Funke (7/5): Good - Spectacular view and the sound of the waves on the beach are outstanding. Location is good - not too far from airport, centrally located for all that Kauai has to offer. Neighborhood seems safe. Not much air actually flowed through the unit even when it was windy outside, and it would get hot during the day. The A/C unit in the bedroom worked well, but was very loud, and guests are encouraged to turn the unit off during the day to minimize electricity costs. This meant that everything in the room would heat up, and it took a while for the bed to cool down at bedtime.
Vonda (8/5): Great experience, I would stay again - The unit was very clean and comfortable, so much so we just hung out for a day. Everything needed to prepare meals was available, great quality on all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. There were some overnighters on the beach, which was a little unsightly. Road work during day created traffic issues. No elevator for those that had trouble with stairs.
