La dame qui travaillait ce jour là est rentré dans ma chambre juste après que je sois sortis pour faire une course le soir de ma nuit, j’ai oublié quelque chose dans ma chambre donc je suis revenu juste après être sorti et elle était dans ma chambre, j’ai été très surpris et elle aussi… elle a prétexté être allé regardé si j’avais des boissons dans mon frigo qu’on avait vérifié ensemble quelques heures plus tôt … il était 23h30 … plus jamais !

• cyrus (10/5): Loved me stay at ROOMZ - Located in the deep heart of downtown laurels ,Roomz is surrounded by urban culture, bars , clubs and restaurants. My stay at Roomz was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating and the room itself was beautiful. The only downside is that the wi fi would occasionally go out during heavy down pour of rain, but that’s to be expected due to Columbia's climate. The hotel was also located 15 mins away from the university of antiqoua where I went to register for environmental engineering degree. Thank you ROOMZ laurels for your accommodation

• Sandra (6/5): - If you're just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, this hotel could work for you. However, if comfort and a smooth check-in process are important, I wouldn’t recommend it. My check-in took an hour because they required my son's birth certificate to verify he was my child, since he has a different last name. It would have been helpful if they mentioned this upfront, as in the U.S., we don’t typically carry birth certificates around to prove motherhood. It was a frustrating experience. The room wasn’t great either. The AC only cooled the bedroom, so the living area and kitchen were way too warm. The bed wasn’t comfy, and the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were broken. On the plus side, the hotel is in a safe, central spot. But honestly, with everything considered, I won’t be staying here again.

• Carolin (10/5): - Ich mochte die Unterkunft sehr, die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer immer sauber und wunderschön hergerichtet. Ein kleines minus gibt es wegen der Umgebung, vllt kann man noch etwas besser dämmen, nachts ist es sehr laut und braucht dringend Oropacs zum schlafen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ich habe mich sehr sicher und umsorgt gefühlt.

• CAROLINA (10/5): Boa estadia - Hotel bom, boa localização, bairro tranquilo mas perto de muitas coisas, o cafe da manhã é servido no quarto e vem frio, basicamente opções de ovos de várias formas pra vc escolher e suco ou café, é o ponto negativo do hotel. No geral bom custo benefício, voltaria a ficar apesar do café ruim.
• Kimberly Marie Bellavista (10/5): - Roomzz is the place to stay when in Colombia! The place is beautifully and artistically decorated, clean in every corner and the staff are amazing. Walkable distance of amazing cafes and restaurants that we loved. Be aware that if you choose the balcony room, is near the street which can be a bit noisy for anyone who is sensitive to sounds when sleeping. Other than that I cant wait to come back to Medellin and stay at this amazing place!

• Raymond (4/5): - Mi experiencia fue mala. No parece un Hotel, luce mas como una casa de familia o posada con habitaciones. Me hospede en 2 ocasiones en mi viaje a colombia y no me gusto para nada la forma en que te reciben. Te hacen firmar un contrato para sospechosos de delitos o actos ilegales, te especifican no usar drogas, no hacer fiestas, no trata de blancas, te advierten que si manchas las sabanas o toallas te la van a cobrar. Me parecio de muy mal gusto y me hizo sentir incomodo ,me senti como un sospechoso de cometer un delito. (Por Dios una familia de una pareja y dos ninas) Los hoteles se cuidan de todas esas situaciones pero no te hacen sentir incomodo, es poco delicado e inadecuado. Habitacion incomada ubicada en un sotano, no podia usar cellular por que no tenia señal. La caja fuerte estaba suelta cualquiera se la podia llevar, no estaba pegada a la pared. El baño no tenia escape ni ventana para salida de aire por ende cualquier olor habia que abrir las ventanas de la habitacion. Ofrecen un desayuno de poca calidad que no tienen la logistica para servirlo, no hay mesa para sentarse y la calidad es mala. El ultimo dia que ibamos de salida, despertamos a las 4 Am estresado por llegar al aeropuerto, el empleado de turno me cobro 4.63 dolares por manchas en la funda de almohada, lo pague pero me parecio un exceso y poca delicadesa, nunca vi algo asi en un hotel. No se manejan como un hotel, no tienen ese criterio. Los hoteles se protegen de una forma mas elegante.
• Dominic (10/5): Great stay - The hotel was clean and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. Isabella was very helpful with looking up recommendations for places around town and went above and beyond.
• DONALD (6/5): - El hotel es precioso y buena ubicación, sin embargo la habitación numero 1, queda frente a la calle, todo el ruido de los carros se escucha constantemente a toda hora, y el area de la cocineta, donde esta el sofa cama para una persona adicional, no es posible dormir, ya que entre la recepcion y la habitación solo lo separan una ventana de ladrillos sin vidrio, la luz de la recepcion esta prendida toda la noche y se escucha la conversación de la host.

• Miss P M (10/5): A beautiful spot to stay! - Such an amazing place! My bus was really delayed and I had a really late check in but they were super accommodating! The room was beautiful, had everything you could possibly need (including a fully stocked mini bar!) it was so spacious, lovely and clean and the bathroom was great WITH A HOT SHOWER! It’s the little things while you’re travelling! The breakfast nice and could have it in the little cafe or the terrace which was sweet and the area was leafy and lovely - it did have some life and noise to it at night time but it didn’t impact my time there. Thanks for a lovely stay guys!

I hate how much noise you hear all day and night based on the busy street next to the property. It had the basic necessities I needed, which was a clean room and bathroom . I wasn’t there during the days but it was nice to come back to a clean room.
