- Nicholas (10/5): - This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again.
- Lin (4/5): - It was essentially impossible to get housekeeping. The flat out refused to clean our room every 3-4 days (we stayed for 3 weeks), saying they prioritized “new arrivals”. There’s no way to clean the room yourself, so you end up living in a dirty room. The entire facility is not services properly and the rooms have thin walls, so you hear your neighbours and the surprising amount of banging fire doors. If you stay there for a night or two, it’s not a bad option. If you stay longer, be prepared to be treated with ignorance.

- matthew (2/5): Not for us - As nice as the rooms are and clean it’s basically modern student accommodation in the middle of a housing scheme far away for anything least 5 min drive away. Felt like walking onto a modern high school campus to stay the night and overlooking a building site of further accommodation. Immediately checked out and lost moneys paid.
- Alysha (6/5): - Had phoned the hotel prior to my visit to check whether my kids could come - I was advised yes they could however, they don’t provide any cots. This was confirmed on the Expedia page for this hotel. We then brought our own and was made feel unwelcome when we arrived and that “kids aren’t allowed here - unless they are over 12, as this is student halls and the crying from babies may bother the residents, also keep them away from the social areas because there will be lots of drinking.” They did let us keep the kids there but “only because it was one night”. We then went down later on and asked the reception to phone us a taxi and one of the women rolled her eyes whilst the other responded by “how many am I supposed to say it’s for?” And in all honesty - again just made us feel unwelcome and that we were a burden. Just seemed really unprofessional and left us standing there for quite a while before I eventually asked if there was a number she could give me to try myself as she just kept saying “they’re not answering, do you want me to just keep trying”. Wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be returning.
- LINDA (10/5): - Great set up for travelling with friends, as each bedroom was connected to a main living space, but private entries to the sleeping areas from the halls. full kitchens, comfortable beds. Great residential type neighborhood that was still close to everything St Andrews has to offer.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Great stay! Comfortable bed, spacious room with desk and couch, with lots of storage. Very clean property in a safe neighborhood. Very accessible to downtown area. This is a gem!
- John (8/5): - A very new property with new fixtures and fittings. Access to the laundry was a bonus. On the flip side bed was a king single which was a bit small for two.downtown was a bit far to walk and parking was at a premium when we were there
- Richard (4/5): Building site - The place was hard to find with no signs on the road. We drove past a building site only to find that was the hotel. The room was adequate though rather cramped and a good 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

- Ian (8/5): Very good👍 - Very good alternative to local hotels. Student accommodation but to hotel standard. No restaurant on site, but vending options available. 20 minute walk into town. Can’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

- James (6/5): Open too early - The room itself was fine, bed was a little uncomfortable and two thin pillows didn’t make the best nights sleep but the room was clean and comfortable. However, the site is still being redeveloped with lots of construction ongoing. Fake grass strewn everywhere and litter and cigarette ends everywhere. Given this is owned by an incredibly wealthy university, it’s a bit of a liberty. NB, no breakfast is available on or near site. You can buy things for breakfast at the onsite shop, but you won’t have anywhere to cook it.
- George (8/5): Surprise - When we arrived we were very surprised that this place acts as an over flow for the college students. We were very lucky it was during the summer so was quiet.
- Grant (8/5): - Excellent amenities as it’s a new build for student accommodation. Excellent laundry facility and helpful staff. You can hear a lot from the hallway, but there wasn’t an issue for sleeping.

- Paul (2/5): Living on a construction site - The room was okay except we couldn’t get the AC to work properly. The one big problem was we were literally on a construction site, and there was very loud building work going on from 7am in the morning, when we were still trying to sleep after a very hot night with no AC.
- Gwen (10/5): - Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being built on site. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was very quiet but I’d expect some noise during the week.

- Paula (8/5): Clean basic accommodation - Room was okay for a couple of nights but bed was very compact and hard for me. Tiny frying pan and pot for one person, we didn’t want to cook but if you do the facilities and utensils are not provided. No microwave in room either. On a positive note, the room was very clean and bathroom good. Layout was also well thought out for space. Location in the middle of a run down council estate and a good walk into town. However, a taxi only cost us £5.80 so considering the studio was so cheap for St Andrews, I didnt mind getting taxis. Depends what you are looking for, if its a bolt hole its perfect, if its luxury then look elsewhere. Shout out to reception staff though they were jolly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Wifi was not available in the building despite it being advertised. New building with lots of issues that management are unaware of. Staff entered the room without warning. Overall uncomfortable stay and unsuitable to be open as a hotel.
- Brenner (8/5): Really nice stay - Was a nice stay and in a very good location. Very clean and the staff were so very much helpful. Free parking with lots of spaces Two issues with the room, the bed was a SMALL double, felt very cramped next to wardrobe and desk. Secondly the shower was excellent but draining was slow. Was allowed to iron my shirt in the laundry room which is communal, and great snacks and drinks provided in vending machine. Overall would 100% return, maybe to a room with a bigger bed

- Robert (8/5): - The rooms are clean, brand new, functional and relatively very cheap. Great value. But there are stairs required, so not wheelchair or elderly friendly, and it's a 30 minute walk to the center of St. Andrews. It's definitely not downtown. Convenience store a five minute walk for food items. Front desk often not manned, but sometimes with three people, so the schedules should be better coordinated. Overall, a great deal for solo golfers or other travelers who don't want to pay 3 or 4 times as much for an accommodation downtown.

- Julie (10/5): Unconventional but enjoyable - These are lovely, well designed units. Great for singles! Cozy for couples. Laundry on site operated via an app. Only getting one key is a downside. Located on edge of town with a great view towards the downtown.

- fatema (10/5): - There is not much accommodation in St Andrews which is reasonably priced. This place was compact yet very practical with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is slightly further out from town but still walking distance and 24 hour reception with very helpful, friendly staff
