• Wong (1/5): 请大家千万不要住这间民宿,体验非常非常非常差 - 服务非常差,第一次进去都可以正常使用密码进去房间,因晚上有出去吃晚餐,回来后房间不能进去,打了很多通电话也无人接听,墙壁贴着2个电话号码,另一个电话接起了竟然说这个分行不属于他规管,所以也没有要帮我解决问题的意思,当时是晚上9点左右,应该也没有算很迟吧,现在是怎样啊,说有任何问题都可以打电话找员工解决,但电话一直没接,whatsapp信息也不回复,我是住客在外面等了那么久,房间不能进去 隔天早上6点才回复我信息 说(你不是已经check in了吗)这句是什么意思啊,checkin后续有问题就不需要解决了吗? 你们的态度就是这样吗?不解决客户的问题的,这问题也非常严重,我无法进去我的房间,我要如何休息?

• Chakx (10/5): The best ever, value for money - The owner of the property was very helpful and responsive, their staff were super responsive, even at late nights prompt reply to messages, they made our stay the best, back street of homestay was very noisy all night til 4am, very disturbed sleep all night, due to some event, no issues with the property, we wish all the best to their team. • Ahmad Amrul Hakimi (1/5): Bad - Everything is not good at all. The aircond was not functioning. Soo hot. Room soo smelly with cooking smell from back of restaurant. Toilet dirty. Im pregnant and i asked if i can change room. But it full already. I cant stand at all. I check out after 2 hours stay. Go other hotel and check in. I asked for partial refund but not entertain at all. Bad service. Dont come if you cant stand with Chinese food smell.

• Sharmila (7/5): Could have been improvised. Overall, it is a good stay. - Located at strategic place, very near to restaurants and malls. 30 mins away from Legoland. 😁Customer service is helpful. Fresh new towels provided every day. WiFi works fine. Lack of amenities in the hotel, no hair dryer and water filter, not for family with kid(s). Room is quite congested. However it may be ideal for couples stay. Lack of charging ports as only one is available, you may need to bring an extension plug.

• Francis (3/5): Fraudulent Deduction from my credit card. - The fact that my credit card was charged and money taken by Booking.com Nosho Malaysia without authorisation. I only had one booking for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However, the staff at the property informed me that I had booked 4 rooms for three nights. They even showed me a screenshot of the bookings, one for RM 379.98 and the other for RM 341.94. I don't understand how the second booking for RM 379.98 came about because I couldn't see it in my bookings list. In the end, I paid RM 341.94 cash at the property as earlier agreed, while RM 379.98 was later deducted from my credit card. I lodged a complaint to Booking.com Customer Service (customer.service@booking.com) on Saturday, 7th December. There has been no response till now, as I wrote this on Tuesday, 12, even though they acknowledged receiving my email and promised to respond within 48 hours. I am still waiting for the refund of my money. If this is not theft, then what is it?
• Shahnun (9/5): Superb - Facilities and hospitality are good up to the standard of budget hotel. Worth it for your money. The best is security measures. Every door having a coding number, started from entrance door till to our room. Each room having own coding numbers. Easy to get foods, stalls n AEON shopping mall etc
