Guest Reviews
- Michael (2/5): - I arrived late from the airport and was unable to check as the staff had locked the front office, left the light on, and left for the night. The condition of the property was sketchy at best, not welcoming at all, and had the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby...which was empty.
- Alberta (4/5): - I wasnt able to get a room there was wer carpet from them shampooing. Waited from 4 until 7 for rm. Couldnt get one so i wound up
Getting a rm at another wecome inn in Blue Springs.
- teresita (2/5): - The place smells really bad, unsafe area
- Brittany (2/5): - this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life took us over 3 hours to get checked in
- Stephanie (2/5): Disgusting - The room was disgusting actually, the entire place was they were stains on the sheets. There was roaches. There was no hot water in the shower. I contacted hotels.com asking for a refund because the office would not give me one so that I could go elsewhere they put me on the third floor, even though I requested a lower floor due to my RA And then when there was no hot water in the shower, they offered to move us a floor down on clear on the other side of the building after we moved a lot of our belongings which we had a lot already to the room hotels.com said someone would be contacted me in 24 hours and that I would receive a refund But no one ever contacted me so I was forced to stay there the first night and take a cold shower, but I left the next day even though I had paid for the room for two days because it was so disgusting. I’m very disappointed and the service in the condition of the hotel along with hotels.com for never reaching back out to me I will never book through them again if this is not handled, and I will for sure never ever stay at the hotel again. Oh, and they did not have a smoke detector in the room. It was ripped out of the ceiling.
- abe (10/5): - The front office staff is really awesome.
- Amiee (4/5): - They couldn’t
- Jalen (10/5): - Customer service
- Stephanie (2/5): - Update rooms, get customer service oriented employees
- Jordan (2/5): - The ac unit works well that's about it . The shower and tube do not drain. The bed is sitting on a rolling frame so when you lay down it moves all over the room . The sink and the shower have no water pressure. The room smells like cigarettes. The floor and counter top in the bathroom and the main room are dirty the back of the toilet and the vent are caked with dust. The bathroom sink countertop it's separating from the wall. There's only one light in the whole room besides what's in there bathroom. There's only one bed which is not setting on the proper frame it literally moves around when you lay on it. There's no bath towels there were only hand towels .there's half used conditioner and shampoo left on the counter along with a couple of bars and new soap the nightstand was dirty.
- Taylor (6/5): - Overall it was okay. Definitely felt like a jail cell. But it was very cheap and a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to shower in! O just think it my need to feel a little more homie is all.
- Roberta (2/5): - It looked more like a homeless camp.
- Verified traveler (2/5): This is not a hotel or a motel - I’m only writing this to help others. I’m not sure what kind of Section 8 housing project or halfway house this is - that also rents rooms by the night? This is not a hotel experience at all. The girl checking us in was nice enough although there was no explanation of how the premises was both a hotel and low income housing. All adults checking in must provide ID and the entire place smells like weed. I understand that people need a place to live and I’m not knocking that. The room we were given had obviously been rammed in before to gain entry. It wasn’t that we felt unsafe, but the whole experience made us question whether or not we really wanted to stay. We decided to leave and drove an hour away to find an available room at another hotel.
- Jeremy (2/5): - Avoid this place at all costs. If you book more than 1 day out they over charge you a crazy amount pay by the individual day. 55 for 1 day at a time 130 if you book 2 days at a time
- Rafiea (10/5): - Area not well taken care of
- Debra (4/5): - I would never ever stay again!!!! I stunk, dirty,no place to sit except on the bed, no soap, no drinking glasses, and the floors were filthy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): This is a true ho-tel - Wonderful customer service as they fixed a problem they caused with no worries. How ever this is really a community for people not a hotel to vaca no fresh towels only on thursdays the toilet was leaking water in the back bad with no house keeping or maintenance available. Very much worth what we paid for.
- DENNIS (2/5): - It was bad very bad. We
