked the front desk at check in, was beyond accommodating. It was her birthday and all and she was attentive, resourceful, and beyond friendly. In other words she gave you that family/friend vive that just made you feel comfortable. The only 2 grievances that i had was that i didnt get freah towels when i asked room service that was in the hall and there were hairs inside the base of the shower and the wall. You didnt see it immediately, but when you turn to rinse off in the shower it was on the base on the sides and in the soap dish. Leaving was fairly easy. Staff was helpful with providing my checkout details and communicating. They just didnt make you feel like it was a business transaction. Breakfast was pretty standard. It wasnt over the top, but something that would fill you up and get your day started (hot and cold breakfast)

Jared (4/5): - This property is apparently a newer build for comfort inn and suites. It was basically a glorified hotel actling like a suite hotel. The room doors were nearly 2 inches off the ground, could hear everything in the hall. No room cleaning/service entire time I was there. Hot tub was broken, the water got shut off for 6 hours one day right when I got off work. This place needs some TLC or a different operating plan to be a more comforting hotel.

Daniel Lind (10/5): Great for droping the kids off at colege - Nice new hotel in huntsville. Close the school which is great for moving your kids in and out of college. Good deal price wise. Clean and comfortable.
George (10/5): - Super clean, everything was new and quiet. Ample parking and the spaces were wide enough that you did not have to squeeze in. My only complaint was the breakfast - nothing that really appealed to me. The eggs had cheese, bacon was thin and too much fat - could go on but it was just not for me although my wife thought it was fine.

Anat (8/5): - This is a new hotel (as of April 2025) and it's always great to stay at a new facility. However, my room already had some issues, which was disappointing (although I stayed only one night, so it didn't make sense to ask for another). First, the AC was noisy. Second, the one piece shower floor made some horrible squeaking noises when stepped on. Third, the parking lot lights are extremely bright. The heavy, light blocking curtains still let some through. Also, the gap under the entrance door is quite big, and lets in light as well. Lastly, a note to all American hotels out there: PLEASE be more creative with your breakfast. Thank you

Valerie (8/5): Not bad - As soon as I walked in Keziah greeted and welcomed me. She made check in a breeze. The room was fine bc we didn't spend much time in it but it was small. The tub was a little dirty and had a used bar of soap still in it. Even after we asked for housekeeping that was not cleaned. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Terrance (10/5): Best Stay in Huntsville - Soon as you walk in you are greeted and given details about housekeeping, WiFi and breakfast. The host Zekiah was very helpful with different restaurants and shops in the area.

Jeana (4/5): Cheap rooms for double the price - This hotel is pretty cheap looking. Plastic shower, generic shampoo with parsnips and sulfates, no black out shades, thin white patched shade instead, weird rules about breakfast, didn’t give me the Wi-Fi password upon check in, no closet. One towel per person, no housekeeping unless you request it. Definitely would not stay here again. Super 8 would have probably been better and it’s 1/2 the price.
