Guest Reviews
- Sabrina (4/5): - Not only did we have someone smoking in the room next door, they also were very loud til early in the morning. Management said that the cleaner couldn’t smell smoke. I’m like hello I’m telling you they are. Two nights of smoking was enough.
Only provided coffee sachets for 1 night even though we were there 2 nights.
- Wolfgang (8/5): - cheap & chic!
- Monika (10/5): - Alles super
- Darren (10/5): - The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. Overall you cannot go wrong here and I’d be more than happy to return again in the future.
- Jane (4/5): Not for solo business travellers - This accommodation misrepresents itself as a hotel. It isn’t even an apart-hotel but 6 very basic rooms equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, coffee machine and small fridge occupying a deserted floor in a large gloomy deserted block with no access to food and no cooking facilities. It doesn’t even have virtual services or virtual connection to a human being - only a phone number. I was on a business trip and the WiFi was too weak for conference calls & there were no ironing facilities. In addition I even had trouble getting in as you need to pay via a link before they send you the entry code - but they had forgotten to send me the link to pay. I then had to call and wait for the link and then try & pay while standing in the street struggling to get a connection on 4G. I felt vulnerable and unsafe and moved out into a hotel without staying a night, which made this a very expensive trip. Fine if you are 2 people exploring Milan on a budget. Not recommended for single female on business
- Emma (8/5): - Could do with more information regarding checking in (unfortunately the first link provided did not work) and where things are (key card, how to adjust heating)
Overall a beautiful room with sufficient amenities and in a good location woth shops and dining outlets available. Bathroom was beautifully decorated with plenty space.
- Jose (10/5): - Rebecca was in contact since my arrival and gave me support when I needed it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Newly renovated, very clean. The location is excellent, right by a bus and tram stop that goes both to the city centre and the central train station, and there's a lot of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. There's little noise from the street while in the room. The room is big, with a desk, a minifridge and kettle and espresso machine. Necesseties such as towels, soap and shampoo was provided. The only thing I missed in the room was a tray to put the soap bar on, everything else was perfect.
The check-in process is digital, and I recieved a message om WhatsApp the day of check-in with instructions of how to enter. The text could have come a bit earlier, although it wasn't a problem for me, as I was checking in in the evening. There's a key card in the room you use after the first entry, which is also used to get electricity in the room (IQ test number two as I checked in). To open the doors after unlocking them, pull them a little bit towards you before you push (IQ test number one – and did this one stump me for a good few minutes).
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and well-cared for property. My stay was very enjoyable. Room was fantastic.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hidden Gem - Beautiful place in the heart of Milan! 1 min from bus station, 15min walk to Duomo, supermarket in the same building, fully equipped, very welcoming, helpful and responsive owner, newly renovated so super clean and neat, keyless check in so no loss of time.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
