• Chiara (10/5): Il soggiorno migliore della vacanza - Il posto è veramente adorabile, così come lo staff che ci ha dato le indicazioni via messaggio (siamo arrivati un po' tardi). Camera comodissima, parcheggio di fronte la porte, cioccolatini in camera. Ci hanno anche consigliato un ristorante di fronte dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. E' stato il soggiorno migliore di tutta la vacanza, lo consiglio assolutamente! E' andato tutto benissimo.

• Amar (10/5): Nice rest stop near Bryce/Zion - Excellent location. Staff communicates really well to keep the checkin process as efficient as possible. Nice and clean rooms which are excellent for you to rest especially coming off from Bryce or Zion. Will definitely visit again!

• Bernard (3/5): À éviter absolument, bon pour dépanner….. - Rien Accueil inexistant, literie déplorable, chauffage et climatisation défaillants, accès à la chambre difficile, mobilier branlant, moquette ensablée, prix vraiment exagéré pour la qualité donnée, poubelle pleine devant la porte…. À éviter…..seule chose positive, les chocolats très bons…..
• Michael (3/5): A disappointing motel. - The bed was comfortable and the heat was good. We got a very small room, no coats/clothes hangers, no table, shower without diverter, not even a box of Kleenex, no towel bar, no GRAB bar in the shower! There wasn’t any front desk helper the evening for checking in nor the next morning for checkout.
• Elizabeth (4/5): Mis-managed, dirty, won't visit again. - Location only. The bath towels were clean, but the bath mat and hand towel, both looked so grubby they can't have been fresh; if they were, they needed to be replaced, as we wouldn't use them at all, as they looked so dirty - I have photographs. The inconvenience of NOT having anyone on site, i.e., getting a room key code via the internet, was, we arrived and there was no Wi-Fi- password, so, along with many previous customers, we went to the Best Western over the road, and the evening manager helped with Wi-Fi - he was very used to this issue for "89 & Nine" motel guests!

• Kyah (9/5): Clean and easy - This place is right on the junction to Zion. Great place to explore the area from. Room was clean, modern and had everything you can want. Host sent helpful messages on what to do and see in the area. Checking in was simple and easy. Due to the location the trucks can be a little noisy at night but it’s a small price to pay for duck a great spot.

• Jayne (7/5): Great location and a good value. - I loved the old fashion retro look on the outside and the updated bathrooms. I don’t like that when you walk I to your room you bring all the dirt on your feet maybe having something for your guest to clean the floors .(Swiffer)
• Sarah (10/5): Most comfortable bed EVER! - The property had excellent communication with us regarding our stay. We were a late check in, and all the instructions were provided to us so check in was easy. But of all the traveling I have done in my life which is A LOT, the bed in our room was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Being a roadside motel, my expectations weren't too high but this property was fantastic- updated, clean, and comfortable and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here.
• Fabian (7/5): Mettez des boules Quies… - Situation idéale par rapport à Zion Du bruit, du bruit et encore du bruit. Le motel est face a la route, en face d’une pompe à essence et notre chambre à 4 mètres de la ventilation d’un restaurant de poulet frits. Le va est vient est incessant. Les murs sont en carton, on entend tout de la rue et… De la chambre voisine. On a entendu toute le conversation téléphonique et la télé des voisins. Et rien dans l’excessif niveau bruit, il parlait normalement et on entendait la personne au gsm 🙄

• Patrick (6/5): - Parking was easy you’re basically in the middle of nowhere nice restaurant across the road convenience store to a service station never dealt with any stuff. Your email the keypad entry code it was Ok.

Dirt in one of the beds, mold in shower and on bottom of shower curtain, spider webs in corners of room, see through door, one wash cloth, no hand towels, etc. There was nothing pleasant about this place. Worst place we've stayed so far on out western adventure. Would not recommend especially for the price. Highway robbery. Take it off your places to stay.

• Jessica (4/5): - This could be a really cute homey hotel.... I'll at least give it that. And for the problems we experienced the staff tried to be helpful. Room was very dirty. Bug poop on all the walls and ceilings, very dirty trim, door handles and sticky floor. Room had been cleaned with a very strong chemical. It was a pet friendly room and that showed. Pet hair on pillows and they definitely smelled like pets. We had issues with our booking and the staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate us. That I appreciated at least. Room could have been very cute if it would have been clean.

Ho apprezzato la possibilità di prepararmi un caffè direttamente in camera e la presenza del phon in bagno, dettaglio non sempre scontato. La mattina, nonostante il check-out fosse fissato alle 10, alle 8.30 il personale ha bussato con insistenza alla porta. Eravamo ancora a letto e, pur avendo risposto che eravamo in camera, abbiamo percepito che stavano tentando di aprire. Ci siamo dovuti alzare di colpo per ribadire che eravamo ancora all’interno e di ripassare dopo le 10: un episodio che non abbiamo apprezzato.

• Jennifer (4/5): Need a new cleaning product - The smell of the room was very strong of a horrible cleaning product. It burned my eyes and throat. The manager offered 2 different rooms available but they were all the same. Had to sleep with the windows open and still really strong all night.

El check in no presencial, ja que segons ells m'havien enviat un correu amb les habitacions i els codis el qual no m'havien enviat. Al final vam haver de trucar des del restaurant del davant perquè és bastant probable que un turista no americà no tingui la capacitat de trucar!

• Slava (7/5): Tiny place, but you can tell they tried to make you happy. - This is a renovated motel that now looks like a cute tiny R&B. The room is very tiny though, bathroom has no counter space for your makeup and toiletries. But the room is standardly equipped so if you don’t need a lot of space you can get there a reasonable stay. Oh, air conditioning was so loud we kept waking up whole night, so we did not get a good sleep. They also have an early 10am checkout and no breakfast. Crammed, bathroom was dirty, walls, basedoards etc. air conditioning was so old and so loud that you cannot sleep.

Abbiamo dovuto contattare i gestori per motivi personali e lo staff è stato eccellente e gentilissimo. Ci è piaciuto tutto.

• Verified traveler (8/5): No staff on-site - There is no front desk, no one on-site at all! We couldn't ask for more towels, there was no one to ask! The woman staying next to us was there longer, snd she hadn't seen anyone her entire time there.

• Beverly (1/5): Bad - We didn't stay here. The room was dirty and small. We called the registration number and explained that the room would not house our group and was not what we had reserved. They quickly went to work making other arrangements for us. We ended up moving to Zion Ponderosa Ranch and it was AMAZING. Pay the extra money and stay there.
• Wai (7/5): Good - This is a simple motel that suited our needs for our visit to Zion. It gets us to Zion via the east entrance which was fine. Staff was very communicative prior to our stay via text. Self checkin was simple enough that we did not see any staff during our two days stay. The motel was a bit run down and basic and right next to a road with a petrol station. The petrol station did not turn off its lights.

• James (6/5): - Stayed two nights. No one changed towels, cleaned bathroom or made beds - best of our knowledge no service staff entered our room to provide any level of cleaning. Both nights, various neighboring room tenants socialized outside their rooms on the sidewalk/parking areas. Loud conversations. We haven't seen any staff at the office at anytime during our stay. This isn't safe.

• sarah (10/5): - This location is perfect if you plan on visiting Bryce and Zion. It is right in between. The restaurant next door is delicious too. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property is well kept, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are lovely. Plenty of windows and natural light.
