- Lorna (10/5): Consider Rosemay Hotel as your Heathrow overnight. - I arrived late at night. The guy on reception was really welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy case and there's no lift, but he sprinted up to the first floor with my case. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy and has tea/coffee. The shower was good. I had to go into London before my flight. I left my cases in the room and they were ready by reception on my return. It's worth considering this hotel if you're flying from Heathrow. Yes, the taxi fare is a bit more but the hotel price is competitive and includes breakfast.

Unfortunately guests were parking in our spot but Radu immediately rectified the situation and we were able to park. Bed was so comfy and room clean. We would not hesitate to book a room here again. Was in London during the tube strike but no problem as the Elizabeth line was easily accessible and running. There are plenty of restaurants around. There was also safe parking for my car. Lovely place to stay can only recommend.

- Andrew (8/5): - Really loved our time here. Within walking distance of Tube so easy enough to use as base and to get around. We stayed as were seeing Coldplay at Wembley, good location for this. (Uber to Wembley £36 from here) Hotel finished to a very good standard, was nicely surprised. Staff really helpful and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Only downside was parking. Could park on what is a busy residential street for free or pay £20 a night to use hotel car parking. That said, would definitely consider using again if coming down to London.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Our stay at the Rosemay was truly wonderful. It is clean, quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. The breakfast is delicious, as are all the cafe options. It is these little touches that really elevate the quality of the hotel and set it apart from the rest. Beyond this, I want to mention how personal and helpful the staff was in assisting us in navigating our trip. As an American who had never traveled abroad, I was nervous about using the public transport. Not only does the Rosemay sit directly across the street from a bus stop, but the front desk took time to personally provide the best routes to take for both bus and rail to get to our travel destinations each day. This was instrumental in making our vacation the best we ever had. In conclusion, the property itself is beautiful, it's affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is also very close to Heathrow airport. I can not recommend this hotel enough and look forward to going back.

The room was ok, all we needed on this occasion was a good night sleep so scored 5 out of 5 for that. However, think it'd be good to run a few minor checks and repairs in the bathroom/toilet and update or clarify information on the website. Main issue for us was that we chose to stay at this hotel because parking and ev charging were advertised as "available" but parking turned out to be at an additional £20 fee and were told ev charging was not functioning well. We managed to park on street so didn't need to pay in the end and charged ev at a nearby retail park so all worked out fine, but a bit of unnecessary uncertainty/stress. Other than that, if you're after a short, no fuss stay it was good.

The room was spotless, spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable—everyone slept really well. The staff stood out for being genuinely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I was impressed by the little touches in the room, like all the different power sockets and USB ports, and there was plenty of closet space for our things. Parking right out front was convenient and reasonably priced, which made things so much easier for us. The location is perfect if you want to explore London. There are some great restaurants nearby, plus both the train station and the bus stop are just a short walk away—we found it really easy to get downtown. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and overall, we left feeling like we got more than we expected. If it were possible, I’d give them an extra star. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning—which was a lifesaver with the high temperatures in London this weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. There's on-site parking available for £20, but we found free parking just outside the hotel as well.

- Isaiah (10/5): - The room and staff were very nice and accommodating (allowed us a late checkout to sync up with our departing flight that day). The surrounding area, however, does not appear to be the best. My friend and I decided to walk the 1 mile from the train to the hotel at night hoping to stop and eat, but the area was not clean and didn’t appear to be the safest. Definitely recommend to take a taxi/ Uber/ bus.

The only hitch was that parking was first come first served and the parking available was sometimes super tight or you had to park on the road. It wasn't a big issue though, I stayed with family for 4 nights had an issue with parking only once.

- CASEY (10/5): Very nice hotel in Hayes. - Lovely boutique hotel about 5 miles to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the location and honestly that may be it's only down fall. The area is not the best and driver questioned us when we were arriving in the area. The people who run the hotel are very nice and accommodating. We had food delivered one night and the young man working opened the dining room for us so we didn't have to eat in the room. Who does this? The coffee bar downstairs is very nice too and enjoyed hearing about the transformation of the hotel from the owner. All the rooms are modern with up scaled fixtures. Very nice. There is no elevator/lift so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues.

An easy drive to Heathrow, and a more relaxing experience than the usual airport hotels with friendly staff. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. The only downside was that our room was right next to reception so if noisy guests arriving late may wake you up, you might want to request a room further away.

The room was a good size for two people as was the shower room. The bed was very comfortable BUT the pillows were way too thick and very stiff. I woke up with a stiff neck! The shower was hot and powerful. A very modern and stylish hotel that looks like it's had a major refurbishment, with handy different style plugs next to the bed. But no plug in the sink WiFi excellent and free The location is set in a quiet part of Hayes, 5 minutes walk to restaurants either end of the road. Would definitely stay again if in the area but would ask for thinner pillows!

Só acho que deveriam explicar melhor que os banheiros ficam no corredor fora do quarto, embora sejam exclusivos, mas isto é um pouco estranho. No geral foi tudo ótimo e tivemos todo conforto que esperávamos.
- Kathy (10/5): I will be back - Service was excellent and responsive. Rooms are small but well appointed. The breakfast was a great deal and a wonderful way to start the day. Parking is on street and limited but free.

Lots of bin bags and rubbish around. I could not park my car at premises and really did not feel safe leaving it anywhere in this area. Sorry but would not return based on my comments

- Chevonne (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel - I had a great overnight stay. The decor of the rooms was so beautiful and the rooms were immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel over the typical chains. You can see the care and detail that has gone into the design! And it’s family owned!
- Sarfraz (10/5): - I had an excellent stay at this hotel—clean, comfortable, and overall a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The room was well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one small drawback was the absence of a phone in the room to contact reception. In case of any need or emergency, it would have been more convenient to have a direct line available. That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again. A phone in the room would just make the experience even better!

- Mr k d (10/5): brand new digs - This place has only just opened so brand new they have done a great job of the place not much options in this area but way better than the big chains for the price. Not much parking so just check before you book I will use again if in the area.
- Christopher (6/5): - There was an issue all day and night with a fire door alarm that kept going off. There is not a chair in the room so could only sit on bed and not work on computer. Unable to adjust aircon in room so was very cold. Spotless cleanliness. Lovely staff. A lovely quiet area, just very disturbed by door alarm when sleeping.

- Balwinder (10/5): New and well built hotel with excellent staff - Really fantastic staff who took care of all our needs and even accommodated our kind request to have kitchen prepare breakfast earlier than their typical time. Hotel was really nice with rooms being spot on. A few bus stops away from Hays and Harrington station, then an Elizabeth line into key London areas. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

Only negative was the odour, I understand they are a newly opened establishment and that there are some teething problems with the drains, hopefully they can get these sorted out soon as they were all very helpful and friendly, I would really like to see them succeed. Would definitely stay there again - if the smell is resolved.
